I hate to write this b/c the gal who did my wax was really nice but after getting home and thinking about it I really want to provide some feedback. I have been getting Brazilians for years. I share this to provide context as Im not some newbie who didnt know what to expect and wasnt prepared for discomfort.The end result was patchy, uneven and looked really bad. Wax was applied sloppy and incorrectly. Wax was left on my body. Areas were re-waxed multiple times but hair was still left. Wax that was too hot was applied more than once and pulled off in the wrong direction causing extreme discomfort. Ive been getting waxed for years and have never had a more uncomfortable wax. I actually had to modify what service I was getting because it was so painful. I did have my eyebrows done and am happy with the end result.

The girl that did my wax was super nice but also very pushy on selling me products. I have been waxing for over 12 years but wanted to try a new place. I wanted to be able to give this place a second shot after this experience since the staff was so nice, but at the end I was so unhappy with my Brazilian Wax. I got re-waxed in the same area several times but ended up with so much hair left on me that I have to go back to another place to get it removed. This was also the first place to charge to get my inner thighs and belly strip They are not part of the Brazilian but add on services

This was my first experience waxing something other than my brows, they had a good deal on first waxing there so I gave it a shot. However when I told them this and even asked them to use some smaller strips or go a little but slower they wouldnt accommodate stating that they are a speed waxing place and that they dont do that. It was very painful. I did like that the wax hardens and then they just pull the wax instead of using actually strips. But when I got home I noticed tons of spots that were completely missed and I was not happy. I called and left a message and havent received a call back yet. They do have some nice lotions and washes that I really liked, maybe it was the person I got but my first experience was not good.

Daisy was great, very professional and put me at ease. She did a great job on my wax and was very thorough. She was friendly and easy to talk to and explained everything as she went. I already have my next appointment with her scheduled! European Wax Center is wonderful! I love the staff and Jordyn was so helpful and friendly at the front desk. Im so happy I tried them because now Im not leaving!

Went and saw Chloe yesterday, she was super sweet and did a great job on my brows! I’ve been going to EWC since 2017 up in Tualatin, I have a usual gal there, so It can be tricky seeing someone new. But I had a great experience.

Best waxing studio in town. Fast, efficient, friendly, and best of all… it’s virtually painless courtesy of their custom wax. Severin there is my jam! I highly recommend her ☺️

I called that I will be running late and the person I talked to said I will be accommodated if I make it 9 mins which I did but I ended up being rescheduled. If I was told when I initially called it could have been fine with me.

Very efficient and clean business. I Was very pleased with my brows after getting them waxed here, after a serum was applied my skin was hardly red at all and my waxer filled my brows amazingly. Wonderful experience. Also first wax was free so cant beat that!

Good wax and fast service. That makes all the difference. Its beneficial that they specialize in waxing because they can hone their skills. They push their product, but they are good products. The smooth me really helps, but I havent tried any of their other stuff, its a bit too expensive. If you go ask for Sevrin, shes great!

I recently found European Wax Center when looking for a place that had good reviews. Before my visit I had only ever had my eye brows waxed once at another location and was very disappointed. I found this business by googling local places and I am so glad I did. I couldn’t have been more pleased! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and my brows looks great! I recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service in a comfortable environment. I will definitely be back!

I arrived from my appointment at 8:20a for my 8:30a appointment, coming all the way from Pacific City as it’s the closest one to me. I received confirmation texts and emails the day before. It’s 8:55a and no one is at the store, except a waxer who doesn’t have access to get it. She was kind to let me know the opener wouldn’t be there for a while, but I told her they will have to cancel my appointment. She asked if I had one because her first one scheduled was at 9a, and I let her know I received confirmation for today and everything. She said her app wasn’t updating and she didn’t see me on there. So I just wasted an hour and a half driving here to not receive service and be late for work.

I went in for lip, eyebrow, and underarm waxing. Bella was my esthetician and she did wonderfully. My eyebrows still look GREAT, I am so happy I bought the package!! My underarm hair was a bit too short to wax. I am super happy that she was honest with me about that and let me decide if I wanted to continue with the service. The Receptionist is also a sweetheart. They are very sales heavy though so be wary of that. Great place!

During my first visit to EWC I was waxed by Bella! She made me feel incredibly welcome, comfortable, and secure during my Brazilian waxing experience. As many of us know, that’s very important with this type of waxing, no one wants to be exposed to someone that makes them feel unwelcome or judged. She was so pleasant, professional but friendly, and gladly answered all my questions. The service was fast and thorough, which is amazing! I swear she got every tiny fine hair that almost always gets missed. I would highly recommend to her everyone, experienced and first time waxing clients.

I went for my very first Brazilian wax at your center in Portland. I was very nervous and didn’t exactly know what to expect and was a bit worried about any pain. Bella was my technician and she walked me through the process and was patient with my questions. She has a gentle and calming manner which made my first experience as comfortable as possible. She was knowledgeable about after care and advised me on how to prepare for my next session.I take the extra time now to travel to your Salem location (which is nice by the way) so that I can continue to see Bella.

This wax center has a very clean minamalist feel, which I enjoy. Though you will get the whole talk about their payment plans if you are new, keep that in mind. I do really like the fact you can book online. You have to call and let them know if you are going to be more than 8 minutes late. The great thing is they will give you your first eyebrow or bikini wax free. I had my eyebrows done and they look really good. I would go back.

Leah did my first brazlian wax. It was a great experience. She made me feel comfortable and explained every step. I was only in the room for 35 min. The place is new and clean. The whole staff was great. Thank you for an amazing experience

SEVVRIN IS FABULOUS! She is professional, knowledgeable, and thorough! I felt comfortable and at ease during my appointment.I have been to this location on several occasions and was always happy with the service.But Sevvrin kicked it up a notch! I may have walked in, but I strutted out!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I went in for my first time and they left chunks of thumb size wax and chunckes of hair went in again to get it fixed and I was 12 minutes late so they wanted to charge me for a mistake they made and resqeduale.

Super efficient. I was able to walk in, and be helped within a few minutes.

I am not one to wax. That being said, Brittany made me so comfortable and did such a good job, I am looking forward to my next appointment.

My first time at EWC was at the portland location, and Bella was the one that helped me. She was so professional, kind and efficient that I started going to the Salem location after her transfer. She did such a good job on my brows, and Ive been going to her ever since. I HIGHLY recommend her for any service. I know Ill be going to her every time.
