Floor staff had great customer service; very attentive, good suggestions, had great sense of color

This is the second time we have used this business for flooring. We have hag good service at fair prices both times. The last time we had some minor issues with staples, but they were quickly resolved to our satisfaction.

Love Andrea!! Shes rad- down to earth and willing to help. She greated us as soon as we came in, talked with us about what we were looking for and made great suggestions. Shes a great employee to keep around-Well be back for our next project! 😊

Was scheduled for carpet to be installed on Monday. We emptied out the whole house and then was told they couldnt make it. Something about the installer getting his gas stolen. So here we sit in a empty house wondering what the next excuse will be. Its kind of hard to back out now since we already paid them and who knows how long it would be if we went elsewhere.

Wrong items and they dont accept returns and responsibilities for their mistakes.

Doug has been great to work with. We ordered a bunch of special order items and had some issues (some our fault, some theirs) with our order. Doug was very helpful in resolving these. We will certainly be back to order the materials needed to complete our house.

We recently went through a home remodel which included a great deal of tiling. Color Tile & Carpet of Salem was our one stop shop for all of our needs. Angela and Josh were incredible to work with. They helped with design and were great guides along the journey. Fantastic product choices! We also worked with them to choose new countertops which really helped bring our project together. The best floor store in town

Very helpful staff and good pricing.

We chose color tile over home depot as they had more selection even though the prices were a little higher. They installed carpet in my home and did a nice job. My only complaints were that they had to be told to come back and install the transition pieces (where my carpet meets the hardwood). Also, they left a trail of staples and debris behind, mostly in my driveway which I had to clean myself. No complains on the quality of carpet or installation after 1 month in the home.

They have a lot of good deals and they have a lot of different options.

Our builder orders hardsurfaces from Colortile. Since my husband and I didnt have a choice in the matter, I didnt have high hopes wed get great service. Gratefully, I was wrong. Setting the appointment was a breeze.. got a next day appointment with Angela, who was an absolute pleasure working with. She was patient, knowledgeable and organized. I also walked in expecting to get upsold to more expensive products.. I wasnt and actually upgraded the countertop for no extra money after she verified directly with the vendor it was on sale. We got it for the same price as the granite we were shown! We were also able to make 6 choices in less than an hour because of her efficiency. My husband and I would absolutely recommend his company. Great great experience..
