They had my car for 2 days. Pay a lot off money to installed the music. The sound is trash. They cant fixed. You go to professionals for a reason. The owner dont call you or answer the phone. Now I found an unprofessional that did an amazing job for a box of Heineken. I was told not to go to Prosound, but I like helping local business.

Ive wanted to get a new audio system in my car for years and could just never got around to it. Something tells me that happened for a reason and thats to make sure that I got it done at Prosound. Rich at ProSound is great to deal with. His work is excellent. He installed an Alpine head unit and amp with a backup camera and J Audio Sub. I had already installed Alpine speakers in the doors but wasnt going to try to do all the difficult wiring of the rest plus try to get it to look neat. Rich of course makes it look easy me. The system sounds awesome!

Great experience, Rich does great work had some issues with The back-up Camera,, he fixed it without question also had a remote starter installed, antenna wasnt working properly he kept working on it until it he figured out what it was and fixed it on his dime to my satisfaction.

I purchased a JVC Digital Media Receiver for my older Ford truck to get Sirius XM, HD Radio, hands free phone capabilities, and a backup camera. Rich and his team at Prosound did an awesome job of helping me pick out which unit was the best for me. The installation was scheduled out 1 week from the date of purchase. The install was as professional as can be. The receiver sounds awesome, the phone works great, and the backup camera works as good as my other vehicles that had a camera installed at the factory.

I am very pleased with ProSound! I had attempted to install a new car radio by myself a few months back and quickly learned I was out of my league. I called the place up, Rich had me bring in my car in, and we scheduled an appointment. Two weeks later, my radio was installed. Problem is, the radio I had bought and supplied him was just awful and had problems like a dim display, no bass, and this odd whining sound when I pressed on the gas.Rich showed me some better radio options (priced VERY affordably), we made another appointment, and he did the installation free of charge just one week later! He said to me, Im in the business of making friends, not enemies and I can certainly say that I felt like a friend at ProSound.Working with Rich was an awesome experience. He was kind, informative, and grounded. I would highly recommend this place to others looking for anything mobile electronic related.

Went into Prosound after getting an alarm and remote start system installed from a different shop when we lived back in California. Was having numerous issues with remote start and also my key fob not communicating properly with the vehicle. Not sure what caused the problem, but seemed like a programming error. Anyways, the people who worked there practically treated us like family. They tried the first thing they could think of - replacing the battery. Not sure if it was because the old battery was dying, or if just taking the battery out and putting another one in helped it reset itself, but it worked and now everything functions perfectly. They didnt even charge me for any of the time or the new battery they put in. These people are awesome and not only would I recommend people go there for any sound system or vehicle security needs, but they helped restore a little faith in humanity in the business world that those running a business arent just out to screw you over or make a quick buck, but they genuinely care about helping you and treating you with respect. Thanks a lot guys. Hope to be back there someday again.

Poor knowledge . didnt know if they could do the iob or not unless i brought my car in and all my equipment. Only plave i called of many whom already explained to me how they could install it and exactly what it would take.. I asked if they could perhaps give me insogjt of i told them exactly what i uad he rudely repeated himself n said yep beong it in... I SAID no thank you click.....
