I have been with harvey industry 30 yeats. Everytimr they change namrle/corporate debt!!! Like i wish we all could, they get worse!!! Less service, product, horrible service and act like there doing you a favor selling you product. Far from professional supplier and borderline home depot at this point. $2000. Slider delivered to my home all broken in box. My contractor opened the wall to put the slider in and the seal is all broken. Harvey’s will not order another new one. Want “Anderson” to come out and “fix” the door!!!!! Don’t think so. I want a new door. Never buy anything here. Very difficult to deal with here. They were never like this before.

I am soooo aggravated with this place. 4 weeks in a row, i wasted my time going there, after being told they would have my windows.I went this morning again because they GARANTEED me it’d be there. I will never do business with them ever again.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. An order was placed through my contractor about 3 months ago and paid in full card was charged, typical lead time is 4 to 6 weeks on a sliding glass door.. after about 8 weeks started to get concerned and tried contacting the branch. Mike the general manager of the store has yet to acknowledge there was any type of problem and Im still waiting for a call back has been about 8 business days. After being given the runaround from the location i contact to the corporate office in Virginia asked to speak with a regional manager still waiting for a call back.. The door was picked up yesterday and has an order date of 9/15.. yet the card was charged in June... The transition from Harvey to Lansing has been terrible unfortunately I paid in full for the door when I first purchased it so I dont see me being able to get money back.. This has delayed my project at least 2 months just absolutely ridiculous.

Far and away my favorite distributor! They only sell to businesses with a commercial account, not to the public. Find a contractor who buys from Harvey and do business with them, youll be VERY satisfied! Even if your contractor retires Harvey will ALWAYS BE THERE!!!! They will cover your warranty issues regardless of whom your contractor is/was. Theyre service is unmatched!

Has really gone down hill after the buy out.The front doesnt communicate with the guys in the warehouse so everything is a guessing game, example I order 25 windows my slip Im supposed to hand to the worker picking the order only list 13 . Its frustrating for the buyer,worker, and everyone involved even the windows were not at the level of perfection I have been accustom to from Harvey /lansing is really dropping the ball

They need more help in loading area I wait 1 hour to get my stuff danny morton is the best worker they have

Service and customer service have gone way down hill

Great service, they just replaced 9 window sash under warranty. These were 15 year old replacement windows.
