Drove here from Manchester because I wanted to support a small business rather than ordering online from a huge corporation, only to be turned away because they decided to close early (hours are until 6, I was turned away at 4:45). If you’re looking for decent customer service, don’t go here!

I got two shirts since they had a sale. I calculated the price myself and got somewhere around $16, but at the register, I had to pay $42. On top of this, the quality is horrible. It’s literally a sheet of plastic on top of a scratchy shirt, it feels like armor, not a comfy shirt.

Purchased a custom shirt for $25 for my son for his birthday. The first time wearing it part of the design started coming off. When I brought i back to the store, the person who said they were the store manager told me he could only replace or fix it if it was the same day of purchase. Mind you he never asked for a receipt, so I he didnt need proof of purchase. I was told the only thing they could do was sell me a new shirt for a discount. The shirt was never washed or worn more than for a few hours and fell apart. All I asked was for them to fix it free of charge as a good business would do. Lost my business.

I would highly recommend Custom Teez to any and everyone! They have a HUGE selection of shirts, sweatshirts, and all sorts of designs in stock. I was extremely pleased with this place. My shirts came out excellent and took all of 2 minute to make! Excellent customer service and excellent quality, definitely check them out.

Great store, best customer service. Although the time upon open is really not expected.
