Frank looked at my Truck gave me an estimate, which I was more than happy with, Welded and fixed my frame, I added additional work which he completed all in 1 day. The price was more than reasonable, saved my truck. Great customer service, will use again, Highly recommend.

Frank and his son have always done right by me. Tells me what’s wrong. Sometimes I gave them fix it. Other times I chose to do it myself. Even will provide some guidance to DIY. I’ve been going for all 4 of our household cars for like 8 years now.

My family have been going to Franks since around 1994. He has taken care of our family ever since then and continues now in soon to be 2018. There has been times I can explain over the phone what noise/what the car is doing and Frank will be able to diagnose my issue before I arrive to the shop. Even some complex jobs that Frank is unable to complete, he will usually have a recommendation on hand of someone who will take care of you. Frank works hard and does excellent work, 100% satisfaction guaranteed! I recommend him to all my family, friends and coworkers.

I was referred to Frank at MW Auto from a friend because I needed a new mechanic....and I am so happy!! It is very hard to find someone that you can trust. He has worked on my car a few times already and my car feels amazing! Also, my mother’s car broke down and I had it towed there. Frank had her in and out within a couple of hours. I feel very fortunate to have found such an honest man. I highly recommend his service.

Diagnosed the mechanical issue but said had to order the parts and never called back. If you don’t want the work just say so. If you can’t do the work say so. Not informing is not a solution.

Oh boy, Ive been waiting for a chance to speak about Mobile Welding. This is a great joy for me. Sound silly to say that about you mechanic right? First let me tell you this is talk to text so if theres something that does not make sense I am not rereading this sorry I guess youll have to figure it out! Ive been going to Frank for so many years, and never once have I ever pulled out of that lot feeling like I wasnt taken care of 1000%. Thats the Gods honest truth. Not only is he an extremely ethical man, is also a great dad speaks very highly of his wife, that says a lot to me about any man. How she feels about him I dont know! Hahaha speaks highly of mom and his kids, now that I think of it Ive never heard him say a bad thing about anybody. Including other businesses or business owners. If I call him and say my car is doing such and such he says getting in there right now. Not I cant get to it until Tuesday. You stopped what hes doing when I walk through the door and its not just for me its anybody. Is amazing. I live in a building of 8 Apartments, five out of the eight go to Frank, the other three are either leased vehicles where they do the work on their own. Not once from the five have I heard one negative word. Youre very grateful that I gave him his card and have passed it on to others as well. As I sit in there waiting for my vehicle to get done I see how he treats other customers as well everyone gets the same treatment. The only thing I do get is Im the queen whether or not he says that everybody haha hahaha I havent heard it! Please at least give him a try and make up your own mind. Hes extremely busy as it is but hell get you in now. Youll enjoy is sense of humor. is patient, kind, an extremely safety oriented. The first thing he says to me is dont worry about safety no matter what it is thats always his first concern. If its not safe you wont let me leave the parking lot and he wont let you go either. Hes never double charge me for anything. If what he does the first time doesnt work Ill get right back in there and try something different. Whether it is your mechanic, plumber, you need to know that you can trust them more than anything else, thats number one right? Well you can trust Frank I promise. Again I was looking forward to being able to do this. No Im not getting paid for it hahaha being one of his oldest customers is payment enough. Best place in salem to take your car.

I was charged for a timing belt,water pump replacement. Purchased the parts directly from Rockingham Toyota in Salem and gave it to this so called mechanic. Left my car for a week. Picked up and in less than a week, guess what, the coolant was leaking. Brought it back to him, he tried to repair. Kept the car for another week or so but the car was never repaired. I then picked up my car and brought to Rockingham Toyota to get it diagnosed. What do you know? The water pump was never replaced, even though I gave this guy brand new parts right from the dealer. When i inquired a refund, he told me he can only refund me the money for the water pump which he supposedly sent back to toyota for a refund! So if you value your money,car, and time I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this thief for even an oil change. He took my money for something he never repaired, probably sold my OEM part to somebody else and accused that the dealership was lying. 😠😠😠
