I am from the Metro Detroit area and have not gotten Bixbys coffee in over a decade and when asked to put cream cheese on my bagel and cut it in half they did not do so and served me a tart and bitter iced coffee also. Upon going to register to ask for a new coffee they would only hand me sugar packets to mix into my bitter iced coffee that I did not want and the sugar would not dissolve/mix because it was cold.

This location has always seemed nice and clean and the employees friendly.

Was in there today and ordered an iced tea latte it came out Luke warm. I went back up to them and asked what was wrong and a blue haired girl pretty much said screw off. She said she could just put more ice in it whi h would water it down and thats how it is sometimes. This was for two drinks. Horrible customer service and a horrible product today couldnt be more disappointed. I have had it before where it was cold how it should be.

It took me 30 minutes to get a mocha coffee this morning, there was only 1 order a head of me and they only had 4 drinks and one was already made when I stepped behind them. They did not look very organized or like they knew what they were doing. Im sorry Biggbys but you get an F for this service. Just so you know I still left a $2.00 tip.

Great product, terrible staff. Every time I have visited I’ve been greeted with a scowl. Only one out of 6 people that have taken my order this week has been even remotely friendly. The usual attitude here is annoyance at having to take my order and make me a coffee. Today when I went in, the girl behind the counter was in a huff because of something being wrong with the order for customer before me. She was so frustrated with them that she put my order in the computer wrong and got hostile when I stopped her from making me a hot drink when I wanted cold. She started slamming equipment and sighing loudly then handed me a coffee sticky and wet on the outside. I’m gonna try out the State Street location with their convenient drive thru. Hopefully their staff has less attitude than these gals.

Had the absolute worst service I ever had here this morning!! Definitely moving on to Starbucks!! Lucky I gave one star!!

My barista added a 5 dollar tip to my order from my card and then stuffed the cash in the jar in front of me. she hadnt even made my drink yet...i hadnt realized it until we got to the car thats what id seen happen... I did not authorize it...she simply said my order was 17 dollars for an iced coffee a orange dream and two cookies. Its 12. ...im mad. I had gave her a 3 cash tip after my drink was made, not realizing she ripped me off for five already... Calling in morning to speak to manager

Best service ever. I love biggby, but this was my first time stopping by this location, the next time Im passing through Ill definitely be stopping by again. The young man who rang in my order was very helpful when answering my questions about ingredients on a menu item. With food allergies he went out of his way to make the menu item differently to my request so I could still enjoy it. Both employees had positive up beat attitudes, but it was pretty awesome when one employee said to the other Your on the Verge of greatness, your like doing so greatOver all I had a great experience and was very happy with my visit, even with them being a little slower because they were busy and there was only two employees. All the other customers there seemed to be enjoying themselves and the atmosphere as well.

This place is awesome. Its really clean in there and the atmosphere is nice. But I really like the time and attention to detail that goes into each drink.

The coffee just taste hot. I cant taste sugar, cream, or even taste the roast of the bean itself. Literally just sipping hot nothingness.

Went into the store today to pick up a DoorDash order. Stood where the sign was.. they were busy and understandably I waited patiently. When they were done with the walk-ins who ordered, the girls all stood around and ignored me. If you have time to stand around, you have time to acknowledge someone and see what they need…. HORRIBLE customer service. I ended up unassigning the order. I REFUSE to waste my time waiting on young girls who choose to ignore me. I refuse to take another DoorDash order from there after this and I won’t be a customer either. I’ll stick with State St where they’re at least friendly.

Well if you want to pay $6.00 for a half a cup of French vanilla cappuccino then thats the place to go ! I went up to the counter to tell them it was made wrong and they told me its how its made!! Sure glad I didnt get a small one!!

The product is great the salesman AKA coffee barista really needs to smile more and be more sociable even say thank you hello or goodbye you almost wonder if all the girls that work there are mute because they cannot respond when you say any of those three above the gentlemen have always been more friendly and the coffee does taste great but what a weight I just left Coffee Beanery in and out within 3 minutes its just disappointing because Biggby Coffee the great coffee shop but the girls here really need tool and friendly customer service

Great coffee with an insane number of options and friendly staff.

Had a really bad experience in the morning yesterday. The young lady that took my order was very rude and demanding the whole time. I felt like she didn’t want me there. She was not pleasant at all and made me not want to come back again.

Their coffee was rich and creamy and the smoothies were blended perfectly, the staff is very friendly so I rate it 5 star

I really like the coffee here and the service is good too. You can use the buy one get one free from some fund raiser cards too. The atmosphere isnt so great - could really make it more cozy somehow in my opinion. That being said, theres probably only so much you can do with a strip mall store front.

Took me and the kids to bay road location for some magic milks and a mocha latte. Never have I ever had more rude and utter disrespectful customer service. Short bigger lady was cold to me and the other woman was working kept taking her phone out and texting. I’m taking my business elsewhere!

