She wanted a small 4 door pickup, and the one they had advertised was reasonably priced.I hadn’t financed anything for at least 10 years. I own everything outright because I’m going to retire soon.Long story short my wife loved the truck so much we decided to buy. It was a great experience. Months ago, I was looking for a low miles 2010+ Dodge Grand Caravan. I found one on the website of Quality Grand Turismo Auto Center. I called Al Alayan, the owner, salesperson. He invited me down to look at the specific vehicle. I looked it over, having Als input to my questions (he was not pushy, a refreshing trait; and he was interactive in communication, not elusive, not shifty, another refreshing trait).I waited a day to make a decision about the subject van, and when I called Al to get more information, he told me that it had been sold. He said he would keep me in mind for a low miles 2010+ Dodge Grand Caravan. I didnt expect any further communication from him.Several weeks later he called, telling me he just procurred two, low miles Dodge Grand Caravans. HIs call surprised me that he kept me in mind. I waited a few days to return the call, and again, the subject vans were already sold.About a month and a half later, Al called, informing me he had a new batch of prospective Dodge Grand Caravans. I was ready to act!!! I immediately looked through his new inventory, found the van I desired, and asked Al if I could take it for the afternoon to my mechanic. He enthusiastically said he would drive it to the mechanic, which he did. That helped me significantly!My mechanics advice regarding the van = Buy it! It is perfect! I appreciated that the sales people took the time to try and work the numbers so I can get payments that I am comfortable with. I also appreciate the patience that was displayed because we had lots of questions and concerns and I needed to get into a vehicle ASAP. I am extremely happy that I could get into a car I wanted with a warranty and at a great price. The sales guy who helped me was friendly and very nice. Also the financial gentlemen who came in to talk to me about the warranty made me more comfortable with adding on the warranty and making it more affordable. Overall very pleased with how my experience went.

I found the car I wanted online and filled out the application. Then I went in for a test drive the next day and made a reasonable offer. I came back with my wife and signed paperwork that evening (it only took about 45 minutes). Honestly this was the best and easiest car buying Ive ever experienced. I feel like I got a fair price and the finance people worked hard to get me a great rate.

We went car shopping on Labor Day for the obvious car sales going around town. We initially looked two other car lots before stumbling upon QGT Auto. We wont go into detail on this review, but the other car dealerships treated us like we were a bother once they found out our budget was out $12,000. QGT Auto treated us wonderfully and was more than happy to help us find the right car. We got a Ford Escape for what we thought was an amazing deal. A couple of days later, we got a call from the dealership informing us that they got a lower interest rate for our loan, making our car payments lower and the rate of loan payback shorter. I cant believe how friendly and easy they were to work with. They treated us with respect and kindness and definitely earned a lifelong customer with us! A++

Al is incredibly shady and dishonest! DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! they charged me 10k for a car that wasn’t even safe to drive home. When I called halfway home to tell Al and Pat of the problem, they told me they’d definitely make it right and to “go to les Schwab in the morning” then they gave me the run around for 3 days telling me they would pay for it and “the parts are coming from Napa” the parts never came and pat eventually called to tell me they wouldn’t help at all and we were just out of luck. WHATEVER YOU DO, DONT BUY A CAR HERE!!! These guys are the worst kind of used car salesmen!! This place should be ashamed. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Theres something shady going on here. I just swung by this place killing time while i waited to meet with a guy close by about a car. I saw a similar car I was interested in and told the salesman that I had to go meet up with this guy but I was coming back to get this car. He was going to drop the price to $7000 (-$1000) because i asked and they had been sitting on this car for 8 months. They jacked the price up $2000 on the vehicle after I left and immediately listed it on craigslist for $10000!!I was gone for less than half an hour. He said it was mistakenly underpriced to start with........no it was still over priced, I checked options, mileage, condition on kbb $7000 would have been the fair asking price but they were above the high, and off the charts. When I was checking it out I was asking about how the seats fold up and he said they didnt fold up. I said yes they do, in every model ( I just hadnt ever done it). I climbed in back and tested them and they folded down and up easily. The guy was shocked so I imagine this was his big chance to make his commission to try and sell it while I was gone ( totally fine, i left the lot to make my appt) but to add $2000 to a cars price just because you learned the seats fold up.........just an uneducated salesman. Anyways I came back I bought it at the original price not the $10000. Deflecting questions, making excuses just to get the sale during the test drive was annoying too. Paying cash should have been simple but I was there over an hour and a half at this place. It was a nightmare. Paid extra to do the dmv stuff there because I was getting sick. They got my plates less than a week later but never called me or sent them to me. As my temp paper ID in the window was about to expire 3 months later I go to dmv to find out where my plates are. They tell me they were sent to dealer so I call the dealer. I tell him whats going on and he says oooh well we probably have them here, yep here they are!Seriously if I could give them zero stars I would.

First off. I see a lot of reviews from people whove only posted 1 review EVER. Can we say staged? Fake?... Im sure youll see an influx of a couple 5 star reviews from more satisfied customers in just a bit...Anyways... I purchased a 2008 Chrysler Pacifica from these folks a few months ago. Had half down and financed the other half. Anyone can get financed anywhere folks, these are cars, not houses. That was all fine, was just looking for an inexpensive family vehicle to get us by for a bit.First off, I shouldve sniffed out the skeezy salesman vibe and walked away, but my wife like this car a lot so I stuck it through. I took it for a test drive, asked all the normal questions, etc etc. Being a guys whod just worked a 12hr shift, I was a bit tired. There were a few things I didnt notice that kind of piss me off...1) I noticed a week later that the a/c doesnt work. Not too big of deal, but I have an infant and that gets a bit uncomfortable for the little guy. They couldve let me know. (yeah yeah, Im sure it WAS working, whatever).2) Theres a mis-matched tire which (2 mos later) is losing air to the point it has to be aired up ever 3 days. Sidewall is worn. Definitely an older tire Tha. The other three. Idk why the fudge youd replace one tire with an older one.3) After 6 weeks we called and asked where the registration was. OH idk if you paid for it we were told. After my wife gave the sod a what-fer, he says Ill do some research. Called back later and said theyd mail it. I received the stickers and registration 2 days later... Stickers, not plates. Apparently, I paid $300 in DMV processing fees for $120 worth of DMV fees.All in all this is just another 2 bit, brokeback, slight of hand used car dealership. BUYER TO DO DUE DILIGENCE. Im a savvy car-guy, but I was off my game. Be sure to be on yours.

Purchased a vehicle from here and had a $3,000+ problem with it about 2 months after purchasing it. The owner did everything on his own time and was out of his office constantly. He was not helpful when I contacted him about the VERY expensive problem. He also NEVER got back to me when he said he would. I reguraly called a few times a week for a couple of months and he either was too busy or would straight up not answer. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do not recomend this car dealership. I had to eventually declare my vehicle a loss cause after having it for 6 months.
