Our sales person Jillian was great and attentive to the details of the sale.My issue was with Luis the finance manager. Seemed very short not very informative, never offered an extended warranty. While I was checking the paperwork numbers questioned my confidence in his ability doing the numbers. He was not the one paying for this car so I have the right to double check them. As far as warranty goes works out better to shop around and buy from other dealer after deal.

I would 10/10 recommend anyone to go to this dealership. I’ve been a customer since 2019 when I got my 2019 civic. Recently I bought a 2021 Accord, I asked for the same sales person which was Carlos. Went in to lease a 2022 Honda Civic that NO ONE seems to have due to the microchip shortage. The minute we walked in, Vinny greeted us and offered help. Wonderful car buying experience.I rarely post reviews but when I receive exceptional service I feel motivated to share it with others. I had called several Honda dealers before I called Rockingham. They stated that they were not going to participate in Hondas special lease program. One dealer said he was even going to mark up the vehicle an additional $1,000.00. I called Rockingham and spoke with Philip, the internet sales manager. He was polite and friendly. He said his dealership would offer the special lease deal and would not mark up the vehicle. He said the vehicle was in transit and would arrive in 3-5 days. He made an appointment with the sales manager named Ronnie. Ronnie affirmed the deal I made with Philip and assigned a salesman named Anthony. Anthony was wonderful to deal with. Not only knowledgeable but friendly and respectful of our time. The lease agreement with the trade in went very smooth. Anthony kept us abreast of what was going in with Honda Finance. Without asking he came by with bottles of water. I cant speak more highly of him. I would recommend if you go to this dealership to ask for Anthony. Last in the process was the business office. Lewis assisted us and he too was great to deal with. He offered great advise and did everything he could to expedite the financing. As soon as the vehicle arrived on their lot, Anthony texted to let us know and set up an appointment 2 days later to pick up the vehicle. Anthony was there and gave a demonstration on the basics of the vehicle and even paired the cellphone. I highly recommend this dealership, not because they had the best price, rather they have the best people to deal with.

Wouldnt recommend. Car wasnt ready as promised had to reschedule. Then car still wasnt ready as needed inspection sticker and wanted me to come back. Salesman Nelson gave multiple wrong info on car. Asked for copy of window sticker so I could see what was on car and said would give to me when I picked up car which was too late as things he told me were on car wasnt. He stated there was a CD player, Auto headlights and other things which were incorrect and not on car. He stated remote start would go off after 10 min but doesnt until 1 hour. Seat adjustment doesnt go back far enough so family members cant drive car as too tight.VERY DISSAPPOINTED WITH CAR NOW STUCK WITH ITi

Had an easy purchasing experience at Rockingham Honda. Philip Ralowicz answered all my initial questions via email and was very helpful. Ali Salah was also great at his job and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable with the rest of the sale. Ali is the opposite of many stereotypical salesmen I have met over the years. He seemed genuine, respectful, and down-to-earth. Thank you, Ali! The only slight hitch I had was with the business manager, who for some reason assumed that I don’t know how much an oil change costs and then tried to tell me my current car at their sister company doesn’t use synthetic oil (which it definitely does) but that was part was brief. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend Rockingham Honda.
