Ok, but not like a a real Fijian Indian store that carries all the pacific goods because I am a Fijian. I love their hospitality and very beautiful greeting. I came from San Jose and they let me use the restroom Not like other Indian stores. Thanks
Nice people and helpful. Thank you.
The store associates and operators are nice helpful and always willing to help you. Excellent place for eating items from the South Pacific veg or nonveg.
Did not love the seasoning on my shwarmas
Serious price gorging. Find another store.
Suitable location for Indian and Fijian groceries. I have been getting all my edibles items from this location since last 10 years.
These people need to take some customer service classes . Very poor, didnt want to give any star . It is very important to have customer service to keep good relations with your customers for business . Being a Resturant owner I was shocked to see that . You should always greet your customers and if you know their name its wonderful . People have talked about this store about their behaviour and got to experience it today . I got my stuff came to the cash she didnt even look at me . That was very rude . With this experience dont think I will shop there again .
They mix old lamb meat with newer lamb meat. Notice at first buy but it was later clear to me after my 3 rd buy. Not a fan of the place anymore.
This is a very professional and family friendly store. I have been going to this store for a while, maybe four or five years. The reason I like this store is because how clean it is and how fresh the items are. If you look around you will not find dust on any item and that happens when a store sells their items and keeps everything up to date. What I like most about this store is that the area where they keep their pooja items. They keep this area separate from everything and is very clean so I know when I am doing pooja the items I am getting are good quality. This is for sure a one stop shop for Fijian Indians like me because they have everything I need.
Nice but overpriced for most items. The dholak they have are good price though. Other than that everything’s bit pricey. Frozen meat etc
Last time I visited that store to buy some stuff made me decide not to go there if I want to avoid insult and even abuses. After I picked up the stuff I wanted to buy and reached the check out counter the owner said something which I could not hear. I asked him if he said something to me. But did he blow up-he took the stuff away from me and pushed me out of the door plus a few choices names were hurled at me.MY ADVICE TO EVERYBODY IS: IF YOU WANT TO BUY INDIAN GROCERY ITEMS THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER INDIAN STORES IN THE CITY TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO THEM. THEY DO NOT APPRECIATE BUSINESS AND INSTEAD CALL YOU NAMES FOR NO REASON AS IF THEY ARE THE ONES WHO ARE DOING YOU A GREAT FAVOR.
This is my familys go to store for my Punjabi and Indian foods. I always come here snacks/food. My mom really likes this store because she says it has all of the things she had in Punjab. For example they have lots of dal, spices, many brands of flours and my personal favorite samosas. The samosas and the pakoras are a not to miss, I just take them home every time with chai. Even my American friends like it too. There is a lady and her kids who have always are there when I go. Whenever I am sent by my parents I just ask for a product and they show it to me, if they dont have it they right it down to order(which I really appreciate). I really love the store because it is a great selection of Punjabi and Indian stuff...and SAMOSAS!!!
True. The owner of the store is not very friendly. He scam my mother. My mother caught him. After that Singh said to my mom that go to another store. This really pissed me off. Whenever I go to his store, he treats us like a thief. After thatt I stop going to his store.
Worst experience ever visiting singhs oceania. they dont have customer service at all. anyone enters their store they think they are there to steal and upon entering store they give selfish expression. they line up and stare as if u r there to shoplift. Rude and impolite approach to customers at counter .Dont know if these people inviting customers or chasing them with their rude expressions. I would recommend go to other stores around in the city at least they give friendly welcome.
This place doesnt deserve any stars. Horrible customer service. They are very rude to their customers. Im filing a complaint to Better Business Bureau.
At least do have some curtousy for customers by at least helping to get back your shopping carts.
Clean and easily find things
Worst customer service,no respect for customers.they dont know how talk, hardly answer the phone.Best Indian store in south sac are sonis market and sikandar cash & carry .Hate this stupid Singhs Oceania!
Bad customer service and over priced items and lots of expired stuff but its now its under new management and the store has greatly improved its service and they know how to smile and greet unlike the old owners
Bad customer service but good Fijian and Indian items that you cant find anywhere else
Bad customer service. Not professional at all.
I used to shop over there lot but lately the customer service they are looking at everyone as criminals they always have been looking over their shoulder and if someone is still doing a price comparison they yell at them and they ask them to leave the building what kind of service is this
