This is one of the best In n Out Burgers Ive ever been to and Ive been to a lot of them. The customer service from everyone there that I interacted with was fantastic. The fries were the best fries I have ever had from In n Out Burger. Usually the fries are a solid 4 stars but this time was an easy 5 stars. Without a doubt, the best In n Out Burger I have ever been to. Everything was top notch. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

We’ve eaten I-N-O B in LA years ago, but were thrilled to eat it here in Northern Cali. We went around 5 pm on a Friday, so expected it to be a long wait, but there was almost no one here. We got our order fast and ate sitting outside. Friendly service.

I love in and out but I just saw in and outs statement on mask mandates in california and their stance on not requiring masks lost me as a customer because its no longer safe to go there😷

Best burger Ive had. Best for the price and best taste. French fries are amazing with and without salt. Theres also a secret menu with a 4x4 burger and others. A quick Google search will tell you everything. Also the shakes are made with real ice cream and are very filling.

I went here with friends while in sacremento for a train layover. that time we spent was the best 9 hours ever. by association, this in-n-out gets 5 stars. The food was also very very good

McDonalds Big Mac and In N Outs Double Double are two of my favorite burgers. Because I am pregnant and have gestational diabetes, I prefer in n out right now！You can choose Protein Style，and it use lettuce instead of bread, which is a pretty good choice. Its delicious and healthy. I love the grilled Onions in it so much，theyre really delicious with the Thousand Island sauce, amazing！！

Cm on In N Out, we need you on the east coast🙏 I legit bought 10 burgers in CA and carried them in my carry on across the country 🙃. Growing up in Cali my whole family misses In N Out now that we moved to NC

Always good food and fast service. There could be a hundred cars in line and you still get in and out of there within ten minutes. Cant beat the price for a meal either.

I have nothing but good things to say about in-n-out. There burgers, fries are amazing! Try the burger or fries animal style if you like the spread, grilled onions and cheese. They also have mustard fried style burgers- they add mustard to bun and grill the buns, whole onion is grilled.... yumFor those of you cutting carbs they have a protein style burger.They also sell cheese fries, shakes, coffee.

Definitely lived up to the InNOut brand. Would recommend skipping the very long drive thru line and go inside. Wait time inside was much shorter and received my food faster.

It is consistent. If you like a California classic, this is it. Spongey dough, classic American cheese, real beef, and a chunky thousand island dressing. Fantastic. Plus the only chain fries I like. They taste like Cape Cod waffle chips.

Had a wonderful and safe lunch with my foster kid. My go-to: #2 no onions, lettuce wrap with a Coke. So delicious!

This location has been around for a long time in Natomas. Their quality and service has been awesome throughout the times, and I come back here often even though other locations are closer to me. Ive also come here with very odd requests (e.g., my family in England wanted 50 of the spread packets), and the manager was eager to help. Super friendly, great quality.

Good burger. Fries were hot and fresh but not super crispy. Line was crazy long but moved pretty quick.

Not much to say about them. Long drive through line but they seems to get you in and out as fast as they can. Great idea for the people that have the tablets to push the orders through faster. Im sure its a pain in the back side for cold and hot days to be out there.

Im not a Cali native so the stories about how good In N Out was hyped up for me. My first time having In N Out, aI opted for a regular hamburger. And from that point I didnt understand why people swear by their burgers-to me it just tasted like an average burger.But I didnt quit, I did some research and I found out about the variation called Animal Style, and oh my gawd, dat shizzle on a burger CHANGED DA MFCKN GAME, ya heard! Long story short, if after your first experience of having In N Out and you think its overhyped? Do yourself a favor and get your hamburger Animal Style, it will change your opinion from meh to a hundo real quick. Also this location is great, go get some burgers.

Me and my bf go to this location frequently when I work around the area I love the place amazing food unfortunately every time I order animal style fried without onions they end up putting onions on. I feel like the staff should be better trained in repeating the orders back to customers or just making sure you make the right order. Even when the order gets repeated back to the customer correct we still get the wrong order. Makes the experience super bad and a complete mood killer

I went to this location to get food. I ordered the food. First i waited 30mins to get the food but they gave all the other orders that came after me. Then i asked the cashier about my order and they said they missed my order and then they will make it. I waited additional 10mins and they brought me wrong ordered and finally i just asked them to refund my order. I asked for manager and he came n gave me refund with no apology or anything. It was the worst service i ever had. It was our go to place but not anymore.

We love in n out! We eat here at least once a month :😉In n out is always packed but somehow they are able to keep up with the orders. I was about the 8th car in the drive thru and didnt wait longer than 10 minutes to get my food. It was noon time.

Never been a big fam of this place lived in cali my whole life and I still just find it ok at best. I got the usual a double, animal style, mustard, chopped chilles, protein style this time with a strawberry shake. It was good like I said its not anything special, I never get the fries as they are literal garbage. Hands down worst fries in the fast food game. Other than that I love how friendly the staff is even at 1am in the morning they are still rocking it.

Great service! We were visiting from WA for Science Olympiad competition. Had a school bus fully loaded with middle schoolers, and we were all eating in almost no time. Little did they know, that we had another bus coming, loaded with highschoolers. All went smoothly, the kids were happy with their food, and paper in-n-out hats were a great hit!

They are up there with what a burger in my opinion so much better then Burger King McDonalds

Everyone knows about their tasty burgers and shakes but what I like is their quick service. The staffs are quick and friendly.

Holy cow, these guys are a machine! The drive thru line moved incredibly quickly considering how many people were in line. Everything was prompt, polite, and efficient! Cant say enough good things!

Been coming to this location for a while now. Im very impressed with the guest service here. I did have one bad incident here before, but the store manager Matt corrected it and he went beyond the guest service to make me happy.Matt has a awesome personality, thanks for him I will still claim this my favorite In N Out Burger.Updating my review. We had a great Double Double con3bo and it was delicious! The carmelized onions made it sweet and the savory flavor of the fresh beef and perfectly melted cheese was a delicious treat!!!

The food and service is standard at any In N Out. The traffic going into the establishment is outrageous. Tonight there was a line of cars on the public street extending a block away. The city should have issued the permit for this business in a less congested location.

Took me 15 years to come back to wine never disappointed love the food love the atmosphere

With drive thru lines as long as they usually have Im always amazed how fast it goes the guy who took our order was super cheerful and very helpful as well was the person who gave us our food.

Good service, inspite of my having poor hearing and painful frozen right shoulder. Staff was helpful in picking up my wallet from my back pocket. Ordered double double and a shake. Atmosphere was light as only a few people are around. Preparation took awhile as most of the orders are driven thru the side. Did not get any fries. The service of waiting for Lyft ride sharing was faster than having my burger done.
