I am really disappointed with the framing department. We payed $200 dollars to get out painting framed, they said it would be ready in 2 weeks, but it took them way over a month! We have been going to the store multiple times to ask, and we get returned. When they finally gave us a call to come pick up the painting and we drove all the way to the store, the glass is not even there. The supervisor came, and her answer to the issue was: “oh I don’t know” with a big attitude. My question to the store is if a store manager doesn’t know: “WHO KNOWS?” Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever ever had in any store. Will never come back nor recommend!!!

Was only looking for a charm to add to my daughters Pandora bracelet and ended up spending $65 worth of items and the creative juices kept flowing in to create some earrings! Recommend this store so please help your community and shop local instead of online!

Well I use my rewards Amma coupons all the time so I feel like I rob the store each time I walk out. I bought 4 shirts and some pins the other day and my total was 5 bucks! Love it

Spacious with all you need for your next crafting project. My wife was pleased that I took her here.

I needed. Menu board cheap, I found some nice poster board and some sticker letters and numbers in multiple colors. I also got some other things that I never new I needed until I saw them.

You can find huge selection of home decor items and tons of great ideas.

Great selection of items needed for the diy arts folks. The store could use a sweep as several isles were cluttered with overflow items on the floors. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked. Returning items purchased online was easy to do and quick.

Lately, this location has been somewhat great, tho I still sometimes dont love it or the employees, the recent string of associates have been helpful & kind, but it really is a hit or miss between getting that 1 associate with no personality or shopping there when every item I need is out of stock. Just keep those things in mind before each & every visit to this store location & you shouldnt set yourself up for disappointment.

Good amount of art/painting supplies.

There selection was slim when I was there for florals. Lines too long (1 cashier). Prices have more than doubled on florals and farmhouse type crafts. Hobby Lobby has nothing to worry about.

Have found what I went for but find them a little short in craft type supplies.

So much goodies!!!! I bought the canvas set for 30 dollars on special. And the brushes were on sale as well for 15. With some other goodies in the back with a kitchen accessory it was all worth it. I love all the products. Will be posting more on the paints and quality.

Great experience with framing! Matched a frame I had made 6 years ago. Good service too, ready sooner than they said it would be. I didnt have a coupon but still got a really good deal.

Hearing what I just heard from an employee there say aloud about a customer has left me in disgust. Thankfully I got to read her name tag and she happens to go by the name of Alisson. Not only did she talk about a disabled person who “had a hairy eyeball” in which she walked away from. I overheard her being rude to another employee. How sad that she even has a position in this place. With how she talks for sure she talks about everyone.

Im not a huge fan of Michaels because of their prices. Im a jeweler by trade and can say Ive found the same or better tools for better prices. I stopped here for some quick things, but ended up finishing my list elsewhere. The staff here is friendly and always willing to help, however, which is a big plus. Its worth going here, just research your options beforehand.

Had a great birthday party with the kids here. Our party theme and helper were very fun. Joy was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be back again for a party. The price is right and its hassle free. We have been shopping there for years and just found out about the birthday parties. Definitely worth the money and time.

An amazing store...even with covid the associates were helpful, stocking shelves and at the door for pick up orders. Love Michaels. My only complaint is they dont restock stuff 5hat is on sale, I have been trying to get stuff for my cricut and two weeks in a row they were wiped out like completely wiped out, I assume due to the sale

Store has plenty of good choices for arts and craft projects if you know what you looking for and where it is located in the store. I made 4 rounds of the store to look for an associate to ask for help, no one was available to help. Eventually found what I wanted after 20 minutes of going around store and made to the register, there was a long line because they had only two registers open. Hope I dont have to go there again and can find what ever I am looking for online most likely at cheaper price.

Inventory day. Got a grab bag for $4 and got a lot of stuff for kids that was normally priced at $10 each. A halloween decoration priced at $32, has slight hole on bottom. Lots of deals, helpful and friendly associates too.

Went there to get a new shadowbox frame. We went straight to the frame counter and asked if they carried them. We were told they did not carry them for years, but they could build one (8 X 10) for $100. While my husband was at the counter, I walked up and down the aisles and found a perfect shadowbox frame on an end cap for $23. There was a choice of sizes and colors.

Literally they have the cutest Halloween decorations!!

I love this store. I found everything I needed besides sandpaper? Which was disappointing... Suggestion, order REAL sheets of sandpaper... But other than that I could live in that store!!!!

Used to be all crafts supplies. Was my go to place when I needed supplies. Now it is mostly kids things and nice looking things. Has many kids toys, decorations, nic nacs, candy, and fads (like slime). Had such a difficult time finding actual craft supplies when I last went a few days ago.

Previous review is below but had to change stars. They rearranged the whole store. Even from the last time we were in there things were rearranged again. Its so hard to find anything. And who knows what theyre doing at the entrance/exit its all confusing and probably a fire hazard. Not as stress free shopping as I said in my earlier review.Always find what we need and more in there. And its not stressful shopping. Got canvasses to sunglasses. At great prices.

As an art student, if there were no utrecht or blick’s nearby, chances are I could find what I need here. they do not carry all the tools or all the brands, but they do at least carry the basics. And while they do carry a decent amount of art supplies, depending on your discipline, they carry some professional supplies.If you draw comics or manga, this is your place. This is not a store to start out at as far as the basics go. They have pens, ink, and bristol, but they’re lacking if mechanical pencils are your thing.They don’t have the greatest selection of paintbrushes, but you can get by with what they have. The brush section at this location seems a bit neglected at times though.You can find Prismacolor and some Copic markers here, they’re found in a locked cabinet at the front of the store, but I’ve never been able to find my brand of gouache or watercolors here (Holbein).They also carry Rapidgraph ink pens and airbrush kits. The best sculpting materials they carry is going to be Super Sculpey.They also carry a good amount of easels and portfolio books to store your illustrations.Just remember, this is more craft store than universal art supply store.
