UNPROFESSIONAL. Horrible results. Went in for lash extensions, when I left all of my lashes were one length they’re so long they come above my eyebrows. When I called for a refund I was informed they don’t do refunds. the manager said that they don’t do refunds because if they did everyone would want a refund. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a more true statement. If you get a service from here you will want to refund. And they will not give it to you. Then you’re gonna have to walk around looking psychotic. They’re gonna give you lashes that would never go on any human. A Bratz doll would say that these lashes are excessive. I can’t wear sunglasses or my seeing glasses.You’d be better off wasting your money by throwing it in a blender or throwing it into a forest fire to fuel the blaze. When I called the owner was not understanding, she was rude as condescending. When I was explaining to her with the lashes look like she said” I don’t care what other people’s lashes look like” . Then told me I could come in and have them fixed. Why would I let anyone at that company touch near my eyes ever again especially after the way that the manager reacted to a bad service from her company. Her demeanor just screamed vindictive. Go here at your own risk.

I absolutely love this place, Ive been going for almost 3 years faithfully. The owner Tina and manager megan are down to earth, amazing, caring and thoughtful people!!

My friend and I had a appointment set for tomorrow and my friends baby daddy is awaiting a covid test and we needed to cancel until we got the results back and they charged her account anyways. I know we had already canceled before but there was nothing we could do about this.

So first off, they couldn’t find my appointment, so they just squeezed me in. Whatever it happens, they tinted my brows too dark, and very thick. Next, they gave me a lash lift that looks the same as before, and forgot to give me a tint. Overall sloppy.

First slip up they changed my card 6 times for 1100 and told me it wasnt going through. Did get my money back 2 weeks later. Over looked that because accidents happen. The next time I went for a fill I ended up with a eye infection AND all my lashes fell out 3 days later.. I called for a refund or My lashes fix..nope the best they could do is 3 and a half weeks out AND Im gonna have to pay for the fill 🙃 and they dont do refunds so thats awesome.

Great lash studio with VERY flexible hours! Molly was awesome, I LOVE my lashes and will be switching over from my other lash studio. Prices are VERY reasonable.

Molly rescued me. I was three weeks out on my lash extensions when my regular lash lady got sick. Molly got me in the next day and treated me like a regular. She did an excellent job!! I would recommend them/Molly to people I know.

First appointment went well. Full set lasted 4 weeks. Went into get a full fill on Hybrid lashes at 4 wk mark. I know not to put water anywhere near the lashes for a min of 24 hrs, or brush them. Within 5.5 hrs after the appointment, 21 lashes WITHOUT my lash fell out. I did not tug, I just lightly tapped lashes because I noticed 2 fell on my shirt while watching a movie( a fan was oscillating and the breeze went by my face) I then went to the bathroom and lightly tapped my lashes and more fell out. I have never had a fill fall out that quickly before. The tech who did my lashes had mentioned she had worked there for 6.5 yrs which surprised me after so many lashes falling out so soon.I went in 48 hrs later because too many fell out. They did promptly fix the issue and did a good job. I appreciate their professionalism.

Love this place so much!!! I did my classic lash training with Megan as well as my airbrush tanning training and it was amazing! You are truly learning from one of the best! Shes got enough experience to help you in any situation but still very fresh in her approach. I found Megan to be extremely patient and thorough and I cant imagine learning this very intricate job from anyone else. You will be so happy with your decision to take any training here. The kit and continued discount on their lashtini brand is just an added benefit!

My lash artist Megan didn’t set up the eye pads correctly and burned my eyes both times and the lash quality was garbage. The second and last time, I got an infection from my eye being exposed to the fumes from the glue. I left her a $50 tip and when I called to try to work out a replacement since all the lashes fell out the same day and they were rude and called me a liar and offered no help. Unprofessional and stuck up.

I had an appointment for a lash lift. The girl in the front desk wasnt very friendly and I honestly didnt feel very welcomed there. But after I met Bonnie Im glad I came! Shes super friendly and nice. Knowing my asian eyes, I have very short lashes so I wasnt expecting any dramatic changes but omg, a few days after that day I just fell in love with them! Would definitely book her and come back again!

I’ve been using Lash Envy for about 2 years, primarily Megan Quality has declined. The last fill I had was clumps of lashes which lasted less than a week. I called to complain. No one even bothered to return my call.

