Best experience ever. Ive had two very specialized jobs with custom work and parts in the last month. The entire staff was friendly, understanding and professional. I will definitely be going back soon to get my truck done as well. Also, they are military friendly which is a big plus for me.

Went in to purchase two speakers for my Harley. They were very professional and allowed me to utilize their parking lot and install my speakers right there which was a good thing because I found out the speakers were to deep to fit in standard Harley pockets. So, being the professional and respectful people that they are, they provided some suggestions in which I accepted and made my speakers fit. I will be returning when I need more stereo equipment.

They wired the amp & sub in my WRX when I bought it and so naturally that’s where I went back when I wanted some upgrades. They were super laid back when I went in to discuss my options and did the opposite of trying to over sell me on anything, very transparent on different options/ prices. Ended up having the windows tinted which is thrilled with, and they tuned my amp complimentary. I’ll definitely be back in when I’m ready for more sound.

It was my first time at Stereo King last week. I went in looking for a car alarm due to my car being broken into last week. They were super helpful, made the process of buying and booking the appointment for installation super quick, and the prices were super reasonable. Dropped it off yesterday to get it installed and the whole process was super stress free.

Time to job just as stated, did a little additional work for me that wasnt scheduled. Tint looked really good.

They do good work my only complaint is i took my truck in to have sterio and system installed sounds good by the way just bought the truck have pictures of truck with no scratch under window when I left there shop I had a scratch under back window and 5 days after I was driving and back window over scratched shattered for no apparent reason now I dont trust having my vehicle in there parking lot not sure if area got hit in there parking lot or shop but thing is there are other sterio kings around because I do like there products

I went in wanting a cpl subs and amp for my new car and after talking to them they were explaining that I should get better sound from one sub in a custom box than 2 subs in a prefab box. So I trusted them and this setup sounds amazing. Looking forward to going back to replace the door speakers next.

I stopped by and got a quote for an install on a stereo and backup camera. I was supplying my own equipment. There was no hassle or attempt to upsell me on different gear. The quote was straight forward and reasonable. They were able to schedule me in the next day. The install was clean and what I asked for. I found one small issue when I went to leave, but the tech immediately fixed the issue and all was good.

I love them here. They will answer all ur stereo questions and help you step by step over the phone to set something up. These people go above and beyond to help. I would never go to another stereo place besides them. Good prices and always some even better deals. I have bought 6 decks so far from them n a sub and 6 door speakers in all.

Everyone here was pleasant and knowledgeable. I told them what I wanted and my budget, they showed me my options with no pressure at all to spend more money then I planned. Scheduled an install for a few days later. They said it would be about an hour- it was an hour. Then they showed me how to use the stereo- all the options, he even connected my Bluetooth for me! I’m tech stupid so they made the whole process really easy for me.

I’ve used stereo king many times always a great spot for any wiring needs to tinting windows, great staff and great work!

So I brought my 2016 vw jetta in to get 2 10 subwoofers installed and turned out doing the whole cars sound system and was very satisfied with how well they installed the speakers. The bass knob was installed in a very difficult position that I asked for. They pulled off the install flawlessly and quickly. I was very satisfied

Went in last weekend with my kid to do a father and son project. We were going to install an amp and sub into my sons car and needed a wiring kit. There was never any sales pressure to have them do it for us. They were very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed and answered all my questions. My son is now happy with the extra bass he has in his car. :)

I had gotten a deal through the dealership I bought my car from to put in a new stereo (so the dealership paid for it, so not sure what their prices are/range) let me just say, I was very pleased. I forgot his name but he had ginger hair with a longer beard and he did everything to make sure everything looked nice! It was a Toyota Prius that had the new stereo and I guess they don’t make good dash kits for those, so first shot was a bust and didn’t look great. BUT he then ordered a different dash kit and got it in next day! It looks factory now! Like their was never a stereo change! It’s amazing. I very much appreciate his time and help! Even during being super overbooked they made sure to take care of the new dash kit install! Thank you guys!

