I would give this store 0 stars if possible. I attempted to return a pair of shoes and was turned down by the store manager, Jessie Martinez. Mr. Martinez claimed the shoes showed signs of wear and they clearly werent worn at all. I was disgusted by the way he handled the situation and dissatisfied with Journeys. I have pictures of the shoes that Im trying to upload to their Facebook page. I felt horrible after leaving this store. Do not shop here if you expect to be treated fairly.
