Line is always super busy and the workers always do their best to beat the rush and get everyone’s food out on time and looking it’s best! Every-time I come here it is always worth the wait. Sometimes you get lucky and there is not wait. Drinks are always made with care meaning .. no Carmel and whipped cream dripping down the side like other places. Lol. They really take their time but get everything out efficiently. I love Starbucks.

I was in recently and there was a young new guy working. He was thin, with longer fluffy blonde hair. I just want to say he was doing a great job. I could tell he was learning, but he made my drink the best it has ever been made at this location. I had placed my mobile order right as I was about to pull in, so I expected to wait a few minutes. He was very apologetic as the drink was not ready yet. I assured him it was okay and I was in no rush. He was very nice and definitely a good addition to that team. Nowhere to leave a review after purchasing, so I thought I would say something on here. If this employee is you, just know that sometimes jobs like yours are hard. But there are people who appreciate you and you are doing wonderful so far :)

The coffee chain is overall delicious. But this specific location is infested with flies and fruit flies. The entire time I waited for my drink, I was swatting flies away from me. The food in the display case is festering with flies. I understand you dont sell the food in there, but part of that might help with the fly problem. Chances of having a blended up fly in your drink are 1 out of 5 people. The Bay Road location has far better cleanliness than this location.

Was just in this Starbucks and was treated horribly. By the manager, Dan, even. We ordered two hot drinks straight from the menu, nothing special. There was one lady that ordered before we came in. As we ordered several other people came in behind us. They all received their drinks, hot and cold, before us. I believe it was five other sperate orders that all received their orders before us. When I inquired as to why, the manager said, they do the orders by what you order. There was cold and hot orders coming out, so Im not sure what that meant. I said well that seems wrong to make someone wait until everyone behind you is filled before someone who ordered 10 minutes before them. He said, well Im sorry you feel that way, thats how we do it here. There was also sixemployees behind the counter. I will definitely not be back. Treat people better.

I love this Starbucks they have a top tier staff that is quick efficient and very friendly every time I bring my puppy theyre very friendly and very kind I would recommend the State Street Saginaw Starbucks to anyone

I’m not sure who was working at around 3:00 on June 28th but I just wanted to say that they were sooo kind. I usually don’t leave reviews but I just wanted everyone to know how great the employees were to me. Just that bit of kindness during the day makes it so much better and whoever was working the drive through really made my day. You have GREAT employees!

Ive been ordering the same drink each time I stopped at this location, and every single time its made so drastically different that I end up questioning the order until I read the label sticker to ensure they DID hear it correctly.Todays mystery flavor was SO bad I spit it out instantly and gagged before chucking it from one sip. I hadnt wanted to say anything because I know how stressful the environment can be but this has been an issue for months at this location and I feel like its not going to improve if I dont speak up about it.Tldr-Please teach your baristas how to make the damn drinks before putting them to work.

I usually get chia tea. Well this time who ever made it. It wasnt good for the first time I hated it. Had to dump it out.

This Starbucks is always quick and friendly service. I love the music in the background. Its a great place to sit and do homework etc. on your laptop, the internet is always stable. I love sitting outdoors at the tables they provide! While the prices are high, I think most people realize that. Its good to support all coffee shops, not just Starbucks, so check out Morning Emporium nearby on Center Rd. if you get a chance!

Waste of space. Never makes drinks to standard and/or by sequence. Should build a firehouse sub in place of this building.

The wait in line was very, very long (10-15 minutes) and then when I got to the window, my order was wrong. I would not recommend this location. They chronically have long wait times and messed up orders.

Staff is very polite and friendly. I go here pretty much everyday and never have issues with my order.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING customer service on Tuesday, October 27th in the morning. My mobile order, although placed through the app, did not go through to the store, so I showed up expecting it and it wasnt there. They helped me troubleshoot, but then MADE MY DRINK ANYWAY. 10/10 amazing, will go back again and again. Polite, helpful, kind baristas who didnt blame me for the app failure or make anything awkward for a second. Theyre all amazing.

You should at least greet customers who come in to pick up mobile orders, mine was ordered 9 minutes prior to arriving to the coffee shop. I get employees are going to talk to each other etc but if you have a drive thru line wrapped around the building, and four to five people waiting to pick up mobile orders, you should probably focus on the task at hand so that people can be on their way and make it to work on time.

I would give this place 6 stars. the place super clean and there customerservice phenomenal

I rarely write reviews but I have to say these are some really nice people. They make great conversation and never get my (always complicated) order wrong. Theyre super friendly, which is very unlike most people working in fast food/chains.

I love this place. (Kind of addicted! LOL) The baristas are always nice. If youre in a hurry, you could always order ahead on the app. The app is your friend people! You get points which earn you free items. Just wish they would bring back the Smores Frappuccino.

Always a welcoming atmosphere. Baristas are always friendly and courteous and take great pride in the upkeep of the store. And theyre always hustling to keep the line moving, which means youre rarely waiting for more then a couple minutes for your order.

Gave it a 1 only because 0 was not an option. Waited in a long drive thru, placed my order, was given a total, then get to the window (3 or 4 cars later), to be told they were out of what I had ordered AFTER they had confirmed and given me a total. The clown at the window said they gave the last one to a mobile order, as if that made a difference. No sorry, no suggested remedy, just gum-chomping incompetence.

This team is always friendly, smiling, and working hard. I come in almost daily and they kill it every time. Ive never had a bad experience in the drive thru or inside. The building is always taken care of and the inside is always clean. Thank you for exceptional service each and every time I visit!

Even though Starbucks is famous for their coffee and Coffee offshoots, Starbucks also has a great selection of tea. Tea is more what I would get when Im out running around and needing something different. I suggest you try the tea sometime youll be refreshingly surprised.

Poor Service I tried to order a mango dragon fruit with substitute and they wouldnt allow me to do that I also asked for it double blended that didnt do that this was my first and last visit restaurant seems to not realize we are in a pandemic and the last thing we need is poor customer service it sad really 👎👎👎👎

The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the coffee that they make is among the best of the Starbucks locations in the area. Its also the most spacious and well laid-out, so I can definitely recommend it as a good place for studying or for casual meet ups.

Staff has always been friendly, the facility is clean and well kept, and the environment feels just like every Starbucks. This location has the tap for the nitro cold brew which is really nice for those that enjoy the cold brew line.

I know everyone loves Starbucks, but this location it terrible in my opinion. I try and go there a couple times a week for breakfast, because they have healthy options, but they have never had any breakfast items EVERY SINGLE TIME I go there...they are always sold out. Maybe they should try making there items on site like every other restaurant instead of rehearing pre packaged food items. I just went there again this morning at 10am and guess what??—-SOLD OUT of breakfast again after I asked for 4 different sandwiches— ridiculous!!!I’m glad I go to Tim Hortons every am for myCoffee!!
