I have to agree with the other people on here. They just haven’t been organized at all.I’m renting furniture for a few months and when they delivered my furniture they had a king bed on the contract but brought me a queen. When I called the manager she said the price was the same. Really? Maybe should have got the king. asked for a copy Of the contract since they didn’t have one at delivery. Still haven’t received the copy has been 2 weeks. I called this evening and was told they couldn’t do anything because “their not the post office”. Lol. Ok.I asked for another copy and was told to come in and get one. I am transferring my account to another store in Salem.

This place is a joke. We special ordered a bed over the summer- I have all my info and they photo copied everything. When I called about 2 weeks later to check the status of my order no one knew who I was, what I was talking about, or where all my information was. I had to be promised by 2 different managers they would figure it out- someone eventually did about a week and a half later and we recieved the bed in a month.However, since being a customer I got to experience their terrible customer service. They are RUDE. I arrived right BEFORE their closing time to make my payment and got to witness their staff all hanging out talking. Not 7 pm yet and their doors were already locked. I tried to call them to see if they would just take the money and I can take something written and get a formal reciept a later time. Got to witness their assisted manager pick up the phone and hang up on me. Staff then shut off all lights and started walking to the door at 7pm on the dot (I was there a few minutes in total disbelief) they walked right out and ignored we were people whatsoever. I asked why they wouldnt take a payment even though it was still early when I had arrived 3 kept walking and ignoring 1 responded we closed everything down alreadyThat is the amount of effort it took to be spoken to as a customer. 👎👎👎👎

Vanessa White is extremely rude and condescending. When informed of a death of a spouse as to the reason for being late she said sorry your husband died but you owe this money. And suddenly they wont accept a check for payment when theyve accepted every other check and never had an issue with payment in the past. All employees at this location are incredibly rude, forceful and aggressive.

I wouldnt go here again myself. Not a very good selection but mostly nice stuff. Small store which sits in a strip type mall and not very easy to get to especially since Lancaster Dr. is always so busy during the stores open hours.

I literally had within an hour of getting a payment made and RTO was quick to get that done with me over the phone and now I dont have to stress about having my bed repoed

Im not sure about their quality of the products they sell but we were called out by the manager to do some service work early last year. They only paid for the first service and we had to finally turn them over to collections recently. Im sure they like when their customers pay for the items they buy, so it would be nice if they paid their bills when they use a service.

Been a customer for almost 3 months and I’m not happy. I was told my sons bed frame was coming out on a Monday then it was the wrong size, so I was told it would be out Wednesday so I cleared my whole day and no show. I call the store and The person who answered the phone didn’t know anything about me. I told him I wanted the manager to call me the next day and she never did. No one has kept in touch with me so I call Friday and they say it will be out Tuesday. Once I have everything paid off I will never do business with them there are other places to go. Disappointed customer.😕👎🏼

UPDATE. UPDATE. UPDATE. UPDATEI was a customer for 21/2 yrs because i was late on a payment they took 75.00 and my sons switch instead of waiting 1 more day for the other 75.00. Even after paying off. 4 large items with them over the years. Ill never go back to them and Ill make sure how all My clients friends and family know how wrong they did us. I hope to see everyone ban them for destroying a special needs kids dreams.UPDATE! ! ! !! !Since taking my sons switch they informed us that we had an $135.00 in store credit from the wii switch they took when we asked for them to apply it to our lap top they told us no we can only have it if we were to come buy something new. I WOULD CALL THUS THEIFT.

Some of the most lying and forgetful staff Ive ever had to do business with. I was sold a TV by one employee for a set amount, then that employee ends up getting fired. My payoff amount and date was screwed up from that point on. They never could get my simple 2 week payment plan on the right date and the staff was always rude. I finally paid off my account and then they failed to mail me my payoff and ownership papers. When I called to ask where they were they claimed that someone probably shredded them and they are unable to reprint documents. Are you kidding me????

Got a computer there. I was gone on military leave and paid it off. When i got home the hard drive crashed. Since i paid it off there is no further warranty. I have had the computer for less than 1 year. They obviously are selling faulty merchandise

Poor customer service, Miss all the old people who worked there two years ago but they bring s bunch of discriminating people in there . One guy was actually fired last week because of the way he treated people.
