The wearing of face Mask is still enforced here. The great about this store is the ability to still touch the phones, listen to headphones, play with the iPads and computers. Today seemed to be less staff than usual helping out. I still managed to find a magnet phone holder I needed for my car.

Staff knowledgeable and kind. Very patient and understanding. While I waited for my appt time with Geek Squad, another customer was giving a staff member a very bad time. I was so impressed with the employee. She kept her cool and did all she could to try and help this man. My hat is off to her. Thank you for all your help.

They wouldn’t let us shop there even though I’m medically exempt from wearing a mask. Their response was, “you can shop online.” I find it sad when people are enforcing things that they have no knowledge about. They just do it because someone said so. They’ve definitely got the employees on a ball and chain there. So we went to Target instead, everyone was really nice there and we had no issues. Target even had the same monitor that we were going to buy at Best Buy.People have lost their common sense these days. Little do they know that as humans, for example, we have lost our worms (I know, sounds gross) because we are too clean. As a result our eosinophils are bored, causing allergies to become more and more common. I don’t think people realize that allergies actually lower your immune system, opening the door for more issues.All of These mandates remind me of the Baader Meinhof phenomenon. Psychology and manipulation of the human mind is very fascinating. It will be interesting to see if people remain living in fear and continue enforcing things that are scientifically incorrect.Unfortunately I cannot support such a business. I know they’re just trying to do what’s right, but as a result they’re actually causing more problems and do not realize how ineffective their “rules” are.

Called to see if they had something in-stock and got routed to the corporate phone line. The gentleman who took my call was such a pleasure to talk to! One of the best experiences I’ve had as a customer on the phone! My only disappointment is that I couldn’t leave him a survey. Terrible experience. Best Buy is NOTHING like it used to be. Salespeople dont care, stock is really bad, and they dont answer the phones at stores anymore. It goes to a national number, they ask you what store youre going to and when I asked if something was in stock the person on the other end told me Sure! Theres plenty, and many different manufacturers, too.So I drive almost two hours to get there. Once in the store, I found they had ONE IN STOCK, and it was the lowest end one made. When I told the manager what happened. I was told, and I quote, Thats what they tell everyone. Theyre supposed to get you onto the store.I will NEVER buy anything else from this chain for as long as I live. They can stick it.

I called to ask if they have certain computers in stock, and you cannot be put in touch with the actual store. Instead, you talk to a robot, and get put on hold with horrible jiggly whimsical on-hold music for several minutes. Extremely inefficient set-up.

Wandered the store for about 20 minutes looking for some cables and mass storage devices. Wasnt acknowledged by several employees who seemed too busy doing nothing and eventually found one of the things I was looking for. The majority of their SSD portable storage was on an end cap and missing labels / pricing. Guess its back to ordering online from Tiger Direct, Newegg, Amazon, etc.

Got to the store, the mobile associate worked an hour on getting the phone set up before realizing the one he got wasnt for my carrier...AN HOUR!! and they STILL didnt have the correct one in stock. And naturally management doesnt care. Can see now why that store was dead

Customer service is sometimes atrocious and highly disappointing and aggravating when an able body is in front of you, but does not reach out to verbalize any help whatsoever particular the worker named Austin. Stood in front of him for a good 10 min and not one word from him. Not even a be with you soon youre of utterance. So lazy. Buying from Amazon is much better.

Unavailable frequently and pretty difficult to get a staff individuals help or consideration. Good shopping on the web. In the event that you need something fast and straightforward... be ready to stand by in 2 long queues and look at gradually. I wound up tracking down similar careful things at focus across the road for right around 1/2 the cost as well

Returned a computer with critical issues. (Exchanged for new) Assistance from Geek Squad was great. Sales manager initially was helpful and supportive, however at check out he became visibly annoyed with the return process and was pretty much hurrying us.- When you are spending over a thousand dollars on a computer and extended warranty you would expect at least some standard customer service and professionalism.

