Highly recommend Jacksons Body Shop! We have been a customer of Jacksons for over 26 years! Unfortunately, we have been hit many times, so Jacksons has completed several repairs. The last accident, involved one of our commercial trucks, a Dodge Ram 3500. It had been heavily damaged, but after Jacksons...it looks amazing! I stopped by there on my way to work which was right before they closed, at 5:00. They still took the time to give me an estimate and treated me very nicely while I waited.

After my car was hit and my passenger door crushed in I took my car to Jacksons. Their quote was on par with everywhere else, but their staff was much friendlier. They found a replacement door within 2 days, said it would take 3 to fix but only took 48 hours, and it looks amazing! Thanks for helping me get my car back so fast and at a great price!

Came in to get my handle replaced on my Infinity FX35 and I had ordered a part online to replace the broken one and I called on a Thursday to drop it off that same day and it was ready two hours later. AMAZING service and great price. Some places wouldn’t replace it for me because I didn’t buy the part from them but they had no problem helping me. Definitely recommend this place if you want efficient and genuine service. Thanks Larry and your team!

We have had to have body work on three different vehicles over the last 5 years. Most recently, our pickup and camper were rear-ended. The accident slammed the camper in to the front of the bed. All kinds of small areas of damage but over 4500.00 worth. AH-MAZ-ING job. I cannot say enough GREAT about this FAMILY business. Highly recommended!

TERRIBLE place! Do not use this company to get your car repaired! We used these guys for a very simple repair in 2016 and it was fine. This time it was AWFUL! They cannot handle anything more than a scratch! After being rear ended AGAIN in September 2018 we chose Jacksons to get our car repaired, thinking they would be another good experience, well it was NOT! Completely rude and clueless. Deadlines came and went almost 10 times over the 50 days they had our SUV. Somehow when the vehicle was ready to be returned to us, magically someone scratched up the brand new bumper while in their possession delaying it another week. How does that even happen? Just when it couldnt get anymore frustrating, it was on empty at pickup and they refused to replace the half a tank it was brought in with. The guys were rude and disrespectful towards us which just made an already awful experience even worse! We specifically chose Jacksons to support a family business and boy do we seriously regret it! DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE WE DID!!!!

I took Jacksons up on their free light check and not only did they replace a bad headlight, they replaced them both and buffed out my lenses so they looked new. I fully expected to pay and when Larry said it was on them I was completely floored. As if that wasnt enough, Larry took the time to estimate other repairs and parts on our old van with a smile.
