It was very concerning to see that even with the mandatory mask mandate, there were customers shopping without masks on. Staff was aware, but most of them didnt seem to care. Its a nice store and staff is friendly but its just concerning to see how little theyre doing to prevent possible covid outbreaks.

Trying to kill time? Got an extra $10? Kids at home and your bored? Go to craft warehouse, walk thru the doors, FIDGETS. I lost nearly 30 minutes playing with all the random fidget toys by the registers and still didnt see them all. Sure theres others stuff, but you gotta make it past the shinies first

As in all Craft Warehouses... I always find just what I want. As of 2021 I am told that one needs patience with staff or/and the lack there of... with that being said... having a young clerk watch a handicapped person struggle getting a shopping cart through the front door and not offering help is... beyond belief. 😟

I love going to this store. They have really nice samples of mostly everything to give you ideas. I like their selection of card making.

They used to have a phenomenal fabric department, now (post covid) its blah... Not worth the trip to Salem. Rate them about the same as Joanns but more expensive and no coupons!

No one was particularly helpful. We asked questions and got the idk look back. Just unpleasant. But its not always that way sometimes have really nice people working

Left the store without purchasing anything because of the manner in which I was treated. Im carrying a sleeping child and rather then offering to help me find what I was looking for they shadowed me like I was trying to steal something. Get a clue!

While the selection is okay, I have found better prices for cotton yarn at the Dollar Tree (they sell the same economy brand for less) and Walmart (the bigger name brand is less). The place seemed dingy, dirty and dusty, and over priced when compared to other craft and non-craft stores I shop at.

Awesome products, decent prices, kinda average customer service. I will say that I definitely dont appreciate that they follow you around and treat you as though you are doing something wrong. I spent close to 400 dollars the last time I was in there and was basically stalked the entire shopping trip.

Pretty good sales price. Maybe a little high but everything seems high to me. They do have a great selection of a large variety of things. Staff was available to help as well.

2 associates and 1 manager felt it necessary to put me through an anxiety attack over less than a dime that I was short for on my transaction across 2 cards and the entirety of the change from my car. I know it was 8¢ but spending 10 minutes solid between three employees is unnecessary over so little. Do better please.

The store had a large amount and variety of stock. I am a paper crafter and was hoping to find more than I did for my specific needs, although I didnt spend a lot of time shopping. I was also hoping that prices would be better than they were.

My wife loves to put Puzzles together, then, I cover them with Modge Podge to remove the appearance of lines when Framed and covered with glass. We mostly use Museum Quality glass to make the beauty come forth at every angle. All from Craft Warehouse. We love it!

I enjoy all the pre-made crafts and how the items for each build are located close to the completed projects. There is something for everyone here!! Prices arent too bad but its obviously not walmart.

Like all crafters, I never know what Im looking for here, but I always find it. Came in today looking for some plastic or acrylic sheets or boxes I could use to make a trophy case with. They said they didnt have any but I walked around the store and found materials I could build a case with. Then I found these acrylic paint pails and they were perfect!

Craft warehouse is the place you go when you need inspiration for a new project. I went there for yarn and left with so many other cool things that I never thought of! No matter what your hobby is, this place is incredible and addicting.

Always Amazing! My daughters just lost their pet Guinea Pigs. I scoured the internet for urns but couldnt find the right one. I went to the craft Warehouse to find picture frames for their cremation Certificates and then found the perfect materials to make urns for each one. This place is amazing!

We went here for fabric for Covid masks. They had beavers, ducks, seahawks and other hard to find. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Prices good. Kind of like a smaller Hobby Lobby.

No stars the employees are disrespectful, have attitude, and make u feel like its a hassle if u need help finding or want to buy something thats locked up. NEVER AGAIN will i step foot in the salem oregon store completely disappointed and will not recommend them to anyone .. They need to hire more happy, positive, helpful people.

I personally dont go to this this, I go with my gf and she gets all her art supplies here. Id have to say that theres a lot of things here that I normally would not see anywhere else.

I love this place! So much to see, tons of supplies, free classes periodically, and decent hours. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star rating is because they sell sufficient stock of the most common items for beading. Very little in the way of basic tools, supplies and beads. As I can get common, basic items much cheaper in some other stores, if I want basic or common beading supplies, I tend to go elsewhere or online.

This place is where you need to go if you actually want some customer service. The team that works here is amazing. Checking in with you as you look through the store, or take you straight to the spot you want to find what you are looking for. The prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend this craft store.

Plenty of helpful staff available for questions and at check out. I would have to say, this is a sewing-material warehouse with a smattering of everything else.The depth and line up of items are limited to practitioners of other disciplines. They do manage to delivery, at least the basics, in other areas.Parking is plentiful and the staff warm. Worth a peek, even if youre not quilting.

Not excepting cash yet, they have a list of rules when you walk in but most stores do. I just didnt really think the lady that greets you and goes over them was the nicest associate.

So many types of crafting items.I did see that there were some of the same items for less from the most used online vendor but if you dont want to wait to get your art on or risk getting subpar items through 3rd party vendors this is a great option. It was difficult to decide which items I wanted the most because of the vast selections. I went with specific brands in mind that Id seen used in an online video by professional artists so I know the great supplies are more expensive and didnt even look at other brands so am not sure if there were inexpensive items.

I have loved this store and shopped there very frequently until a few nights ago. I was extremely disappointed when a woman in the store was seen stealing merchandise and filling her huge purse/handbag. When I walked up to the cashier, I asked her to please call the police since theres nothing they could personally do, she called a manager which told her not to call police. This brought several concerns to me. Does the manager and/or store approve or back this kind of behavior? Was the manager a part of this? Is this why the prices constantly increase at this store? I refuse to shop at a place that allows thieving and makes the honest people, suffer by paying more. This womans bag was empty when entering the store and very full when she left. She did not pay for 1 item. I am now on the lookout for a new craft store as this was my go to.

Decent craft place, though a bit on the pricey side. Its definitely worth it to subscribe to their newsletter and get coupons.Their minky fur is high quality and comes in a variety of colors, and their canvases and paints are a good price. Wide selection of home crafts and mom projects.
