This had to be one of worse experiences and bad customer service. We had some window tinting done about 2 months ago. They mentioned they would re do the windows that had several bubbles. The car was back to the shop 2-3 times and never redid the windows.My husband bought tires and rims then had them installed at Tint World. The tire pressure light wouldnt go off on our car the car seemed to drive shaky, so my husband brought it back they had the car all day. The couldnt figure out what was going on with the light they couldnt reset it but they said they took care of everything else. Got the car back still shaking and off balance. The car went back same type of deal all day then they wanted to make an appt for a 3rd day so they could take it to the dealership. We ended up taking the car to another place and come to find out TINT WORLD didnt balance the tires correctly, weight of all 4 tires where different PLUS THE BIG ONE ONLY 1 LUG NUT ON EACH TIRE WAS TIGHT. The place we brought it too mentioned THE TIRES WERE ABOUT TO COME OFF THE CAR!!!! They could unscrew each lug nut by hand.NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY PUT OUR WHOLE FAMILY IN DANGER!!!

So I called to get a quote. Told them the same thing I told every tint shop. I want full car and windshield done. Was quoted 300$ In the carbon or 400$ in ceramic. Told him I’d do the carbon we made the appointment for 2 weeks out because of my schedule I wanted it done on the weekend. I call the day before to see if I can switch to ceramic and what the warranty was. All was good so I went with ceramic. Call before leaving at 8 am to TRIPLE check. Drive 30 minutes to Salem Nh just to be told an extra 150$ for my windshield. Didn’t want to honor the price told over the phone so it was 550$ When I was told 400$. Never bringing a car here after this experience. Waste of time. Waste of clearing up my schedule to not even get the work done at this over priced shop

Made an appointment today to come in and get my windows tinted.. mentioned that I had some old residue and glue that needed to be taken off as well..... dropped the car off and when I called back 4 hours later to find all that was done was the windows were cleaned, but not tinted like I requested. The manager is claiming he wanted me to pay him on the spot for what was done and to get them tinted, which would leave the car there even longer. This should have been done the first time I asked. When I come back to retrieve my car I go to ask for my keys and speak to the manager because I dont want my tints to be done there anymore. The manager scurries off to the garage where the 2 employees were standing by the door protecting there scared boss. I eventually get my keys from the waiting room area myself. The manager needs to stand by his work and stand by any errors made by them. Very unprofessional bad customer service. Beware.

They took an extra 2 weeks to wrap my car and charged me for tinted windows but didnt tint my windows. Poor work

I brought my wifes car there and they couldnt get it right after 2 times told us to go back for 3rd time and because i asked a question about something his hack worker did itand i wasnt happy with told me to leave and bring him to court so what will be done. owner says #1 priority is customer service..no taking peoples money and not delivering on the goods is his #1 priority..Bring your hard earned money to automotive elagance and sun stoppers in north andover cheaper and better work

Sept. 2020...after 5 days of not opening the windows, found drivers window all wrinkled at the top. had to have window re-tinted. the tint job is horrible on all the other windows as well. bubbles everywhere. customer service was atrocious, blaming me for their horrible work. not worth going back to replace.do not use this place!

I bought these bright LED lights so I was happy I got them and was ready to use them i turn them on and there no brighter then my regular headlights. So then one of my bulbs burnt out within a month also there was water on in my light because they never put the plastic on it. They put this heating thing on it and water still got in it. I went back 2 times to have the light bulb done and the light fixed to so the water wouldnt get into . It never got done right so I had to bring it to some one else. Its finally fixed i paid over 200$ and the shop looked up the light they put in and its $20 of off amazon.

I had my rear window tinted and it was TERRIBLE. Extremely overpriced to have the rear braking light portion of the window skipped. It looked like it was cut with craft scissors a child would make.

The tint looks great on my vehicle but when I went there last week to have my BMW 328xi tinted there was no waiting room and there are no taxis or ubers in the area (not Tint Worlds fault) so I got stuck walking in the rain to the mall and when they called to let me know it was finished I was not offered a ride back Even after letting them know I was stranded. When I did manage to finally make it back to tint world they hit me with a surprise $20 franchise fee and my tint totaled $300. After the first day I noticed scratches all Over the front and passenger window (when I first arrived at tint world I expressed concern about the window tint getting scratched from the felt in the door) they assured me that I would not get scratches on the tint and said: “we have done many of these cars and never had an issue” but this was not the case for me. I immediately got scratched tint all over the front windows. I spent $300 on their premium tint I know they are guaranteed or whatever so if they fix the scratched windows I’ll update my review but until that happens I’m not too happy. I know there are places that do tint for half the price of what I paid and they use top quality tint so definitely shop around first and check out Groupon to save some $$

I was miss quoted over phone was told 175. Get there and they tell me 290 and change. After paying and talking to tech he assured me he would talk to owner to see if I could get gift card or something never heard from a manager or anyone. That was over a month ago now. That’s horrible business

Went and got my front driver/passenger windows tinted to match the back. Guys there did a great job! They also installed LED head & Fog lights on my truck which also turned out great. I’ll be going back for any further work needed on my truck!

I just had coilovers installed and Im extremely pleased with the results. Tint world never disappoints. I have had my windows tinted, LED headlights, and wind guards installed here and am always happy with the quality of work, but I was a bit nervous about the suspension because its a major performance upgrade. Dan and his team are complete professionals. Courteous, knowledgeable, and patiently answering and addressing all of my questions and concerns. I never felt out of the loop because they took the time to explain what they were doing and why. I highly recommend.

