He always greets me at the door and explains what they are going to do with my car and also at the end he makes sure that I understand what they did to my car . Best customer service we have received in years!! We bought a 2021 Acura RDX from Cynthia, she is amazing! We live about 4 hours away and she made our whole experience so quick and easy! Mike, the Manager, was also very helpful, they had our car all ready for us and paperwork printed by the time we got there. The car was all tidy and clean, we signed the paperwork and were out within less than an hour! Amazing amazing customer service! Will definitely recommend to all my friends

I am very impressed with all of the staff I have interacted with on each occasion.Service is prompt and easy, and the printout they provide showing future service recommendations is clear and to the point.While I was getting service this afternoon I thought Id walk around the lot. Ingrid took the time to show me and allow me to drive the new TLX. She did this fully aware that I am not ready to purchase a new vehicle. With that being said Acura of Salem will be on the top of my list when I am ready to move forward with a new vehicle. Wanted to make sure I thanked the young lady from instant service and Kyle Jones the service writer for the great experience. Best I have ever had in all my years of servicing cars (Im 72 and was a sales manager for a few auto dealerships in my younger days). Exceeded expectations in every way. Parts was also right on the money on getting my weatherstripping in on time for my service appointment. The 7 people I talked to while waiting also had the same opinion of this dealership.
Did most of my negotiations over email and text message with Ingrid. Unfortunately we couldn’t agree on a price so I “walked away”. About an hour later Mike the sales manager requested me to call him, so I did and we hashed things out. In the end we came to an agreement and I got my RDX! In person meeting with Ingrid and Mike went smoothly. Ingrid took the time to come in during her day off, which I really appreciated. All and all things worked out great.

Great car shopping experience! I just started looking for a new car ( not sure what kind I want yet) and I had a lot of questions. Ingrid was able to answer my questions, show me a nice selection of vehicles and we even took one out. I was impressed with the openness when discussing vehicle history. I am still looking but this place is the top of my list!

We were interested in one specific used car on the lot for our daughter. Salesman Bob H. was very easy to talk to and work with. He even let us take it home overnight so our daughter, who was working, could drive it. Settling on the price was an easy process. As with any dealer, be sure to know exactly what you want for extended warranty and other extras when you meet with the finance person to sign the papers so youre not talked into something you dont need. We recently purchased our new 2020 Acura RDX Advance from Abel over the internet from Acura of Salem. Our total experience couldnt have been better. After besting all offers of all Acura dealerships ON THE WEST COAST, we soon realized that beyond the best price, Acura of Salem is completely in a class all its own. Abel Cardona and Acura of Salem GM Mike Harder, were with touch often and answered any and all questions we had. Their straight forward honesty and trust was exceptional. I purchased the vehicle for my wife on Monday and made arrangements to pick it up on Saturday. The car was fully prepped and we were in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Everything was arranged and completed! Abel set up the car to our preferences and when we left, felt as if we had been taken care of like family. Kudos Abel and Acura of Salem! I ordered a shift solenoid first thing Monday morning 3/18/2019 and I was told that it would be available for pick-up in 4-5 days. Today is day 5, so I called to see if it was in. I spoke to the parts manager Bret. Not only was Bret incredibly rude when I asked if the part was in, but worst of all the part is not in and Brets now telling me that it will be another 3-4 days. If when I had originally called about the part, Bret had told me that it was going to be 8-9 days, I wouldnt have ordered the part from them. This is what I get for trying to keep the business local and help out a local company. Fair warning, do not buy parts from Acura of Salem. Save yourself the hassle, time, and some money and order parts from one of the many Acura/Honda dealerships online. Not only will it save you the hassle of dealing with a bonehead like Bret, youll save some money as well. Truth be told Im embarrassed to admit I even gave Acura of Salem a second chance with this part order. This was not the first time they tried to screw me. The first incident was when I took the car in when it started having transmission issues a few years ago. I was told at the time that the transmission needed to be replaced (at a cost of about 3K), which seemed odd to me based on the symptoms, so I took the car to another transmission shop for a second opinion. Turns out it was just the linear solenoid that was going out, not the entire transmission. I had it replaced for less than a couple hundred bucks, and the car ran great for years, until shift solenoid B started to fail a few weeks ago. Ive learned my lesson. This will be the last time I do business with Acura of Salem!

