I have a white 2013 Range Rover evoque! My first time taking my car in for repairs. Not trying to be dramatic but hands down best mechanic process ever. I was dreading taking my car in but they truly made it easy. Great communication and by that I mean they would call me and let me know the cost, the time frame it would be done and they sure did follow through. I’m taking my car there from now on with any issue it comes across. My car runs great again. They fixed every single thing I was having issues with and there’s nothing to complain about. I also really like that the place is highly secured with cameras. I’m a happy customer and I hope I don’t have anymore car problems but if so I know where to go. Thank you guys!

I have a 2008 Range Rover and have been come in to Elite for about 5 years and can tell you that he knows his stuff and will ALWAYS give it to you straight and love that about this place! Sent my Mom in there with her 2015 Benz E and it was a simple fix he didn’t charge her for his time! Lane is a good mechanic i do have to admit he is great at what he does and i have appreciated his hard work over the years we have done business together. Ive been a loyal customer since 2014. Ive even sent him other family members to do business with him because of his solid work and past positive experiences with him getting my vehicle serviced at his shop.The one thing however, Lane has a bad problem with getting back to customers especially when they have called and left multiple messages at his shop inquiring about services needed. He doesnt get back with you leaving customers feeling ignored and not cared about. Thats not how you do business.So Ive changed my 5 star rating to 3 stars because of the lack of customer service or concern he has for returning customer phone calls. Lane needs to make a better effort in improving the customer experience because it is lacking big time. Not a way to run a business. Sorry for telling the truth but thats been my experience

Just got a Mercedes and I was having trouble finding a shop to look at it. I called and was able to stop in the the same day, not only did they have time to look at the problem but they were able to fix it and very quickly. They have earned my business, only wish I would have found them sooner.

Been taking my 2011 Mini Cooper S here for a couple of years, just like all the reviews say this place is hands down the best around. My car started making a not so funny noise today and as much of a bummer as that is, I have peace of mind knowing Elite is the place that will make it better.

These guys are outstanding! The mini dealer quoted me $6000 to have my valve stem seals to be replaced ..... Elete did it and replaced my timing chain plus replaced my oil filter housing ($700) for $2800. They did a good job and quickly. They also replaced my spark plugs and a light bulb at no charge. I was thinking of getting rid of my mini but after finding this shop I am going to keep it! They have my business!!!

This is a great shop with the skills, knowledge and attitude to do the job honestly and fairly (price wise). Theyve been helping me restore my 1995 BMW 325i Convertible and Im glad I found this shop. I had my BMW X3 3.0 towed into Elite Auto Service.It had in my opinion a very serious problem. It would not run, barely idle. I talked to Layne on the phone about my problem and he made me feel confident that he could fix it, I am thinking it may cost alot to get it running.He called me shortly after and found the problem that ended up being a simple fix and not cost very much.He had it running and went through and found some serious problems that needed fixing, water pump that was almost burned out, motor mounts were broken, I told him to fix it as he was very reasonable in the price to fix. I picked the car up and was running smooth, very pleased indeed. Shortly after I was driving and it did a stall, ( come to find out it had a bad throttle body also) I called him and he was very concerning and told me to bring it back and he would look at it for free since I already had it diagnosed once. He found the problem, he had a used one laying around and he just charged me for the labor. $189.I was very pleased at this point and had him do some front end work as well.I can say now that my car is feeling near new even with a lot of miles on it. Its responsive and handles well. I will go into the summer confident it will get me where Im going with no worries.Elite knows what they are doing and I recommend if you have a European car to take it there for a thorough job at a fair price. I will take mine back for sure.

I have had my 2001 BMW 325i for over a year and a half, this is my second BMW. If you love your German cars like I do, you can not go wrong with Elite auto. I met Lane a few years ago and after having some issues with other auto shops including the large and not cheap locations in the Portland area, Lane was a huge relief. He has specific German tech training, and he actually diagnosis problems vs chugging through the common list that some program spits out pending on the code that your car is showing which is something that easily runs the bills up at other locations. While Lane never seems to try to upsale his ability to diagnose sets him apart and is not easy to find these days with computer dominated technical engines. His pricing is very fair, I have never had any issues with him and Ive been going to him before he was at his current location when he was working out near Portland road.

I am so glad I found Elite and Lane who owns the shop. After years of taking my BMW to dealers and another shop that shall remain nameless, I found Elite. Lane is honest and tells it like it is. He never tries to upsell, which I appreciate. I recommend Elite Auto to anyone with a German car (or any car, as he also repaired my moms Camry) that needs an honest assessment and repair.
