These guys are great! I did not buy a car here, because supply lines are complicated, but I wish I had. I worked with James. He reserved the car I wanted over the phone, super easy. When I had to cancel because I ran out of time to wait for production, I actually got my reservation deposit back! All the logistics were smooth and people were great to work with. 10/10, would attempt to buy from again.

I purchased a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport. It took a couple of months for a vehicle to become available due to current market shortages. Salesman James Turner was great. We put a down payment on the Ranger and it took about 6 weeks to get it. Its a very pretty gray and a great looking truck. We love Fords. We stopped in a couple of times and were always updated. Skyline always kept us in the loop & were always helpful & most kind. Skyline worked very hard to satisfy us & to complete the process so well. We certainly would recommend Skyline to everybody. Scheduling everything is so easy with them!I love having the courtesy shuttle available for extended time, the drivers are great to talk to. Monty really went out of the way to get me off the lot in the Bronco sport that I wanted. He texted me the night before I planned to come(traveling from Eugene) to let me know the model/ color I wanted was there, and when I pulled up at 10am it was right there in front looking fantastic. There was a bit of a wait with other customers doing paper work before me but Monty kept me laughing with good conversation the whole time. Overall it was a great, stress free experience. And I love my Bronco sport.

Service team were nice and courteous but the service was painfully slow. Took two hours for an oil change that was by appointment. An oil change! Got there fifteen minutes early for a 3 oclock appointment and they werent finished until shortly after 5 oclock...

Consumers beware skyline Ford on commercial does not warrantee the work or their parts you can get a better deal with a better warranty anywhere else dont ever take your stuff there to get worked on. I give up with Skyline. Its hard to get a service appointment they must have one person to make survice appointments and they only work 2 hours a week.Then Skyline keeped my truck for 3 days on a recall,the recall was a one day in and out 3 days later they inform me they do not have the parts what a wast of time.I used to have such good luck with them, they have really gone down hill.

Hello,I can only advise to do your research a head of time. I bought a 2012 Ford Focus from this dealership back in 2013.I put 10k miles on the vehicle...being the 2nd owner, that equivalent of 40k miles was not enough to buy a 1993 Chevy S10 that one of the sales men helped me personally find.They couldnt even make a deal for their vehicle that is worth $0.00 in todays market, for a vehicle worth $10k.Whats the expression? Jumping over a dollar, to Save a dime?

Bought my wife a new Bronco Sport from Korey. Great guy to work with. No games, the deal went smoothly and quickly. All was good until we got into the finance guy’s office. Sorry, I can’t remember his name. It was a cash purchase, so no financing to deal with. Should have been as easy as writing a check and out the door. But I realize they all “offer” you extended warranty packages. After his somewhat rambling presentation of why we would be wise to purchase any of the four options, he printed the options, with pricing. The options ranged from the platinum package at approximately $6K to $3K for the most basic package. Told him we weren’t interested in any of the offerings. Then he printed the options out again, this time at half the original prices. After another short spiel, we again declined. One more try on his part, the basic (originally $3K) package could be purchased for $1000. And... he could get a $500 rebate from Ford, so final cost would be $500. Politely declined that offer, telling him I NEVER purchase extended warranties. His attitude instantly turned to near anger. He hastily stuffed our paperwork into an envelope, shoved it across the desk and said, in a condescending tone, “enjoy your new bronco”. Not a “thank you for your business” or anything similar. This clown needs trained to accept rejection. I would buy from Skyline Ford again, but not if it involved a trip through his office

Searched online for a car. On a Friday, went to the dealership and within two hours, drive off the lot with my car. Mitch and Sage are the best.

Normally I can’t stand going to car dealerships but my experience with skyline Ford was not the case. I was treated extremely well and honestly couldn’t have had a better experience. Phil and Sage went well above and beyond with helping me find the truck I really wanted and fit great into my budget. If you ever need a badass car or truck you go see these guys at skyline Ford!

Excellent salesman, Michael Tovar and Finance Officer, Sage Bass. However the car was delivered to us in less than satisfactory condition. It appeared that it had been washed with a dirty rag, the entire top of the car was unwashed, windshield was only clean as far as could be reached and none of the entire interior had been wiped down and none of the interior glass had been washed. This was the worst delivery I have ever had upon purchase of many new Fords over the years. We are truly unhappy and are doubting our choice of dealerships.