My experience at Acura of Salem was awesome! I never felt hassled, rushed, or bothered to make my purchase. My salesman Bernardo was fantastic. He completely went over all of the features of my new TLX with me and made sure I didnt have any additional questions. The finance manager Tom was great as well. Usually finance managers kind of like to have you sign and rush you along. Tom was very down to earth and made my car buying experience pleasant. Bernardo and others from Acura have checked in with me to make sure I dont have any questions regarding my purchase. Best car buying experience Ive had by far!

Great place to buy a car! Not a good place to get service done. I have tried them twice and “accelerated service” is 90-120 minutes not 30 as the website states.
This has nothing to do with the dealership, its all about a guy named mike that works thereI had to pick up a car from there and it had few scratches on and he wanted me to take them off my inspection report cuz he wiped them with a rugHe is the most ridiculous man, plain stupid and most likely his brain is flatter then bloody salt lake also note for management ( send him to a doc to get his eyes checked cuz apparently he is blind too

Showed up for scheduled oil change and complimentary car wash. Been here over an hour and a half and just now getting the wash. Lots of employees laughing and having a great time, seems like a fun atmosphere, but obviously serious mismanagement issues.

I worked with Ingrid on getting 2020 Acura RDX Tech and it was as smooth as it can be. We visited other Acura in portland area and they tried to push us to get their preferred car (NOT ours!). I really liked the way Ingrid was upfront about what she could offer and what she could not. I felt she was listening and trying really to sell a car to a customer - whereas at the other dealership it felt like that they were trying to con us into getting the worst deal assuming that we are math-dumb people. Ingrid provided us with all the info we requested and waited patiently when we needed more time to decide on this major purchase. We did everything via email/phone and only went to pick up the car after everything was finalized.I would highly recommend working with Ingrid and I have best wishes for her and Acura of Salem.

George Krischner is charm to deal with, very patient in answering our questions, showing the features and test drives. The dealership has good choice of vehicles and configurations. The entire team is pleasant to deal with - No pressured sales tactics.
My wife and I test drove a 2017 RAV4 that we didnt end up buying. However, the sales associate Bernardo (I think was his name) was very professional and polite. I would return to this dealership to purchase a vehicle if I found one I wanted.

Handled an expensive fuel tank issue with real class. 285755 miles on 2006 E350 4MATIC Wagon! Some people say MBZ is over designed, not me. I do hands on work on this rig as much as possible, replace parts with OEM only. Like? It, no, I need to say I LOVE IT. Ive been thinking of upgrading this engine to an AMG. Well see. Thats enough outtakes me, thanks guys, great car, good times.

We loved our experience at Acura/Mercedes of Salem. Lori was our saleswoman and she was so much fun to work with. We had had a horrible experience the day before at Wilsonville Mercedes, so it was so refreshing to do business with Lori and Duane (Jeff). We ended up purchasing a totally different vehicle than we had planned on, but we are so pleased and thankful that Lori was patient enough to let us try multiple vehicles and inform us on each one. Just for fun, while we waited on paperwork, Lori even let my husband try to fit into his dream car, a Porche 911 (didnt work due to his height). Our whole experience was very pleasant and we would recommend Acura/Mercedes of Salem to anyone wanting a great vehicle and great service.
I quit going there, because they kept telling me my 1992 Acura was too hard to get parts for and wanted me to buy a new one. I now take it to Bellingers and they have no problem getting parts.

