Coy and Justin were both very kind and helpful.However, Greg, Im not sure if you thought what you said was appropriate, or funny, or that no one was listening to your banter with your fellow associates, but Id like to just remind you that making fun of women in response to an error on your end is not cool. When someone addresses a concern with you, you should treat them with the same level of respect that you would treat anyone else. Professionally and socially, taking responsibility for your mistakes is far better perceived than misdirecting attention away from your error through tasteless commentary.
I called the first time to schedule an appt to have my vehicle worked on. It was 3 weeks later when I come for the appt and they said they didn’t have my parts ready for the repair. So I reschedule another 2 weeks out. Needless to say I got it done but it was a real hassle. Wouldn’t recommend coming here for any service. I won’t be back. And I’ll tell my friends and family not to go there
Brought a used 2010 Ford Edge with low mileage for its age and was in very good condition. Price was reduced because of needed repairs. Agreed to have the dealership make the repairs for an agreed price. Repairs were done quickly and appear to fixed the issues that were identifiedWhen we arrived to pickup the car, we were surprised to learn that all four wheels did not match The two on the right side matched and the two on the left side matched but were a different design. We were told that the dealership missed this issue but nothing could be done as far as compensation because this was a budget car (price was reduced because of needed repairs). Next, because we live in PA and the dealership is located in Ohio, the car will require a PA state inspection. The salesman told us during our initial visit that their dealership located near where we live in PA would perform the state inspection at no cost. When we were purchasing the car, we were told that because this was a budget car that the free state inspection was not possible We proceeded with the purchase because we liked the car. When we left the dealership, we noticed that there was very little gas in the tank. The low fuel warning message was displayed but fortunately we were able to find a gas station before running out of fuelThe car drove fine on our hour and fifteen minutes trip home from the dealership and we are hoping for an extended period of time with few problems with the car
I am sure they have all types and prices of cars but we went to see a best buy vehicle. We were a bit shocked that that whole row was like crash and dents specials. I would have been even afraid to get the vehicle. Pictures are deceiving.
I purchased my daughter’s first car from what I thought was a reputable local business but was sadly mistaken! The $15,000 2015 Chevy Cruz was represented as being mechanically sound but less than a month after purchasing, the engine blew! I immediately contacted the dealership but they refused to help. After paying $2800.00 to have the car repaired I again went to the dealership to request some compensation but they refused. Apparently their lemons are the customers’ problems only and the customers are as unimportant to them as their reputation!
I have only wonderful things to say about Joe Carpini and our interactions. I was buying a used car for my daughter to drive. He was never pushy and was always polite and professional. My teenage daughter also remarked He was really nice to talk to.
Called in scheduled an oil change, arrived dropped the keys off and went to the waiting room. Two others were waiting so figured shouldnt be too long. An hour and a half later the guy comes up to me and says your vehicle is almost ready, all we need to do is clean it up. Considering I had an appointment, and it took so long for an oil change I wasnt too happy and said dont bother cleaning it up. A 20 minute oil change took that long so who knows how long cleaning it would have taken. Got home talking with my wife, who scheduled the appointment. She says they told her they had appointments available all day. So that added fuel to the fire. Since I was the only person in the waiting room when I left, there couldnt have been a big rush to get service. Why have appointments if you cant stick to the even a little? Also since one of your employees had 20 plus to chat up the woman who takes your money at the service window while we were waiting, Im not too happy with your service. Go someplace else.for your routine maintenance.
This dealership is awesome! I was 15 minutes early and they took my car right in for my oil change, tire rotation, and car wash!! I was out in just under an hour!

Ive been in the market for a 2018 Ram Bighorn for a while. Ive done a lot of shopping around in the area but was constantly disappointed with the deals being offered. Shout out to Diehl Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Salem. We started the process of buying a new car the Saturday before Christmas and had trouble finding the one I wanted. They found the one I wanted, I signed the papers and took it home on Wednesday (a week ago today). On Monday they called and said that the incentives changed between Saturday and the day I signed the papers and if I came back in and resigned, my payment would go down $14 a month. They could have very easily let it go and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Not to mention the fact that it took 5 or 6 tries to get me the car I wanted. I would highly recommend doing business with them!
Came here to compare pricing with another dealer located closer to our home. From the minute I sent a request on line about a vehicle to a day and half later being the last buyer of 2020 we had such a great experience. Dylan Young our salesman was on top of all my questions on numerous vehicles, but never was pushy or short with us. We had a great experience at Diehl getting our daughter her first Jeep. We got a 2011 Jeep Compass. Our sales person was Dylan Young and he was so friendly and helpful. He had the vehicle we wanted to look at pulled up to the front door waiting for us when we got there, which was nice because it was cold and rainy that day. He was honest about the vehicle and the service that had been done on it and made sure we had all the information we needed to make our decision. While we were waiting for the vehicle to be prepped and the paper work, Dylan sat with us and had a nice conversation. It was so nice too, to see Buddy, one of the finance Guys dog, following his owner around and greeting us too. It made it feel homey. Thanks to all at Diehl for the good quality used car. Our daughter absolutely loves it and we feel that she has a safe vehicle to drive.

The service department is horrible. I made a half hour trip after I was told my jeep had recalls, (which Dalton never called back I had to call several times) Went to drop off, they told me they were completed. Guess what, I took it to another dealership they were open!! Seems someone didnt know what they were doing, staff got rude when they were questioned!! Never will turn any work in here again.

Diehl was able to pull off what we thought was impossible but it is truck month and with the right dealership, anything can happen. Diehl is definitely the right dealership. We were about $20,000 upside down and they were able to eat up a major portion of the negative equity for us. They were extremely helpful and way more transparent than any place that I have ever been to. Our salesman, Dylan, was beyond helpful. He is striking young, but he is very friendly and very likeable. He may not be the most experienced, but he does know what may work with what you are trying to do. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is not a fast talking, pushy salesman. Id have to rate this as my best experience buying a new truck. The sales manager, Zach, was beyond helpful too and you can tell he is a very honest. If you are looking for a good deal and a pleasant experience, they are the dealership to go to.

My issue was that they refused to negotiate on the vehicle basically stating they had the upper hand and would sell it regardless. I swallowed my pride due to the fact that I wanted this specific vehicle. They were efficient with the paperwork and professional. Auto sales have changed and this was a great illustration of that to me. UPDATE. After having put some thoughts into the experience. I really cant complain. It was a very positive experience with professional people. Plus a free oil change was tossed in. Definitely a great choice in the local area.

The service department was a little shady when I would ask about my insurance claim. But the sales department offered the same experience you would normally expect. We drove up from Columbus to Diehl for a car that we discussed with Brian (GSM) over the phone. The store remained open well past closing on a Saturday to allow us to come in, test the car and then make the purchase. We worked with Dylan who made the entire process extremely easy and enjoyable! The place replaced a motor for a 2014 jeep Cherokee and didnt crimp a motor mount nut so the nut came off and the bolt worked its way out 14 months after and they told us that they are not responsible for that! I would have gave 0 stars it that was a option! Never buy anything from them or take anything to them for service! 😠