Tim Hortons was slacking today, but Biggby delivered. Fast, delicious breakfast sandwiches and drinks. Friendly service. 10/10! Always a fan of the cute messages on drinks and bags!

This is our first visit to this Bigby Coffee. One of the baristas did not have his mask over his nose. We asked him to please pull it up which he did and immediately after it was down again. I did not feel comfortable with this situation while coffee was being prepared.

We have just recently started trying out Biggbys and it is really good. The staff are always so nice, and the mocktails are really something to try! We want to try all of the flavors.

I ordered two Caramel Marvel frozen drinks today! I just love the taste of Biggby better than other coffee shops in that it actually tastes like coffee and not sugar. :) Friendly, helpful staff.

Staff are always friendly. I can get any coffee drink with decaffeinated coffee. And they have great bagel sandwiches.

The coffee was fantastic! We really enjoyed it here. Very quiet and nice employees. The large coffee we ordered was more then enough as I couldnt even finish mine.

Havent met a drink here that I didnt like! Prices comparable to Starbucks, drinks are better and staff is always very very friendly. Def my first choice for a yummy drink!

Went in here to get a frozen teddy bear and waited 15 minutes for my drink. There was nobody in line but apparently 3 other customers were sitting in lobby for there drinks. There was a new worker who was working his butt off. Well a girl with dark black short hair with glasses was watching promotional videos in the back. She would take a order on cash register then sneak off to the back. Apparently she was in such a hurry to watch her videos that drinks were paid for but never got made. Due to her negligence of not telling the poor kid what the drink was. When the customer came back and wanted his other drink that was forgotten. She said oh oops the kid said oh I got your back and made the drink for her. Well she went back to watching videos. Neither workers were wearing badges. So I cant comment on there names but I was in the store in the afternoon on June 30th. The new worker was working his tail off well she was suppose to be training him and clearly wasnt. My drink was not the best but he did the best he could. He clearly is a very hard worker and the drink probably would have rocked. If this girl took the time to properly train him and help make drinks with him. So that customers didnt have to wait so long for there orders. Unfortunately watching videos is more important to her then training him or even doing her job! Ill be going to another store unfortunately this occurance has ruined my experience here!

Loved the service. The barista was training a new employee and was very enthusiastic about the process while still providing great service. This is how you grow buisness train the next to do it like the current best.

They guy that works here is super sweet and helpful and very upbeat. My coffee was fresh and tasted great and he even help customized a drink for someone I was with. Will return again if I ever come back to this city!

I love to get their frozen lattes. Its not made with a powder mix like some other places do it. Its a real latte that they make in front of you and then blend with ice. Its very tasty and if you dont like it to be super sweet you can tell them they dont need to add any flavor.Also, the baristas are extremely friendly and upbeat every time I walk in there.

I am new to trying Biggby Coffee, and so far it is absolutely delicious! They can make almost any coffee any way you like. I also spilt my coffee all over my car as soon as I left. I went back inside to ask for a new one that I would happily pay for and both girls were quick to help me out and make me a new one at no charge. What a wonderful place! Ill definitely be back!

Pops and I are both veterans and him and I stopped in this morning. The baristas were very friendly and helpful. They gave us free coffee and thanked us for serving. The coffee wad piping hot and delicious.

24 oz Hot White Lightning is how I love to start my day. And this staff is the best. Their Baristas are second to none. I would and will recommend this place to everyone.

Good spot to work. They have free wifi and desks. Only con is that they only have small desks which fit two people max. So a larger group will have to club desks.Update: I later found out that they do have a meeting room available, but you probably have to reserve it earlier.

I love the staff and the coffee is great. The selection if wonderful and the trivia questions are really a nice touch. A conversation starter between friends or with the staff as well. Cant wait to go back!

I was at the State and Wienke store this morning, 6-1-19. I waited 5 minutes just to get my order taken at the drive thru. 10 more minutes to get my LARGE HOT BLACKBERRY CURRENT TEA WITH DOUBLE SHOT OF BLACKBERRY, which I had to repeat twice to the girl, then she asked Do you want it hot. And What size do you want.... really. Two cars behind me pulled out and left . Crappiest service I have ever had.

I love going here :) Its one of the best parts of my morning. All the baristas are really friendly & give awesome coffee suggestions (red bull and creme freeze with strawberries and coconut... Youll thank me later)

The baristas are always welcoming and friendly rather it’s 6:00AM or 6:00PM. The drink selection is a nice mix of traditional coffee shop drink, and some fun innovations. Also, some nice room to study, read a book, or relax with friends. The only thing I did not enjoy was the baristas use their apron to clean cups, and the tables/carpet looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in a few hours.

I usually come here at least once a month for meetings. The staff is always very friendly and my drink is usually ready pretty quick. Some of the chairs in their meeting room are horrible but the chairs in the regular Lobby are ok. On occasion the table I have sat at has not been cleaned. The bathroom here is very small but was well cleaned when I used it. Wednesdays are buy one get one free.