The staff at Best Buy are second to none!! I went in early this afternoon to replace my moms laptop, and have the data from her old (broken) laptop transferred to the new one. I explained that my mom was elderly and that her whole life was on that laptop. Additionally, everything she had left of my sister, who was the victim of a homicide 17 months ago, was also on that laptop. The sales representative, Everett, hooked me up with the perfect laptop really quickly, and Alyssa from the Geek Squad assured me theyd do all they could to get everything transferred by the end of the day. No promises. Several hours before closing I got the call that it was ready, and theyd done EVERYTHING I needed!! Ive shopped at the Best Buy before and didnt experience this level of customer service....not even close. These two associates are as good as they come and they, Everett and Alyssa, have made me a Best Buy customer for life. Great job!!!

I came with a small list and left with everything I came for yesterday. Dante was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind in the home security section. Honestly, all the employees I spoke to were very pleasant! They asked if I needed help and directed me to the sections of the store I needed. Serious drop in customer service. Earlier this year I purchased a new television from them online. They were quick to answer, helped me to choose, gave me an arrival time, and followed through. When my printer died I tried to contact Best Buy to purchase a new one. I tried online, then on the telephone. I took hours. I hung in there because I had a credit to use. They shipped the printer through Ontrac which turned out to be a nightmare. When the package was long overdue I spoke with six different people at Ontrac who each gave me different and incorrect tracking information. I eventually Googled Ontrac and found hundreds of complaints. I called Best Buy trying to express my concerns regarding Ontrac. I was bounced from one department to another, disconnected three times, and simply hung up on three times. I tried Live Chat with the same results. When I eventually was able to explain my concern I was told that if the delivery problem was with the carrier I would have to file my complaint with the carrier. In the event that I did not receive the printer I could apply for a refund or replacement if it failed to show up after 30 days. My three stars are for the fact that I love my TV. The printer did eventually arrive before the 30 days passed, but I am unlikely to ever purchased from them again.

If Im going to spend 400+ dollars on a TV I expect to be sold to, to have great options and be told what the stats of each TV are. No one was of much help, so I went to target instead.

So I had an issue picking up an order I made online, system limitation due to changing the pick up person (this may take up to an hour) right before I came to get my order. When they said it wasnt ready a supervisor of some sort arrived and sincerely apologized, his name was Tom. I told Giovanni I was going to do some shopping and come back to the counter in a little bit. I wandered the store for about an hour waiting for the confirmation email they said I should have got. I was about fed up waiting and on the edge of canceling my order when what do you know, Giovanni and Tom found me to say the wait had already been to long and they would have the help desk force the order to allow me to pick up and go. Great customer service, I was pretty upset until these 2 employees went out of their way to find me and get me out the door with my order. Thanks guys

I just purchased 4 new appliances for my home remodel. The people in that department were knowledgeable, courteous and bent over backwards to answer all my questions & meet all my needs, even though my original customer service rep was off for the day.I also purchased an annual Geek Squad Tech Service Policy. I will let them explain how it works because the benefits are to numerous to share in this format. Suffice it to say, if youre making ANY major purchases, with the money you can save through this plan, purchasing it should be a no brainer.2 other noteworthy things: the dishwasher I bought didnt quite fit properly (not their fault. I did the pre-purchase measurements myself). Because I was on the annual Geek..., & an Elite Best Buy member, they happily agreed to swap out mine(LG) for another unit (BOSCH) that should fit better in the cut out space. If that isnt great customer service, I dont know what is! Try doing THAT with any other independent or big box stores!OK, final note: If you DO end up having ANY questions about your purchases or anything else, go directly to the STORE 🏬!!! DO NOT CALL BEST BUY AS ALL CALLS ARE FUNNELED THROUGH A NATIONAL OFFICE 🏢! If you insist on calling the number (NO CALLS are answered by the local store no matter what), plan to pack a lunch & pitch a tent 🎪 and request vacation time from work! Cuz chances are you will be on hold 30-40 minutes. And when you FINALLY get a human on the phone, they will simply GO BACK TO THE STORE 🏬! Well, thats my story and Im sticking to it. Online it stated that they repair GAME CONSOLES. But it didn’t specify which consoles. So I made an appointment. I get there and they do no repair PS4s. Unless under warranty. So I wasted my time.**state that on your website CLEARLY.** also, get your phone fixed so when people call and have general questions about your services, you can tell them before they get there. Right now it just says the store isn’t taking calls at this time??! A big name store shouldn’t have a call center to direct your call.I will not be shopping here again.

