We had an appointment to pick out carpet. Drove an hour and a half to get there. No one showed up, so we looked around the showroom ourselves. No prices on most things, no one with any knowledge of prices in the store. Finally picked our a carpet, only to find out from the gentleman who was supposed to be there at our appointment that it was $32. O0 per square yard! I explained that we didnt want to pay that much and that we would like to come back when someone was available to show us around and some prices, and I was told to go to lowes or home depot. I will never return there, and I will tell everyone how awful and overpriced they are. Terrible customer service and an all around bad experience. Vince is THE WORST, dont bother going there. At least home depot and lowes respects their customers, and have SOME knowledge of their products!!
