Took it in for oil change & reset the service reminder; and because of a check engine light. Service advisor was rude and condescending. When I picked it up, no verbal report as to work done. Check engine light still on, service reminder still on. Will never go back. I bought my BMW there 6 years ago, and the place has really gone downhill. Would not recommend a Lithia-owned dealership.

Not really pleased with the salem store at this point i would be partially to blame but had forgotten that i had purchased the lifetime oil for my car, and the last time it was serviced they had no problem charging me for it,luckily the this time they told me no charge for the oil change. On the positive they had the service completed before the time frame they told me and the car was clean when i received it.
