Rob and his guys saved our family vacation. After 2 blow outs on I-5 and stuck driver side caliper. They helped me out sourcing replacement tires from a local tire shop and doing the brake job at the drop of a hat with no appointment. They even stayed late on a Friday waiting of the the tire shop . Making sure we were safe and back on the road. Cant Thank You guys enough!

Traveling through in our RV and our brakes went out. The owner Rob went out of his way to help us. We had it towed to his shop just before closing. He looked up the parts and made sure they would be here first thing the next day. He even got us set up with water and electric for our RV while we spent the night in his parking lot. Fantastic customer service. I came in because my dashboard brake light has turned on, the owner came out (wearing a boot on his leg), did a quick check, topped off my break fluid, did a test drive with me, and at the end didnt charge me a penny!Very friendly, informative, told me what to watch for, what to tell another mechanic when I get home (several hundred miles away).I probably wont see them again, but you Should.

Im the guy that keeps this place in the black I think. I have kids in college with cars that have problems. Always take them to Brooks automotive because I trust them. The price is always what they quoted and they get stuff done on time. Great place. Highly recommend.

My husband took our car here for repairs. Jeremy was friendly and honest. They were recommended to us by AMMCO. When we paid our bill it was $100 less than what was quoted. Over all a good experience.

The service I received was outstanding. They kept me informed along the way as to what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost before they did it. Friendly fast reasonable priced in great work will not take my diesel anywhere else

Rob and company at Brooks automotive service any type of automobile and provide fast and courteous customer service at the same time!I have visited other independent service shops, especially others, in Salem, that specialize in the type of vehicle that I own, but they dont provide near the customer service that Brooks Automotive does.Fixing a car is more than replacing parts, but providing honest, educated information to the vehicle owner. Brooks Automotive does that, and does it well.Brooks Automotive has a customer for life, in me.

Highly recommend. Had problem with hugh oil level indicator. They checked things out and charged nothing!! Then Rob noticed a headlight was missing, replaced that and a marker light for $17 total. Friendly in that small town way to a couple of strangers.

Very happy with the service and price. Pleasant, professional staff.

The repairs are always perfect! They are also able to find difficult problems on any car. They are a bit expensive but, you get what you pay for.

Great guys, great customer service

Broke down on I-5 on vacation and limped into Brooks Automotive. They opened the shop early to diagnose. When determined much more severe, they gave me a lift to rental car agency and got me back on the road. They then completed the repairs in time for me to pick-up on my way back North. The mechanics even helped me transfer luggage between cars. Outstanding service for a weary traveler. Price was excellent too.

I bought a motor home ( that ended up being a pos)and it broke down in their driveway and at first it seemed a inconvenience for them as the shop was really busy,but they repaired it and even though it took a couple of tries they got it running good enough to get it home.thank you for your patience with the pos and all the work you did for a awesomely great price I would recommend this business to anyone who needs auto mechanic work you have earned and very much deserve your 5 star ratings you have

5 star business hands down ! ! !Wouldnt believe it, had it not happened to me. Its not very often I would find myself taking the time to review a business for their service.I was rather surprised and feel that it is even a rarer occasion however,( probably just by plain old good luck), that I was pointed in the direction of Brooks Automotive by a local, but friendly competitor of theirs.I was rather dumbstruck at the way the local competing businesses stuck together in a way that made one feel good about this place (Brooks, Or.)kinda made me feel like I hobbled into Mayberry, for lack of a better way to phrase it.Brooks is several miles north of Salem Oregon just east off the I-5 fwy, I cant think of a more fortunate place to have a fan belt tensioner pulley bearing blow apart and fail..I was readying for a lengthy wait, and an out-of-towner repair bill, but to my amazement, (even with two service techs short that day)they immediately (and very accurately diagnosed the nightmare, I had no idea what happened I just heard a big noise from the hood) then they promptly called and ordered a new tensioner pulley,which arrived in less than half an hour, and bang!....I was back on the road inside an hour. .........un-frickin-believable!!!Along with the incredibly fast service, I was greeted by the friendliest people I have met in a long time ....I immediately knew that I was led to the right place !I was treated as royalty by an automotive repair shop !!!
