Conor at Instock Flooring is absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain to me different type of flooring options and the pieces I would need to accomplish my project. He dedicated time while I pondered decisions and answered all my questions on the phone with ease. The project was for my first house and I wanted to know all the details - and he provided them! Amazing customer service. 20/10!!

I had carpets installed in both bedrooms of my mothers condo. Were very pleased with the final results. They have a good variety to choose from. Very friendly and nice to work with.

Its been our pleasure to have Instock Flooring provide services for our home in Salem NH. They were excellent to work with when we built our home a couple of years ago, and today we were wow-ed again with how quickly they responded to an issue with our shower tile. To say they stand by their work is an understatement. I contacted them at 10am about an issue with our custom shower, they had it resolved by the afternoon. Instock Flooring is one of those premium vendors that actually delivers quality instead of just talking about it.

I worked with a gentleman Bill who helped with a cabinet door issue. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. In fact, Bill found out that my door was warrantied from the original manufacturer and helped me with this process at no cost to me. What a wonderful act of kindness! As we helping me, I noticed the beautiful and affordable countertops. Because of his kindness with the cabinet, I am going to purchase my countertops from him, because I can trust that he has my best interest at heart!
