Half of my wardrobe is hottopic clothing and I absolutely love their plus size section for alt people. this last order I made though would be my worst experiences ever. The order was $300 and getting this package was hell. I ordered it to have plenty of time just incase shipping went wrong but it STILL took over 2.5 weeks to get my clothes when it said 3-8 business days to be picked up in store. After a week and a half I had called the 1800 number for customer service and was told 4 different dates of when to pick my package up from the store(since I thought it would be faster). My invoice didn’t get made until 2 weeks after my order was made and paid for and the invoice still wasn’t made until I was hung up on by Costomer service TWICE. I had called the store the same day I called customer service and they told me they would call me when the order got in and wrote down my Information. I never received a call and I hen the package arrived, I didn’t get an email until 2 days after it had gotten to the store, and didn’t get a call either. I’m not upset about the clothes, I am extremely disappointed about the customer service. I will not be picking anything up from the store again, if I buy more products.

I usually love hot topic, but when I bought a mystery bag I was disappointed. I love a good mystery item, but with a bag of 9 things labeled pink accessories. I would expect more than half to actually be pink. Only 2 items were actually pink or mostly pink. Even the nail polish that it had included wasnt pink. Very disappointing. Other than that the store is pretty nice and so are the workers

I think seeing someone in the reviews calling hot topic goth and in the same breath requesting they not carry band merch anymore may be the funniest thing ive seen all day. other than that, this hot topic is great! staff is always super sweet & helpful, often cooler looking than other folks in other shops. i appreciate them!

Always great service, but their Pop collection is getting very small, and their tee-shirt selection has slowly dwindled to small sizes, which works for approximately 1/4 of my family.

My 14 year old bought some shirts off of the clearance section that were buy one get two free! The employees are very helpful and willing to help you!

Small and limited selection compared to some other locations but every employee we have dealt with has been great. On this last trip I was very happy to find their pride collection and couldnt resist buying a few adorable pieces for my daughter.

The store in the mall is nice, however the online pre ordering of products is a joke. I ordered something back in October on a presale so I would have it shipped before the local store had it. My delivery of that item has been rescheduled several times & still do mot have the item. I was in the physical store over the weekend & they had several of that exact item I have been waiting months for. Contact customer service & ask why I still have not received the item & am told it is due to Covid. My question is, if there is an issue in the warehouse due to Covid, why does the store have several of the item & mine is still not shipped?

Lots of cool stuff but not always of the highest quality. The websites have more fandoms to choose from, and if yours is pretty obscure, theres probably only a couple things in the store for you. The employees are usually pretty nice.

I always love going in here and seeing all the cute new items they have. I also love that they carry more specialty items from certain shows. I just wish they carried more plus girl sizes. At least I can order online if they dont have it in store.

My kids love this place and they spent nearly an hour in there. Great for pre-teens to young adults.

Prices are too high, the stuff isnt that great like it used to be, if it even used to be, not so sure anymore. Plus the females working are kinda rude and customer relations clearly arent high on the policy list for employees. They had deals but i still walked away paying 80 bucks for like 7 items.

The manager Mary and Jewels are incredible! Some of the best customer service. Always friendly, always trying to go out of their way to help. I’m a regular and go out of my way to shop on days that they are there because of their awesome customer service !!!

Small store crammed with tons of trendy stuff only mildly overpriced. The clearance section is worth a dig through tho, and the staff is colorful if not overly friendly. Good plave to go if you want to buy an alternative music tee and rub elbows with the misunderstood youth of today.

Ive been to alot of hot topics and generally the presentation is so so and can feel very crowded. But this one had lots of different genre and selection. Was looking for a specific tshirt of a band and found it immediately with the also amazing customer service. Will definitely be coming here for sure . Thank you!!!

Hot topic is great! I sometimes feel like I have to treasure hunt there because the things I like are hard to find. I love the clearance items. I love the hot topic cash too! I think its for every $50 you spend you get $15. Which is awesome!I will definitely go back to this location mainly because its my daughters favorite store at the mall. Last time we went she got a bunch of Riverdale Merch. I like the dresses they have there too. Really cool stuff!

There was tons of different types of things from collectables to even backpacks and bags. Theres so much variety in fandoms. There was anime stuff, I pop stuff, Crystals and gems, Music stuff, and a whole bunch of other things. This is probably the best place to buy pop dolls too.

Hot Topic is a cool store and I like getting my jewelry from here for my piercings.

Love Hottopic period. I never know what Im going to find, every time I go into the store. The plus for me, is they sell the Funko Pop figures. The main complaint I have, is the shirts and other clothing items, are a little over prices. I mean who wants to pay $20 to $25 dollars for a graphic shirt. When you can go to Wal-Mart and by graphic shirts for literally half the price.
