Purchased a wig from here and bought it home only to realize the wig was not new, used product.Called 15 minutes later to let manager know I wanted to exchange. He says all sales final but I was not told this when I purchased it nor was it anywhere outside the door posted. I will be reporting this to state officials. Very nasty attitude, I will not be spending my money here again.

Wish I could put no stars. Made a call about an inquiry, got no response. Called back and some guy picked up and rudely said 5 minutes insinuating he would call back in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later, I received nothing, so I decided to call back myself. I called 3 times in a row and hot absolutely no response. Would not recommend doing business with this place to anyone unless you like rude, unprofessional employees who will let the phone ring on you
