Excellent on cleaning and fix the issue of my hearing aid. He notice the tiny screw or bolt that came loose and replace the tube as well make things easier no more whistle when I smile lol.

Avalon Hearing is awesome. Everyone is so concerned about helping me to hear the best possible! Hearing clearer and not just louder made all the difference for me. This place is absolutely incredible. Quick rundown of my situation. My 4 yr old son has hearing aids. We switched insurances and now no one will service them because of liability. We can’t even pay out of pocket for it. I called Avalon and they, unfortunately, do not service pediatric hearing aids. However, they did offer to take a look at them and clean what they could free of charge. I took them in expecting just a cleaning and mentioned a problem that was happening at my sons school. They were able to diagnose the problem, tell me how to fix it, and even dealt with Phonek on my behalf to get a second charger (as that was part of the fix) free of charge WHILE KNOWING THEY COULD NOT EARN MY BUSINESS BECAUSE HE IS A CHILD. I was so blown away that there are still businesses like this. I will tell anyone and everyone about my experience there and recommend them everyone. If they did all that knowing they couldn’t sell me any services imagine how well they take care of paying patients. Unbelievable. So fantastic!!

I have experienced nothing less than EXCELLENT service from Avalon. My hearing aid specialists have untiring patience with me as I journey through this experience of hearing loss. Allen, in particular, has shown patience and the will in helping me to hear better. I will forever be indebted to him and Avalon for helping me to navigate through my experience of hearing loss.

Alan has done the most thorough & understandable hearing loss evaluation & analysis…best of any prior testing we had had in Santa Rosa. So it will result in a newer more advanced aid purchase for my wife.

I have had generally good care from this place, however, I seem to be passed around to different people and my questions for follow up are consequently unanswered. My last visit I got there 20 minutes early. 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment I left without seeing anyone but the receptionist . It is a 3 hour round trip for me and these “free” follow up visits end up costing me just about 1/2 tank of gas. I spent over$6,000 on my hardware and examination and my ability to hear has greatly improved and I am very happy about that.

The entire staff are friendly, knowledgeable and emanate the feeling they are all there to help you & make your experience a positive one. The audiologists are knowledgeable & appear to be current on the latest technology (I have an IT & electronics background) & its optimum application to your individual requirements. They will not recommend something just to sell you the latest device.

This is hearing aid service at the highest levels. They carry best quality Starkey products, which update with the latest innovations. The staff at AVALON are super smart and friendly, from the people who call for appointment reminders to the audiologists. In solving my hearing problems, they really game me MY LIFE BACK! At work as a teacher, I could hear and understand my students again, and at home, I could finally understand my precious family.

Betty is the best! Competent and caring. She went the extra mile to make sure my hearing aides were the best fit and she continues to adjust them and test my hearing for changes. I travel over two hours to see her because of her thoroughness and thoughtfulness. I recommended her to a friend of mine whose last pair of hearing aids were not helpful and now can hear beautifully. Have used Avalon for my mother. Very good initial intake and evaluation, and then the purchase and fitting of the hearing aids was handled well. Plenty of information, and they work! Follow ups are easy and covered in the initial payment. Avalon is very easy to work with!

Its just so friendly there. I feel very comfortable going there. Theres no judgment--just a nice environment and lots of smiles from the staff. They are very professional there, too, and they know their stuff. I love the place and the staff!

Great service knowledgeable.

Betty is very kind and patient. I do struggle sometimes with my payments, but they are always understanding.The only thing that bothers me is I usually have a long wait for my appointment. I’ve waited almost 45 past my appointment time. This last visit wasn’t bad but they need to work on punctuality.

Always good service at Avalon. A short wait this a.m. til Emily, my consultant, could see me, but that was OK; the waiting room is comfy. Emily is a highly competent professional, truly concerned and eager to help her clients hear as well as possible. I highly recommend Avalon.

Jean was fitted with a hearing aid, it helped her much more then the one she had. Of course the customer service and physical environment is outstanding. However, its really all about hearing. Ive had these very high quality hearing aides for almost two years. Although adjusted from previous audiologist I was less than satisfied with the return on investment. Finally fed up with the performance my physician referred me to Avalon. They plotted out my optimal hearing and with their extraordinary technology adjusted hearing aides to the exact performance indicated. For the first time in five years I hear perfectly in movies, starbucks, in conference rooms...I just cant hear. Im so very grateful to Avalon and their staff.

A wonderful clinic that helped me fine tune my hearing aids I purchased in another city. The team is a lovely bunch who really care about getting my hearing right, instead of the transaction.

I got in my car to drive home after Avalon adjusted my aids and turned on the CD player. For the first time in years I could hear the individual instruments in the orchestra. I was smiling all the way home. When I arrived at the house I literally ran to my den to turn on the HiFi and verify that what I had experienced in my car was not a fluke. I put in a Pavarotti, then a Sousa march then the velvet notes of Linda Ronstadt. Smooth clear sound with nothing but beautiful music. I was going to enjoy music again.I have worn hearing aids over five years, but until I was taken under the wing of Avalon I didnt realize what was missing. A very satisfied customer.