Showed up one hour before closing absolutely exhausted from looking at cars all day long and Lisa Upex was amazing! She had the car parked out front for us, went for test drive within five minutes and the whole ride she was very friendly not pushy and knew that we were not in mood for sales type of talking. She was very straightforward and honest with everything, and her personality was super fun! Back at the dealership made the offer in and out within an hour! This is very rare as we had bought two vehicles this year at other places and they took 2 1/2 hours just to do the paperwork Plus the back-and-forth with the manager and the sales person on the pricing etc. blah blah blah. General Manager was friendly and upbeat even though it was past closing! Thank you for a wonderful experience and please give them a shot in Salem first!!!
WARNING!!! The dealership sells over priced vehicles, inflated interest rates and side deals on their warranties. Their finance department is hands down the most unprofessional ever and has heavy handed negotiations that will up sell you on EVERYTHING!Go to Portland, go to another manufacturer, go anywhere but to this dealership and warn your friends!

Weve leased or purchased several cars from Mike and Bernardo; they are great to work with (not your average car salesperson). Our most recent lease was a 2019 ILX Premium. I contacted Mike with our preferences, and he and Bernardo found the car we wanted and worked a great package deal to get our son his next car. The deal was so good, we left with a new MDX!! This dealership sets the standard for others to follow.

Although we later bought a car closer to our home for servicing, we were very pleased with both the Acura RDX and the salesman, Steve Fortier. He was professional, patient, helpful and personable. I was most grateful on the test drive for his explanations and instructions for the newest safety features. The RDX was the quietest car that we tested out of 4 other cars and dealerships.
What a great buying experience at Acura of Salem! We had done a lot of research prior to deciding on the 2017 MDX hybrid, so we knew what we wanted. From the moment we walked onto the lot, Steve Fortier made us feel welcome and valued. Car buying is not always fun, but we enjoyed working with every member of the Acura of Salem team. The paperwork was seamless and the car was ready when promised. Steve spent a great deal of time with us in the car, so we were comfortable with all the bells and whistles, and ready to drive our beautiful new MDX home.

We found this Acura dealership very unorganized and deceptive in their sales practice. After arriving at the dealership, there was no trained & experienced salesperson available to meet with us. They had only a new person who really did not fully understand all about the car were interested in. We told them we came in specifically for the special lease program on a 2017 RDX at $299.00 per month. The new salesperson placed us into a 2017 RDX for a test drive car but that car WAS NOT what was included in the lease special. I was very clear what payment and leasing program I was looking for and it turned out to be a big waste of everyones time. The finance manager came up with a $400.00 plus monthly lease payment that did not even match the Acura National Lease Program. He said he would look into the paperwork but was not familiar with the Acura Lease Program. Turns out, the car was more expensive than the advertised special. The car we tested was very similar in price and package to the $339.00 lease special YET he tried to put me into a $400.00 per month lease. Who ever put him in charge of running the finance department that day should be fired! They really presented themselves as completely unprofessional and I would never recommend them to anyone. Get your act together Acura of Salem! Folks, go to Portland and get your Acura there!

We were interested in an RDX but had never driven one. Lisa showed us the features of an RDX and took us on a test drive. No pressure. All help. When it became apparent we would be happier with an MDX, we drove two of those. We arranged to pick up our new MDX the following week. Couldnt have been more satisfied with the result. Lisa really knows her vehicles - a wealth of knowledge. And Mike offered us a fair price and trade-in. Good folks to work with.
I recenty went in to service my car and my experiience was not what i am used to. To begin with I left cash in my car. After picking up my car I looked for the cash and it was missing. Ever since Terry left things at acura of Salem have not been the same.

My wife and I purchased a brand new 2019 RDX Advanced along with a list of Accessories that my wife picked out. The sales person Lisa Upax was fantastic to work with as she showed us all the new things for Acura in 2019. Lisa knew her stuff and we were impressed with her and the car as we test drove it. The dealership was easy to work with as we found our correct financing option and the rest is history as we now own this beautiful white 2019 RDX.
