This place is complete rip off. I had a headlight problem went there. He check the cables didn’t find anything. He spray brake cleaner in the sockets and light start to work. He didn’t even spend one hour and he charged 3 hours labor. 375. And he write short problem on the bill . Stay away. And place is tight and rough...

Great place. I called a lot of places to get the wheel bearing fixed on my trailer. Everyone was a week out for parts and open availability. These guys came to where my trailer was parked assessed the situation then they drove all the way to Vancouver for the part so about a hour and a half away. They basically replaced my whole wheel assembly and they got me back on the road and back home. Shout out to Rafa and filipe (hope I spelled it right). I didn’t get the others name but it was a team effort and everyone did a great job I appreciate all of you.

The owner is a great dude, he went above and beyond to try to help me out at 10 o’clock at night, even though he couldn’t personally be of service. I don’t usually review, but this guy even called and checked on me the next morning. Pricing was not out of line for the services that he was able to provide, We just couldn’t personally come to an agreement on price for his services. He did advise me in a way that got me back on the road in a short time, and didn’t make a dime. Every shop has to get paid, but it cost zero dollars to be good people. I recommend these folks they are good people. He helped me out out of the grace of his heart, and didn’t make a dime.

These guys were amazing. Our alternator went out on our way through Salem. After calling several places and getting no answer or call back I called these guys. I left a message and got a response just a few minutes later.I was able to drive my RV to their shop but it was late in the evening. They tried their best to get it working that night. They went to a parts store at 10:00 pm but it turned out to be the wrong part. They had it fixed and ready to go the next morning.They communicated with me the whole time so I knew what was going on. I appreciated that so much. They did great work and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone in the area. Id give more than 5 stars if I could.

They answered the phone at 430am! When I brought my truck in, they got to work on it right away. Stayed on it until it was done. (except for lunch. They are allowed lunch.) Did a great job. Didnt over charge for parts,and labor was fair value. Im surprised these guys arent overwhelmed with work. Fine experience.

Google for a Trailer Repair that I had a air leak. Called this number spoke to a guy name Jerry who told me to pull up and see Rafael. Rafael check my trailer and advise me I needed a air bag. Mind you I just replace one air bag a week ago in Maryland. After he change this air bag I still had a leak which was coming from another air bag. So in total I have 3 new air bags in 2 weeks and will replace the last air bag when I get back to North East. I also replace a Trailer Tire here so in total $1012.90 was well spent here rather get caught by DOT and be placed out of service which roadside assistance will over charge you for there service to get you back on the road... Few hours of service and I’m back on the road#TruckLife

I am a pastor in Redding, California and was driving a group of students through the Salem, OR area in a bus at the beginning of August 2019. We ran into some air conditioning problems and needed work completed on the bus the very next day. Not only did Jerry get me into the shop the next day when other shops were booked out 3-5 days but he did a fantastic job. They went the extra mile to get us on the road within the time frame that we needed. They even chased parts for us all the way up in Portland. After everything was said and done they showed me the repair and gave us a very fair price. Had I gone to any other shop I believe we would have been charged more. These guys are great mechanics and do whatever is necessary to get the job done. It was also greatly appreciated that they were willing to wait after hours for us to drop off and pick up the bus, we got caught in traffic but they didnt make a big deal about it. They are knowledgeable and they are super friendly. I give them the highest recommendation!

Only stoped here because I had to. Over priced for local shop. 100$ for computer test 150$ for forced regain and 150 $ to replace crankcase pressure sensor brought my own sensor.

I would highly recommend this shop they did an awesome job on my trailer and they were fast and very friendly and jerry was very professional and the 2 guys that worked on the trailer were very good thanks guys

Great guy and fair and customer centricJerry adjusted my clutch, changed my water temp sensor, added a clamp on a radiator hose, and installed the fan cycling switch for the A/C at a fair and reasonable rate.He will cater to the customer and not boss them around like others do. Will even do modifications as an owner operator is willing to do. Also a good communicator.

Thumbs up to the guys at Americas Truck & Trailer Repair. A+ on their effort to get me back trucking on a road side break down.

So sad because Freightliner is usually a great place to have your truck repaired at! I was directed to a second location and changed $2,700.00 for a fan clutch replacement. The receipt had a different company name on it! When I questioned the receipt from American Truck and Trailer the guy told me that they are a division of McCoy and that is why the receipt was different! This repair should have cost $1,100.00 at the most. Don’t use McCoy Freightliner ever!