Came in to get led projector fogs and aftermarket horn installed.+1 For being referred to stereo king by a few friends.+1 For quick install.+1 Decent price.+1 The place know what they are doing when it comes to stereo (had a few friends get theirs install here)- 1/2 for not giving me a walk-through when install was done until I asked about if the fog lights were aimed correctly. Then was told the fogs were just installed and not aimed but they look like the right height. Then was told by the installer that it was easy to re-aim with a long flat head screwdriver and showed me the supposed hole where I could reach the adjustment knob. Waited until dark to see how they were aimed. Ended up being too low. The hole was not the one where I could access the adjustment knob.-1/2 For giving me false info about the hole that I was supposed to use to re-aim the fogs the first time because the second time I came in to get them actually aimed, he actually showed me the clips that was suppose to be taken off to open up a flap to be able to aim the fogs and showed me the short philips screwdriver he used to re-aim the fogs.-1/2 For staff leaning on my car. Dont know about anyone else but I do not like things/people leaning on my car.-1/2 For aiming them too high when I came back to get them aimed. It doesnt seem like these kids know what level the fogs are suppose to be aimed at and how to test it. Ended up re-aiming the fogs myself that night knowing how to access the adjustment knob myself now.-1/2 because I set the volume the radio to 1 and have my bass knob how I always have it. When I paid and got in the car the volume was changed and the bass knob was messed with as well. Dont know why my radio and bass knob was played with when all I needed was fogs and horn install.Talked to a guy there who said he would pass on the info to the manager as well as give him my phone number so I could be reached. Its been 4 days since then and no phone call as I sit here writing this.$230 I was comfortable with paying because I didnt have the tools or knowledge and wanted a completely satisfied install where I didnt have to redo some stuff myself. That was not the case. But thats just the fog lights. Horn works awesome though. And they do do great jobs with stereo and everything stereo related since my friends had theirs installed by this place and are completely satisfied. Maybe I just have bad luck.The picture with my finger pointing at the hole was where he told me to use a long flat head screwdriver. The second time I was shown the clips that open up a flap to actually reach the adjustment knob that he didnt clip on securely.

Got a new Viper alarm system for our truck. System malfunctioned before leaving the store. Never received information booklet on how to operate and employees gave no instructions. Had to return to get the booklet. Got home and tried to make alarm go off but it didnt work. Went back to store again to learn why. Said valet system had been activated was reason it didnt work. Totally unhappy with service there. They should inform customers how units work and make sure it is working before you leave store.

Ive used the Salem location 3 separate times. Weve really hated the service and the install people are the worse. They break very thing they touched. Loss mounting screws, break off mounting tabs on door covers, etc etc. The sales people that helped us were really out of touch and I knew more than did about very thing. No clue what they even had in stock, was it ordered or on a truck, here not here, laughable really. As the only car stereo place in town, one can see that is the only reason they are still in business. Oh plus their web-site is nearly as useless as anything else they touch...Good Grief.

Throw your money away better yet burn it. The person that greets you at the door and phone should be fired and treats customers like he dont like his job. It was so bad even askng for help finding a unit was to much effort. I got an attitude for showing intrest in their products. I Hope maby he learns how to deal with people or at the vary least his boss trains him on better. Learn how to deal with people.

For under $1000 got complete alarm kit and power locks, gave me a free 2way upgrade on the key fob. Any time I had an issue with the locks not engaging the happily looked it over and got it fixed free of charge and to let them know if I have any future issues. Been over 2 months now and works perfectly. Will always go back and recomend stereo king!

Very pleased with them overall, and their warranty program is second to none. Got me the best price on the best equipment, and when it came down to install, it turned out I needed only 2 amps instead of 3, saving me $400. I was then able to apply that money towards an equalizer that really brought everything together. Honest and professional. Thanks guys!

Been going to stereo king for a while but I have to say I feel like there service has gone down. I went to them a while back ago because I was having problems with my subs. They told me some things I could try. One of the things was getting my sub tested to see if it still was good. So i asked them if they could test it because they didnt seem to busy with 4 employees standing at the counter. I got told they were to busy to. So I wasnt sure how standing at a counter waiting for customers to come made them busy. Im not saying this is a bad place Im just hoping no one else gets that service.

This place is awesome! Not only do they have excellent prices on top of the line equipment but the staff is equally as good. I have an 05 Rubicon LJ that I wanted to put a custom sound system in and the sales team was fantastic at helping me pick out what I needed for a great deal. Then came the install. Brad Smith is the man to see, his work is impressive! From wiring to custom fiberglass sub enclosures, he can do it all. I have since been back to have him do my CB install and currently working on my security system. Hands down the best car audio experience Ive ever had.

Have a 2nd gen. Tacoma with a jbl system. I had excellent service from this shop. Specifically Aaron, I was able to keep factory head unit and add some better quality bass to run with factory jbl system. Top notch knowledge and friendly customer service.

Bought 2 sets of 6x8 and ended up not being happy with them. Took them back next day after a phone call and some messaging back and forth over their Facebook page. I gotta say Matt is the man!
