I have received great service on many projects for years with Home Fire Stove.

We have a 20-year-old Jotul 3CB which has served us well as our primary source of heat for two decades. We originally bought it at the Salem, Oregon, Home Fire Stove store. Two of the castings had cracked, causing us to worry about the safety of the stove. I called the store and was told that Id probably need to buy a new stove (now costing well over $2000). I asked about ordering parts to rebuild the stove, and was directed to the Home Fire Stove Service Center (located a short distance away in Salem).When I called the service center, I got an exceptionally nice and helpful woman named Evie. She patiently helped me figure out all of the various part numbers for the pieces I needed (which I had researched on the Internet). Since I live nearly an hour away from Salem, I really appreciated being able to place an order on the phone with my credit card. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the prices she quoted were significantly less expensive than the best prices I could find on-line. I was even more surprised when she called back the next day to tell me the actual cost would be even lower than the prices she had quoted me when I placed my order! A less scrupulous company would have simply pocketed the difference.My total cost for several large castings, plus the gasket kit came to $350 - a small fraction of the cost of buying a new stove (and about 1/2 to 2/3 the Internet price). When the parts came in, Evie called to let me know. When I arrived at the service center, I mistakenly parked in the back. A very helpful guy was just coming out the door on his break. Rather than simply telling me to walk around to the front of the building, he let me in and showed me just where to go. All of the parts were just what I ordered (and had been checked to make sure they were intact). As I told Evie, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Now, I just have to rebuild our stove...

Gorgeous fireplaces and BBQ selection is Knowledgeable, curtious staff. Cozy atmosphere in the showroom.

Very helpful and carry many items I have not seen at other Fireplace Stores.
