My whole family loves to shop here, we give each other gift cards here for all occasions so we can get lotions, candles and scents all throughout the year, the best part is that the gift cards dont expire and there is usually what you want in a small medium or large size and items for under $2 so you can use up that last little bit of the card and not have to worry about having money leftover or having to spend way over just to use the card. I love how my home smells all year round and the perfumes and lotions are delightful 😊

Great smells but expensive for my liking

I am so torn doing this review. The products are some of my favorites. But the last time I was in there I really did feel super hounded. I was attempting to smell the new scents and each time I tried someone was right on top of me, not only yelling at me to keep my mask on, but about how it is one of their best sellers. My thing was if I cant sniff it I aint buying it. I will be back after covid.❤

Expensive but LOVE this place

In my opinion this Bath and Body Works is amazing because the service there is amazing. Their employees really care about your needs and are never pushy. The employees always let you take your time. They also seem really happy to help. I also love Bath and Body Works products they smell so good and they normally have deals going on. I recently bought two perfumes and a candle and I am in love.

This location is not making people use hand sanitizer or anything before coming in and touching and smelling everything nor are they telling people to not touch products 😂 except testers. This seems to be a very germy situation where coronaviris could be transmitted very easy!

Today only was the $4.95 everything day from lotion to perfume. So much selection and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The employees at this location are young, judgemental, clicky, but most of all rude. The more seasoned women at the Willamette Town center mall location are way nicer. They handle returns and little mistakes with a much friendlier attitude. If I could choose between the two locations the women at Willamette Town Center have it all. The girls at Center St. Mall lack life experience, empathy and humor. Unfortunately Willamette Town Center location is still closed. Im going to drive to the Woodburn Outlet Mall next time. Its worth the extra drive to have a good shopping experience.

Wonderful smelling poofy products to make any girlie-girls heart go a-flutter. Great place to go for inexpensive scents or impressive gifts for the women in your life. You will become most favorite if you buy from here.

Sabrina is AMAZING! Get on their email list for great deals! What a great manager and even though we showed up at 10 minutes tol close they were letting everyone shop and not hurrying anyone!

EMMA is the best part of our local Bath and Body Works. She’s knowledgeable, personable, and always ready to help. She’s the best!

This location is much quieter then the location in the downtown Salem mall which makes for a better shopping environment. Although the staff I cant really write much about, nor good or bad. If your familiar with Bath and Body than you know their merchandise never fails ya.

Whats not to love about incredible soaps, lotions and candles? The store has a massive inventory and such a fun atmosphere :)

They have the smell that overwhelmed being sucked out, Wish they still carried previous body sprays. Their selection is great, and so are the sales. Too many associates for my taste, but they are all helpful. No male employees that Ive noticed.

Worst customer service ever. The girl upfront was extremely rude her name is addison. Someone needs to retrain that girl and needs to humble herself down acting like shes working at gucci or something. UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING behavior.

Ive bought products here before, but its not worth buying unless they have a sale. Prime example, bought a candle when it was on sale. The scent was faint after burning for a few hours. I could have bought a candle for half the price and better aroma at another place.

Nice store, employee who helped was knowledgeable about the products and answered my questions. She was able to help me pick a hand cream for my very dry hands.

They dis continued my scent, I hate that they are always doing it. I am done its like a player they get ya all comfortable and in love then bam gone. Then I am like dang I gotta go get me another one then bam cycle repeats. So bam I am breaking the cycle and not going back ever. Maybe Ill get some Nivea or something cause they stay the same but add new options. They dont just vanish never to be smelled again:( employees are all super nice. They are very helpful and this review has 3 stars because of the employees not for the product. Just making that clear. Peace
