I kind of dread going into stores like Journeys, mostly because sometimes employees can be a little aggressive, and there’s always teenagers or kids running around, being annoying. But, I had to go in there to buy my black 1460 Dr. martens (not a lot of places besides Portland carry them). I went in, and Bellah was so kind, polite and ready to help us, being attentive but in no way overbearing. Neither of the journeys stores in Salem had my size, so I was a little sad, but Bellah took care of it. She ordered my size, and even gave me 15% off (which is a lot considering the shoes were $140). She was swift, knowledgeable, and funny. She made my brief journeys experience a nice one. She also gave me a thorough run down of my order receipt and a little tutorial on how to use the leather balsam. Thank you again Bellah!!!