I had tint World put in headlights twice the first ones burnt out the second on the back of my headlights they use duct tape to hold the wiring in did not know why my lights were filling up with water until I bought replacements I will never go there again

I got my 2014 Toyota Camry tint last weekend. Service time was faster than I expected, with great professionalism. No quality job I could have expected —Car looks very beautiful to all who see it after the tint. Above everything else, the respect and kindness of the people there will make you feel at home.

I had window tinting on my 2 front windows of my car, which both have 2 windows each side, with a small slim triangle window that doesnt move up or down. After about 30 days (full drying time, should there be any bubbles). I didnt like the triangle small front window as the film appeared to have some lint trapped under the film. I called Tint World, they fixed the small window quickly and even apologized for the inconvenience and thanked me for allowing them to fix the window to a much better, cleaner application. Im very happy with the follow up and their appreciation of my business!! You dont get that everyday. Id definitely recommend Tint World !

Don’t waste your time or money on getting tint done here... I’ve gone back three times for poor installation, and this time around the passenger door stripping on the inside of the door on my 2018 Sierra 1500 was bent backwards scaring the tint all the way down the whole window obviously from not taking your time on tinting it correctly so I took the door panel off and fixed the felt trim then brought it in... they said ya that not covered under warranty and we can’t do anything about it but charge you to do it again. So much for there 100% warranty on scratches mind you it wasn’t even from normal wear it was from original install. Don’t waste your time and money or energy at that go the a better tint place maybe a mom and pop not a franchise. Where they actually take there time and don’t rush jobs.

I went to Tint World for a remote starter recently. I recieved expert advice, very responsive service, and the shop is clean and well lit. I left the car feeling like I was leaving it with an expert.I did have a challenge with the install but it was almost better than having everything fine at first, only because I was able to see how the business dealt with a problem. EXTREMELY WELL. Joel made my problem top priority, brought in an expert friend of his to help, and made everything right.Far exceeded my expectations and I would refer friends and family to the establishment.Thank you guys for an incredible installation. Recently purchased a new 2016 honda civic and wanted to get it tinted, but was worried it would be too dark or be full of bubbles, etc. The staff at tint world were helpful as I knew pretty much nothing on window tinting. They did a great job I really love it, there is no imperfections and it looks very professional. I highly recommend this shop!

Guys stay away from this basement operation, I dont know how they stay in business at such Prime real estate..these guys are complete hacks...gave them a $700 headunit to install. They totally scratched up the face of the radio didnt use the supplied harness I gave them, instead they cut into the factory harness and use electrical tape to make the connection. They also hacked up my My Dash trim, its all wobbly, lines dont line up, instrument cluster all lose, rear camera doesnt work, a total disaster. This is totally amateur hour I could have done this job myself. Guy stick to tinting and detailing thats about all you possibly are good at.: respond to owner replyIt was an open box because I opened it.. the unit was brand new. He just didnt scratch up the screen he also scratched up the bezel and he apologized for it so please do not insinuate that the scratches were already there.Poke and wrap still means youre cutting through the factory wires.The harness I Supply had nothing to do with the rear camera and why it wasnt it working. I went in myself and undid his mistakes. He pluged the RCA into video in and not rear camera in where should have been. He also forgot to poke and wrap the blue wire on the antenna which explain why I wasnt getting any signal. He also left three screws missing which explain the looseness of the dash trim. And the radio had grease prints all over it.No thanks I will never bring my car back to you guys

Very disappointed on the service I had my Jeep detailed on Monday just the outside because they didnt have time to do the inside that was fine but when I got my Jeep back there was wax film every where so I called them they said they will fix it so I brought it in today to have the inside done and I wanted the ultimate package and theres only one price 250.00 but when I got it back the seats werent polished so I said something and he said thats more money because the size of my vehicle theres a front and back just like a car Jeeps are small will never go there again it look like a nice place

Came back from a long work related travel out of the country and Im kind of disappointed in the service and quality of the tint/job on my 2017 F-150. Came to the business because always use tint world in Florida but when I took my truck I asked for very specific tint to replicate my older truck that I had tinted in Florida. Tint came out lighter than what I requested and when confronted the employee attempting to serve me I was told that I did not request the specific tint shade for specific portion of the vehicle and did not want to correct the mistake. Also, the windshield was done twice and both times the results came out terrible, it is really irritating to drive vehicle because of the lack dedication. Expected to receive high quality work like Tint Worlds in Florida do since its the same company right? I guess not..... Wont say that I dont recommend this place but I do advise that customer ensure and stay on point with receiving what they paid for. I certainly didnt receive the $600 service or quality for that matter!!! DONT BELIEVE THE GIVE IT 30 DAYS TO CORRECT ITSELF SPEECH!!!!!!

These guys do a great job, and they are very decent with their pricing. Trust me, I live in whole other state from the location, I wouldnt travel if it wasnt worth it.

I got my window tinted here and the work was flawless very well done and the people there was very nice but i didt get the tint that i asked for i wanted my rears window to be as dark as factory stock tinted windows and my windows are a lot lighter paid 260 and i called 1 day later to see if i could go darker seeing how its not wat i wanted but was told i would have to pay again for new tint and i feel at the price of 260 they should have done anything to make it right and make sure i left with a good experience with them but they didt and im un happy with wat i gotUpdate I went back and had another car tinted but this time I picked the percentage of the tint myself and just like before the work was done very well I will be going back for a 3rd time
