The gentleman and gentlewoman that were working today helped me check sizes on numerous different shoe options I was interested in. And they were very kind, courteous and treated me in a way that filled me with gratitude. Thank you.

Employees were super nice and helpful. Id say they were some of the realest workers ive ever talked to and theyll give you there opinion in a good way. Shoes wise you get what you come in for not a lot can really go wrong I mean they can not have your size but thats more if you lean on the bigger size of feet 13.5 +. This can simply be fixed by just having them order you the pair of shoes you want in your size. Overall definitely a place Id spend my money to get shoes.

On 8/25/17 at about 5pm employee Janeth was very rude and unprofessional. I bought shoes a hour prior and came back because they didnt feel right. Janeth brought out 4 different pairs with poor customer service. I decided on one pair that happend to be damaged and the last one. I nicely asked for a discount and was denied, which I still would of bought if her attitude wasnt so bad. At that point i just wanted my money back and she held up my shoes to her coworker, smiled and sarcastically asked if they could be returned.

The guy (i think his name was Blake) was extremely rude when I was trying to use a code I used at another location. He then called a random store (he never asked which store in portland it was) and MOCKED me while on the phone. He made me out to be a liar and was RUDE...I bought the shoes at full price but next time Im buying anything Ill drive 50 extra miles to go to a real foot locker.Customer service sucks!!

Wanted some shoes they ended up not having that size or any sizes that I wanted for my little girl so they told me I could other online and I did paid extra for shipping and when they finally arrived they were a size bigger and extremely big on her not to mention I waited like 30 minutes for assistance.