The best lash studio around! I first started coming in the beginning of 2019 and have continued to go ever since! All the ladies there are so sweet and welcoming and they all do a great job on my lashes! I love love love them and will continue to come back !!

I shared with the stylist that I was new to having my lashes done. I expected to be walked through the process and have her explain what was happening to me. That did not happen. The only things she said to me were when to open or close my eyes - and she spoke startlingly loud over my head to her coworkers.There was a bit of burning and discomfort through each step of the lift and tint as the product seeped in between my lids.The result is fine but not nearly as dramatic as I had expected.I might try it again but Id like a different stylist and a more professional atmosphere.

The first time I got my eyelashes done it was great they lasted about 2 weeks, she told me I did a really good job with keeping them clean etc.. got them filled wasnt even 2 days before they started falling out? So I just tried a different girl n 100% satisfied with Brinna ( hope I spelled that right) so far so good. Keep up the amazing work ladies!!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Lash Envy and my tech Brynna! I was unsure of what to get, classic or hybrid, Brynna suggested the Hybrid and I was glad she did. So easy to maintain and I dont have to wear mascara anymore cause I hate putting that stuff on. I just shower and go! I went back 2 weeks later and got a bit more length put on that time. I absolutely LOVE this place! Chloe does an amazing job doing my classic lashes. I always feel so much better leaving this place with my fresh set of lashes on. I am constantly getting compliments and i always refer them to Chloe at Envy. The girls there always make you feel very comfortable. Jenn Kennedy is amazing at what she does. She takes the time to listen to what you want and lets you know what will look best. She works around my schedule and really tries to make me happy. That isnt always easy to do. She is professional and her prices are right. I have gone to many different Eye lash places and she is the BEST! I will never go any where else.

This place used to be awesome when girls like Miranda & Chloe were here, but now it’s just terrible. Megan, easily the most atrociously rude girl there, somehow made it to manager status (yikes) and took away all of the friendly atmosphere, good business ethic, & positive customer service. Will be taking my business to the vastly superior Luna Lash Suite & encourage others to do the same.

I think I may have been one of Tinas first clients 8 years ago. Tina and a few other envy girls have continued to fill my lashes. I travel a lot and have to have my lashes filled while Im out of town and I cant compare anyone to the job that Tina does. Shes the Best in the Business. I went in to get an eyelash perm, the experience was great but when my perm was done my eyelashes didnt look as curled as I expected. I brought it up to the lady who did them and she said it was because they were wet. 2 days later the lashes on the outer corner of my eyes were back to normal, uncurled. It doesnt even look like I got my lashes permed. I tried calling the salon during normal business hours, two separate times and I couldnt get an answer. I then wrote an email. I have not heard back. So disapointing and waste of money.

Not coming back here. The lady who did my brow tint did not even say her name. I felt her service was rushed. There were stains from the brow tint that went beyond my brow. I let her know about it so she can clean it or at least give me something to clean it off but she said it will washed away. So I left out with my brow looking as not being done by a pro. I tried to call their line to talk to the manager about my experience, but no one answered it. This was the same thing before I was heading to the appt. I was going to ask more about the procedure but no one answered the phone. Also, I had to remind her I booked two procedures online. Bad customer service and very disorganize. I rarely go to an appt to get something done for myself and I feel like I have wasted my time and money here.

I had tried getting my lashes done a few times before trying a new establishment (I’m not picky at all but they were falling out within a few days to a week) and I wasn’t sure if it was me or her teanique. Tina on the other hand did my lashes and asked me multiple questions to make sure she would have a happy client, I’m so use to going with the flow...lol. she did an excellent job! It’s only been 3 days now and I haven’t lost a single lash and they feel nice and secure. I read these google reviews before making an appointment and the only poor reviews I found were related to them being “unprofessional” or canceling. I don’t consider the open conversation we had unprofessional. It felt like a modern salon with easy people to talk to. No fake/superficial conversations although it could have been if that was the vibe I gave her. Most professionals know who they can be “closer” to as far as conversation goes. Although I found nothing unprofessional about that salon, In fact she was talking to her receptionist about asking future confirmation calls to ask if they are getting the text reminders just be more efficient. I was impressed all around and her prices are so reasonable not to mention you leave with a little care package with cleaning brushes and cleanser/directions and pamphlets.

