The team was amazing! I always get afraid when I need to get work done on my car because I don’t want my lack of car knowledge to be taken advantage of, but they treated me so well! They didn’t try to sell me on a lot of things. They were quick. One of the guys even held an umbrella for me in the rain so I wouldn’t get wet. They were absolutely incredible!

Robert is always so helpful. Has your safety and best interest in front of everything he does. Not looking to rip anyone off like other auto places. Wow. Look, places like this cost some money for their services, but this location does phenomenal. Robert seemed to be the guy running the show and he did outstanding. The communication from the team allowed for a relatively quick oil change, fog light replacement and changing the fuel filter. Pricing was reasonable and the guys there worked great as a team.I was impressed enough to pick up an application in hopes I could get the opportunity to learn some pretty valuable skills. Top notch quality service from a top notch team.

Had a really pleasant experience with the guys working here. They were very helpful with assisting me carrying my baby in his car seat making sure we were comfortable. The wait time wasnt long at all. They were very thorough and friendly.

I was out of town and had a light cine on. They took the time to check everything and asked if they could do anything to alleviate any stress related to a warning that popped up after my oil change. The guy in charge used this as a learning experience to all his employees and why its important to make sure you did everything customer is trusting you with.

The employees were very courteous and my technician made a point that he would not replace anything that did not need to be replaced. I have always received great service at this location.My only complaint was the time I had to wait to pay my bill on my return to pick-up my car. The technician was trying to match customer names to faces (which is complicated when customers are wearing mask). I finally had to ask for my bill after waiting for 20 minutes. If I ran a business the one thing that would run smoothly and fast is collecting the customers money.

About a month ago I had an employee go in for a simple oil change for our work vehicle. The moment the technicians were done working on the vehicle my employee had mentioned that it was making a weird knocking noise, but was told by the Jiffy Lube technician that it was just the sound of the oil cycling in the system. My employee drove for about 5 miles before the vehicle broke down on the side of the road. A Jiffy Lube tech drove out to meet my employee and proceeded to take a container of oil they brought with them, and fill up the vehicle. He then proceeded to take pictures on site where the vehicle broke down, and we learned later that Jiffy Lube would use these pictures as “their proof” that the vehicle had oil in it “before it left the facility” even though the pictures were taken after the vehicle broke down. The damages from this incident is costing our company over $6000 for an engine replacement. Jiffy lube is claiming no fault on their end, even though it’s clear they either mistakenly forgot to put enough/any oil in the vehicle, and sent the technician off with the vehicle without taking any concern over the knocking noise that was created as a result of their “work” when a lot of damage could have been avoided if they’re were to look into a noise that was not present in the vehicle before the work started. After asking the manager of this Jiffy Lube if his technician made sure to verify the oil level with my employee before leaving, like every oil change company does, he simply responded that they “didn’t have to during covid-19.” They tried sending me some sort of video proof that they did there job, but it would not open on any device I tried to open it on. Most companies, including our own, will take some form of responsibility when an issue with what they’re working on has occurred due to their work, or even while it was under their watch. However, the shady lengths at which this Jiffy Lube location has gone through to avoid any responsibility, even partial, is down right despicable. Be warned that if you go to this Jiffy lube and some sort of issue occurs, I would highly recommend getting out your own recording device to make sure they can’t simply just “cover it up.” Like they’re doing with us.

I had my front brakes and disk replaced the service was fast and affordable. The employees were also friendly and knowledgeable 5 star quality.

I recommend everyone to west Salem jiffy lube.I had a turn signal out and after explaining my cars poor performance, they replaced my fuel filter and my car has much better power.Just got my oil changed there again and it was another great experienceI dove in the closing doors because they were about to close, but their team did their usual awesome job. I only gave them a 3 star because one of the employees wouldnt keep his mask covering both his mouth and nose all the time. This continued even after I reminded him and he was interviewing people at the car window.Also pricing is never mentioned until after the work is all done. Now youre stuck.They do not except all competitors coupons.

Had AC problem so they recharged and ended up being a bad relay. They did a great job and felt they were very honest on everything.

Absolutely the best oil change experience I’ve ever had. The technicians were polite, thorough and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was a pleasant one. No pressure for extras, if they see something that looks like it could be a future issue they inform you without any pressure. I had them replace a break light and I have come in for oil changes and they took great care of me and my car. Vacuumed and cleaned all windows. Awesome experience I highly recommend this location and I will definitely be a regular to this particular jiffy lube location. Absolutely above and beyond.

Fabulous group of guys! They were right on top of things- had to have Kevin (Potts) run to another location to get the filter I needed.
