My poor mother-in-law has had a terrible experience with this Sears repair center. They said they would have the lawn mower repaired in two weeks. They lied. It has been over 20 days. She received a call on day 20 to say they were still waiting for parts. She was unable to pick up her lawn mower because they dont fix it at the repair center, but actually ship it somewhere else. When she called to discuss the part problem, she was told that there were no parts on backorder. The customer service representative was unable to tell her if it would be ready on Friday for pick up. She will never use this service again. If the lawn mower arrives on Friday it will have been in their possession for 24 days. Very frustrating.
Service was very bad,waited a month to have a service tech come to my home. will never use sears again.and to top it of my tractor was not fixed. Is this how disabled vets should be treated