EXTREMELY disappointed with Kaitlynd, I go to envy lash consistently and I love Brynnas work, she was booked up so had to pick someone else... I should have just waited and bought a $10 mascara because the work is the complete opposite of what I wanted. Not full volume, looks like spider legs and my natural lashes with mascara are twice as long. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want someone to mess up your lash vison.

Absolutely the WORST set of lash extensions Ive ever had. The lashes were STIFF and actually hurt my left eyelid .Half of the extensions on that eye fell off on my cheek the first evening. I called ENVY LASH the next morning to complain. Got the answering machine. Left a message for the manager and explained the situation, gave name & phone number and asked for a return call. Never got one. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

I would HIGHLY reccomend taking your business elsewhere. Lashes were applied incorrectly... Extensions glued to skin. The tech that falsly applied them left as soon as she could resulting in another tech taking a look and stating that they needed to be removed before they started pulling out the natural lash. She asked if she could remove them. After a good 4 hours in the salon i was advised the owner, Tina, would be contacting me about the incident and that i would be getting a refund. Nobody contacted me. The tech who removed them also took pictures of how poorly they were done so she could show the owner. And removing the set right after they were put on resulted in the loss of natural lashes as well, not to mention extremley irriated eyes. Its not even worth it.

IF you want to be subjected to sub-par customer service, and unprofessionalism go to this place.I had my lashes done here for some time, but I recently had the last poor experience I was willing to tolerate.The individuals that work here spend a good part of the service on their phone texting, and gossiping with each other. They do not hold appointments that you schedule. Stay away from Envy Lash Studio

By far worst experience I have ever had. Extremely unprofessional and inexperienced. went in for lash extensions that only lasted one week. too much glue was used and lashes clumped together, they did not hold their curl or stand up! People certainly noticed my lashes but not in a good way! Girls wouldt even fix the poor job they did. Will NEVER go back!

Horrific experiance. The volume lashes I payed for fell out in at the two week mark. I follow the indicated gulidelines and still they fell. Such a waste of money. If you want basic sevice and professional empolyees look elsewhere. I went on my birthday so I could look my best that day. To my absolute horror the girl who did my lashes during the appointment had glued my left eye shut! She apologized but my eye was tearing up throughout the appointment and apparently that slowed her down and was taking too long because they kept rushing her causing her to poked my eye several times! The other employees where catty and rude. Whatever the excuses they provided the truth was because too much glue was used during the application it irritated my eye and eyelid felt raw scraped up for three days! I would warn anyone against this place, the service was horrible and at the counter the most terribly rude attendant turned out to be the manager of this dump. The lack of professionalism and experianced personnel was dangerous and I will not be back. And needlessly to say it ruined my special day.

I had never had lashes before going to Envy Lash, so I didnt know what to expect. Now that I have more experience, I know that I was getting robbed. They have a sale for a full set st half price, but I wouldnt pay that for them. I only had Jessica doing my lashes, so I dont know if the other girl there is as rushed, inexperienced, rude and lazy. On my first appt, I asked to use the restroom and she was noticeably annoyed with me. I asked Jessica if they do top and bottom prior to her starting my lashes, she said yes. When the process was done, she had only done the top. I asked about the bottom lashes and she said that I would have to make a longer appt for that. I was a bit annoyed that she hadnt told me this from the start; I had made it clear I knew little about the process. Also she herself had both top and bottom lashes. It looked awkward and I had to put mascara on the bottom lashes or it was obvious. I scheduled my next appt and requested the longer time for the bottom lashes to be done as well. The lashes didnt look natural and, despite me not getting them at all wet for 48 hours, half had fallen out within the first 4 days. The ones that were left were twisted and stuck together (something I now know is caused by too much glue being used) and several had turned themselves upside down so that they curled into my eye, twisting my real lashes. I went to my second appt and while she was doing the top lashes, I confirmed that we were doing the bottom lashes this time. She told me, again, that I would need to make a longer appt for that. There were already 5 lash extensions on my cheek by the time I walked the half block to my car. Later that day, a clump (and no, I wasnt wearing mascara) of lashes on the outermost part of my right eye had somehow fallen to the side of my eye and gotten trapped under the bottom lid at the corner. I was driving when this happened and I didnt know what was wrong with my eye until looking in the mirror when I got home.I didnt go to the third appt I had scheduled. I thought I just didnt handle them well, but I know better now. Jessicas inexperience and corner cutting is dangerous and a I wont let her near my eyes again.

Don’t waste your time and money here. Unprofessional and terrible customer service
