Excellent customer service. Easy to navigate any issue or service they provide with the outstanding staff! From opening the door when I arrived, until the time I exited out that same door I was impressed by it ALL! This facility along with its counterpart can really if they havent already make this the only place you would go for whatever you automobile needs are. Absolutely amazing, thank you Capitol Auto Group.

Employees were very nice, the location was clean and sanitary.The service was efficient and quick.Even though the cost is higher then a standard mechanic, their knowledge with my vehicle is worth every dime.

Good buying a car, but service department is slow.
Service is good but somehow expensive.But salesman no good at all, he block me out and wait for him about 10 mins to move his car, when he finally show up. He never said a word that is the bad face for business
Thought it could be a horror story but Salem Volkswagen really stepped up! Bought a 2008 Prius, Daniel Sheets was my salesman and did a great job. Bought the car on Monday, As Is, No Warranty, Tuesday afternoon after driving it about 15 miles, 3 lights come on to indicate a problem. Go online to see what they mean, not good from what I can find. I call Salem Volkswagon service department, tell them I know its As Is, No Warranty, tell them the situation. Service Managers response, we would never do that to a customer and told me to bring it in. I take it in, they have it a day and call me to tell me they arent able to diagnose a Prius and I need to take it to Toyota. They add that they will pay for the diagnostics and go from there. I make appointment at Toyota and drop the car off. Get a call that afternoon that the car is ready. I ask what the issue was and what the cost is? Toyota tells me no charge to me, Salem Volkswagon took care of it, little over $300. Wish there were more businesses that care about their costumers like this. They couldve easily used the As Is, No Warranty agreement I signed but really took care of me. Thank you Salem Volkswagon! I will be a customer again!
Fairly fast service if you wait. Their texting feature although says send them messages to “this number” doesn’t seem to ever reach them. Interior cleaning that comes with certain services is a very mild cleaning. I discussed new tires and rims and actually found their prices comparable to that of lescwab or similar professional institutions. Over all good experiences
We just bought a car here and it was awesome. The service is great and they were very helpful and courteous . Would recommend them if your looking for a new car .I know we will be back

Scheduled a meeting to check out a car. I drove over an hour to check out the car and was told that it is in the shop. Not recommending this place to anyone.