I ordered a USB microphone online for store pickup. I found their website easy 2 search around, and making my purchase was very fast as well. Within 10 minutes I had a message it was ready for pickup. I also purchased a car adapter for my cell phone. I had trouble finding it myself, so I asked an associate there if they could help me. The young man who helped me was very professional and friendly. He knew right where the adapter was I needed. B young lady cool was working the pickup counter was also very friendly and got my purchase quickly. They had three or four registers open and even helped a lady by carrying out her purchase for her. Overall this was a very good experience and I will most definitely be shopping at Best Buy again.

Went in to buy a printer. Left with less than nothing as I gave them 15 minutes of my valuable time. The printer I wanted was displayed on an end cap so you could not miss it. However, there were nothing other than the display units. When asked the clerk indicated that there was a nationwide shortage of printers and all available printers were on the shelves. I asked if he could order one. He scanned the item and said Nope. But there is another brand around the corner you can go look at. Our next question was Can you sell us the display model? Nope. The company pays us to keep these on display. Keep displaying an item not available for purchase. Must be some sort of corporate logic that I dont understand. Will they be getting some in? No idea.Sitting out in their parking lot, I was able to order the exact model I wanted from Amazon at a comparable price...with no attitude or ambivalence. Just will take a week to arrive. Worth it not to have to deal with the eye rolling and shoulder shrugging from the nerd with a limited vocabulary and much more important things to do. So sad because I used to spend a lot of money there.

I went in to buy a new phone. The demo that I tried was for a blue phone, and when I asked the cashier for the phone she brought it out. We got out to the car and noticed the sticker said that the phone was grey, so we immediately went back in and asked them if the could swap it for a blue one. The original cashier didnt ask for what color we wanted, and didnt mention there was more then one color. The second cashier we had, started to peel off the sticker of the box, stopped and a second guy came over and said since the stickers corner had been peeled off, they couldnt swap it without us paying a $45 dollar fee. We had had the phone for 3 minutes, hadnt opened it, and wasnt given a color choice, expecting the one we got to be the same as the one they had shown us in store. I am very disappointed with the service I received today and will just be ordering online from other retailers from now on. At least online at other retailers they confirm your color choice.

Bought a 65 inch Samsung with installation by Geek Squad. They put it on the wall, but thats about all. Set-up was poor. But, my main complaint is that they took the TV stand. Ive called them about this a number of times. One even came out and fixed the poor setup and indicated that hed go and bring one back right away or order one and let us know when wed get it. We still havent gotten it. The original order was June 6.

The staff there is sometimes helpful. They like to push things on you when they don’t know what it is they’re selling. I was once told that the iPhone has a USB-C connector. I would not go here if you don’t know what you’re looking for. If you need an electronic, you may be able to find it here at a decent price and their return policy is one of the best.Word of advice, don’t get up sold here.

I shopped at this Best Buy a couple times and had all good experiences until my recent visit.I had an appointment to fix or replace my phone, I left with nothing an hour later. No service done.Would have been better if the associate checked before hand if the part was actually in stock before charging my card and going behind closed doors with a recent passcode removed phone. Just a little concerned.Service was slow but Best Buy was definitely quick at taking my money. Hopefully I get my refund. I don’t need another headache. The charge was processed and went through already in my bank account but I don’t see any signs of the refund yet. My BB account says my purchase was returned.Best Buy wins again, quick to take money but slow to return it.

I went in specifically for an iPhone case, found one in 2 min but spent ten trying to find someone to help me get it out of the case to pay for it, couldn’t ever find anyone that worked there so I waited in the checkout line forever just to get to the front of the line and be told they can’t get it for me, someone with a special key has to get it for me, so I wait again, someone says they will help me and never comes back! 20 min goes by before someone shows up after the first person couldn’t be bothered to help me. All in all, a five minute Best Buy visit ended up being 45 minutes because nobody could be bothered to help me give them money!

Best Buy is a staple in this town and in the greater area as well. Always helpful customer service! If you are a computer expert, they won’t be of much help to you, but for everyone else they are great consultants for your purchase. Great stock on various items, and I found my new favorite place for adult oriented LEGO purchases!Best Buy has also handled the current silicon shortage and GPU/Game Console craziness better than any other vendor in my opinion! Stop advertising and allowing customers to schedule iPhone repairs (camera glass replacement) if you won’t actually do the repairs.
