I stopped by Sally Beauty to return a Failure to Dispense item that I used once and then couldnt get to Dispense again.As soon as I entered the store I heard a voice ask me, Can I help you?Almost before I completed explaining my problem, I heard, Would you like a refund or a replacement?Of course, I wanted to replace it, cuz, I think the product is fantastic! Following (what was turning out to be the best Customer Service Person ever) to the ION Thickening Mousse Shelf, I was in luck because they actually had one in stock. While in that section, I glanced and right there on the shelf closest to the floor, well almost closest, was the product I have been on a waiting list for months now! (Allegedly it was out of stock in stores and online,)However, just sitting there not out of stock, several, many, a whole bunch, there were just a lot of them, so I got a couple! (It wouldnt be right for me to buy them all.)I was very excited! right there almost in a line was everything I wanted!Then mentioning, I needed some gloves and ION Sensitive 40 Developer. I also asked her where the LIGHTENER could be found and she stuck with me until I had every item I could possibly remember I wanted and then escorted me straight to check me out.When I got home my Mousse had a Failure to Dispense problem so I get to go back and Im not sad about that at all, not sad one bit.

This is the best place in Salem to find whatever you need for hair, nails, makeup and skincare. Also they carry hairstyle equipment and quality shears.

I like shopping here. My main complaint is that they are not carrying some of the products I have been using for years and now have some lower quality products in their place. The staff is usually friendly and helpful, keeping the store tidy. They are not restocking popular colors of nail polish quickly. Overall its not a bad store but I hope it doesnt go down in quality anymore.

Linda was very helpful and treated my kids and myself like actual people and unlike the other sales.

I went into the store looking for keneliklon hair and the girl looked at me and corrected me saying what hair oh for braids we dont have that and neither do the other stores before even checking I asked her where else I could get it and she just looked at me like I was dumb I just feel like your employees at a hair supply store should know hair products and not make me feel like Im dumb when I actually know correct terms.

I dye my Girls Hair, sallys is a good alternative to cosmoprof, just picked up some Radiant orchid by Ion for color highlights.

The people that work there are very friendly and helpful

If they worried more about customer satisfaction than specificity how a mask is worn... maybe they would also help people. 3 emoyployees, standing at the counter chatting for several minutes... no help whatsoever. But walk up without the mask up to your eye balls and suddenly they are concerned.

Alas, the item I was searching was not one they carry. I will have to order it from the east coast it seems. However the staff at Sally was quite attentive and greeted me quickly when I entered.

Best place for hair products

Everytime I have been here I have felt extremely uncomfortable. The employees follow you around and literally STARE at you when you are trying to shop. I do not appreciate being treated like a criminal when I never have or never would steal anything. This last time I was so uncomfortable, I gave them the items back and left empty handed. This place will be out of business soon with the way they treat their customers. Guaranteed.

Very good service they were very helpful and the product they said to use to bleach my hair didnt make it fall out and the dye was amazing.

Top Notch store and customer service. The store is huge and clean, plenty of room for roaming. They have the most products in stock that I have seen at a Sallys. The store associate mentioned this is the biggest Sallys in Salem. I AGREE!

Sallys is the place to shop for all my beauty needs & has very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Shopping for the products I need are all found here at a good price instead of having to go to several stores.

Over the years I have used Sallys beauty supply stores in various locations and my last time of going to visit Sallys on Center Street it was difficult to keep to get the attention of someone to assist in some questions and in my selection.

A friend and I spent a day shopping around Lancaster and decided to stop into sallys to look for some hair care items. The girls working here are rude and not pleasant at all. The service was not up to par. Pretty disappointing overall.

Was completely ignored the entire time I was in the store. Waited at the counter for ten minutes to make my purchase, ended up just putting my stuff down and leaving. Never going to this one again.
