One patio completed and adding another. If they dont have it in stock, they will have it delivered to your house in less then weeks. Everyone is always pleasant and professional and there prices are the best around. I highly recommend.

Called and spoke with Miles (?) at 3:07p Thursday, ordered what I needed and it was in my yard at 8:50a next day. Took a little maneuvering to get it off to the side where I needed it but the gentleman that delivered was great. Overall great experience from ordering, pricing, delivery and customer service. I just went to the Stone Yard. I needed decorative stone or pavers to create a front walkway. I am clueless with this stuff and the guy who helped me was absolutely wonderful. He walked me around the yard (while keeping his distance and wearing a mask) and pointed out several different options for me within my budget. His suggestion of pavers ended up being absolutely perfect. The total cost to me was less than I anticipated and well under my budget. I would say the employees at the Stone Yard spent about an hour helping me without making me feel rushed. I have never been more impressed with customer service at any establishment I have ever done business with! The steady stream of customers flowing in for the Spring season were all receiving excellent service as well. Thank you Stone Yard, thank you so much.

The worst business I have ever dealt with in my life, from the owner to the employees to the installers. It took them 2 months to come install my posts and mailbox after giving me the run around time and time again. Owner wouldn’t even get on the phone to talk to me. Never ever again would I purchase anything from them. Horrible customer service. Installed my mailbox and posts lop sided not even level. What a disgrace of a business.

If It were possible to leave a review with 0 stars I would!!! I’ve never dealt with a business with a lack of class and respect to their customers in my life. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your time with this establishment. Save yourself the headache and find another shop.I will NEVER go back to the Stone Yard, I’d rather drive an extra hour and give the business to someone else.

Was there recently looking for several stones for my home and patio. Was recommended by several friends and neighbors to go to the stone yard. Boy was I impressed!! The service was incredible. All employees were very knowledgeable and super friendly. Got exactly what I wanted and the lowest prices around!!!!!! Delivery was prompt and on time.

I purchased a few pallets of large natural rock slab steps for installation in a boulder retaining wall. I visited their yard on a Friday afternoon and picked out the pallets I wanted. Myles (a young guy who works there) helped take my order and coordinate the delivery, which took place the following Tuesday. I conveyed to Myles that it was very important to me that the stone be delivered on time on the day agreed upon, and that it be placed in a particular spot on my property. Myles made sure this happened as planned, and I can say I am very satisfied with the price I paid, the correspondence I had with those who work at The Stone Yard, and the delivery process. I will look to this place again if I have future needs for stone or hardscape supplies.

We came here planning on purchasing crushed stone for around our house. My financé came once before to look and he just wanted my opinion of which one to order. They have small samples of the crushed stone inside which are labeled and larger samples outside which are not labeled. We were having a hard time figuring out the names of the larger samples outside and we did not want to order based on how it looked in such a small area. We decided to ask an employee for help to identify a couple of the ones we liked. The employee inside was very nice but he was unable to leave the store but he was willing to ask another employee if they would help. We do not know for sure but from reading other reviews we are almost 100% positive that the person he asked to help us was the owner. The owner said that was a ridiculous question and he refused to help us. He said all of the ones inside are the same as outside. On that note we decided to leave and not give them our business. Looking on Google we very quickly found another store that sold crushed stone about 10 minutes away, Acres Edge in Pelham, NH. The employees at Acres Edge were very helpful and answered all of our questions. Needless to say Acres Edge will be getting our business for this project and all future projects.

Beware i got product infested with spiders and red ants. I dont know if they knew it or not it was unusable and caused me more wotk than you could believe. The worst 250. i have ever spent

The employee that work there are great. The OWNER is another story. Dropped aff a block to get cut and they said two days. Called back three days later and the stone was still not cut. No problem I said, we have three others we also need to cut. They said come in tomorrow and we would cut them. Went there in the morning and the owner was there. Asked for a marker so that I could mark them and they would cut them. The owner then proceed to ask me to move over so he could address the other customers and I would again have to wait. I said I called yesterday and was told to come in the morning and they would be cut. The owner was extremely rude. He did not care I was there first as he didn’t want to cut the stones. He reluctantly cut them even though they advertise they do this. Yelled at the employees in front of me telling them “We make no money on cutting stones so we no longer will be cutting them”. This owner has no class on how he treated me in front of others. Will be the last time I deal with this place.

Worst experience ever..i went there 4 times first of all and they were closed even during normal business hours but i get that its the winter and business is probably slow. After getting to speak to someone i explained that i was rebuilding a fireplace and needed to create a mantle and decided on 3 pieces of tech bloc. They told me they had someone return a couple pallets and they had it in stock. So i drove down there to purchase the material and the man inside told me he was not going out there to get it because they were frozen. I told him i could wait if he wanted to order it because i was not in a big rush. He said they were not taking orders until march and it wasnt worth it for him to do that now only to make 15 dollars..really??? How about keeping a customer that has spent money there before for other projects. He told me i might have better luck another place. I will never return..lost a customer for life unless it changes management/owner. Needless to say Acres Edge has been more hospitable and took care of my needs . Keep in mind this is the first review i have ever written and the experience was that bad that i wit right home to write this.