Consumers beware DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!!!! I recently had a vehicle repaired in February that the entire repair failed in under 2000 miles and skyline would not warranty their work or their parts....The service manager Tracy Gragg did nothing to remedy the problem as a matter of fact he stated if I had a problem he would refuse to fix the vehicle and push it out in the parking lot and have it towed after he disassembled the whole thing.... I would never do business with this place as a consumer you can get better service, warranties, and pricing from other local shops.... Also while I was picking up the vehicle the service manager Tracy Gragg was pulling the same stuff with a young women getting a repair on her vehicle. This is wrong to take advantage of people in this manner especially women who may not know a lot about cars. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!

We were traveling on vacation when park brake lights came on and we could smell something burning so we had Skyline Ford do diagnostics test. They said they reset control and it would be fine. Got one block away and lights came on again, went back and they said well it was ok when you left. ONE BLOCK and then they did nothing . Told us it was okay didn’t know why light is on. We are 2000 miles from home and are afraid of being on interstate and having something go wrong. They are number one dealer, WELL that isn’t what we found . Charged us $139.00 for nothing. Still have warning lights on. What a bunch of idiots!

Admittedly, I am a very skeptical and critical consumer. I was pleasantly surprised with my fantastic experience at Skyline Ford. Not typical of a car dealer. Transparent, honest, and efficient are words I would use to describe my salesman Francisco Arias. I knew exactly what I wanted and he didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t. Instead he offered great advice, was honest about what he could and couldn’t do, and ultimately gave me exactly what I wanted at a very good price. The entire team was amazing to work with. I love my new truck and I would do business with the team at Skyline again in a heartbeat. It was VIP treatment, I am a very satisfied customer.

The service department with Skyline Ford might as well be renamed LONG TERM PARKING. Even a brand new car with a minor fix and guarantee of a 3 day stay is held here for over a week not being serviced. They won’t offer you a rental either, you’ll have to badger them about it. I’m extremely unimpressed with the overall service and will be sure to go elsewhere. Spread the word and be weary of anyone here working on your car.

Just left skyline ford on commercial st, there is a mask mandate and they are not enforcing it at all, there a man in tge waiting room no mask the sales reos that are inside are not wearing mask, the only people i saw wearing mask are the employees at the customer service counter and the parts counter.

We just sat down with Dan getting the final details worked out and then onto Juan the F & I guy to handle the Purchase related paperwork. We were in and out in about an hour or so!The 1st new car I ever purchased (2012 F250 Pickup) was from Dan at Skyline Ford back in 2012. I never thought I would ever purchase another new car, a car that wasnt a 2-door sports car (Traded in a Subaru BRZ) a car with 4-Doors (Purchased a Mach-E Extended range, AWD at Premium trim level) or another Ford (As a Kid my family always bought GM) but here Ive done all of this.Dan gave me what I thought was a very fair price for my trade-in. He also texted me requests for different information a few days before the sale so that all of my paperwork was filled out when I came in to pickup the car, a great time saver!Dan was simply the best! Juan was quite pleasant, thoroughly explained extras I may wish to consider, and didnt push me to buy. Except... an appointment was supposedly made for by the person who sold me the vehicle (Nate Tharp) for 2pm, when I arrived I learned there was no appointment made??They were able to do the maintenance I wanted, ( an oil change) but I had to wait an additional hour.Again, other than that little goof, all is well.

Helped us replace a key, fair price. Tried telling us we needed new brakes soon. We had just had brakes replaced 5 days before visiting the dealership for the key. Given that fact, we will not be returning there and cannot recommend them. Two stars for being able to do the key and fair price.

I walked away feeling like I got the car I truly wanted, but they knew that so they didnt budge on the price at all. I was promised theyd work with me, make me a good deal... But we spent hours sitting there only to have them knock off little to nothing. I got the car I wanted but they made the money off of me that they wanted. Very disappointing.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. They are just trying to scam you and try to get money out of you. Told me my newly replaced transmission needed rebuilt because of metal shavings in the fluid without even looking at it and my Toyo tires with under 15k miles needed replaced. They also tried to scam my sister with her transmission and telling her things wouldnt be covered under the warranty that were and doing work she told them not to do. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE DONT TRUST DEALERSHIPS.

They just milk you for the rental fee. We had an appointment, and said it would be a week. however they kept the car for 10 days. The service representative dodged our calls. It wasnt until we went down there that we got answers. I wouldnt go back.
