Great selection, great prices, and great value! But they dont put nearly as many people on the registers as they could, they take a while to restock things, and the employees dont enforce the mask policy at all. I watch them keep their head down as they pass by someone not wearing a mask, and its getting irritating. Im sick of public safety being blatantly ingored, as if the people who shop here arent nasty enough. I overhead another customer telling her 5yo daughter to pull her dress down and stop licking everything yesterday. I never see any workers saying anything about the kids who just sit there and scream either. Is there even a manager? Does anyone pay attention to these things? The place is just kind of a mess in that regard. But I still have no issue shopping here primarily, its not THAT bad yet.

The price on the leaf rake was good, but the garden center is full of Christmas inventory rather than gardening supplies.

Prices are alright, but keep in mind, there is no such thing as A quick trip to Wal Mart...

Walmarts always entertaining. This time I came to cash a check aand had to go elsewhere. The line went out the service area. Only one person working it.Walmart can do better.

The staffs always helpful and friendly however this store seems to been on the back burner when it comes to shipments of product. I always have to drive to another Walmart to get what I was looking for. No fault of the store as I know there’s a storage all around!

A 4 star for Walmart? I was influenced by the fact that not only were they open when the others werent, but they had what I was looking for and the staff were helpful this time. A welcome surprise in a town far away from home. Thanks! But the throwing of freight needs to wait until after the doors are locked.

Typical Walmart: two dozen lines, but only 3 or 4 open at once. Staff that aren’t interested in helping. Oh, and to make this one ultra-welcoming, pet medicine and SOCKS AND UNDERWEAR are locked behind glass. Come on.

It needs more verity of cloths not 100 same shirts and pants. But good store.

I love that for $12 a month I can have someone else carry my groceries up the 2 flights of stairs to my apartment; except that they cannot deliver alcohol, Wich is bogus because other delivery services do. But at least I can use the pickup option for that. Oh one last gripe; if I am paying a monthly fee, I sure not have to have a minimum order amount, or at least lower the order amount for members from $35 to $20....Peace

I just had to stand at the door for a good 5 minutes because the Walmart employee guarding the exit really thought I stole a 99¢ water out of my $100+ grocery purchase, while everyone else got to walk right past. all because the dude couldnt correctly count the waters in our cart. (he thought we had 3 and only paid for 2, meanwhile we had FOUR and paid for all 🤣)

One standard register open. Three 20 or less lines open. Every line was backed up to apparel. Tried calling the store and the line rang with no answer. Add this onto never being stocked decently and it makes me wonder how any of the store management still has a job. Worst walmart i have ever been in.

Nice super store to shop at. Store is usually busy but checkout is pretty fast. Prices are low especially on the grocery items. Beware though that most of the tags are yellow now which used to mean clearance pricing but thats not the case now. I think its just a marketing strategy to make you think youre getting a deal when actually its regular price. Ive been in retail for 35 years and never seen this done before. Just thought I would share that.

Decent Walmart that usually busy. Security has been very tight not like the Walmart in south Salem. Alot of items now as customers you have to go to the front to receive it. Such as batteries, detergent, and other items.

Good prices. Clean environment. Can usually find what one needs. If not ask someone. :)

Not only do they lock up their socks and underwear, but they wont let you put them in your cart. They have to escort you to the front to pay immediately. A 10 dollar pack of socks.

I dont know what you want me to say except they have everything so I dont know why people have a hard time choosing that place because its One Stop shopping

Always love Wal-Mart and shop there from time to time. I know before I enter that if I find the product Im looking for, its more than likely going to be the cheapest price I could pay for it. Ive never had any problems with the Lancaster store and appreciate its proximity to the city where I live.

Horrible service, very unfriendly help. There to spend. Good money and all that aside when I walk in and cant get a cart because management is to spineless to get them back from there resident zombie infestation,Maybe dont treat me like Im the problem or even a part of the problem when I ask about the complete lack of cart presents. Grocery orders are a great experience and staff are always friendly. Going inside is a different story. Staff clearly do not like their job, I have overheard several complaints from checkers talking with each other. Trying to check out is always a mess, and a wait. They primarily only have self checkouts available with limited person checkouts. If you do go in, be prepared to wait.

Picked up my God daughters birthday gift at the pick up zone. They were very fast today only took 5 minutes from parking to receiving our items.

I give it r 3 because they never have enough cashiers. At closing time they want to rush you out but have one cashier. They want us to check ourselves out. The lines here are a joke. 13 registers, 3 maybe 4 cashiers working. One in particular, Patricia. Standing in line for over 20 minutes as she takes her time scanning items and bagging them. Its absolutely ridiculous. I have 2 children, one who is one month old getting tired and frustrated and my husband who has to get to work. They need more registers open and cashiers who can actually work and move at a steady pace! The wait time is an absolute joke with the line building up with 20 customers!! Walmart please fix this problem thats been a problem for way too long!!!!! I can have two full shopping carts and go through self checkout faster then they can get through 1 person with half a cart full

The people that work there were very helpful the place was clean it wasnt packed it had multiple choices of items they were at everything in stock and the prices are awesome

I had what seemed to be a brand new cashier. I was second in line and it took him 25 minutes to check out the person in front of us. But thats ok because it was very apparent he was brand new but wasnt ok by my standards was that he clearly needed help and there was no employee helping or relieving some of his line, or anything. Just felt sorry for him.

I went shopping like I always go to Walmart,but today I had a bad expensive with one of the employees there, when I was ready to pay on the self checkout one of the items I got it was a drill combo set Wich it was on the clearance aisle but when I scanned it it show twice the price for what it says on the box, so I asked for help to one of the employees Wich her name is Iris and she said she cant change the price or call a manager to help me but the problem its. Not that, the problem was her attitude and on the top of that she said that people are putting those clearance labels on the boxes like accusing me of putting that label in that box,very disappointed, I will not come back there anymore....

A few people were in without face coverings but I kept my distance. I found everything that I needed while employees were stocking. They were mindful of where their stocking carts were too. Someone walked up to me, wanting to sell jewelry and I notified an employee. The employee thanked me and stopped the guy and escorted him out. They really watch you here. I felt safe and happy. Even got my nails done there at DaVi Nails.

Got my order right and brought it out quickly.

Had placed a 300 dollar grocery order, to be delivered on the 18. While waiting for the order to be delivered, got a notification of the order being delayed. That was all we ever got! The order never showed up, nothing! We had to call the next day to find out what’s going on, was treated like it was our fault, never given an explanation, no apologies nothing! Then given a new date for delivery OVER a week away!? Asked if we could come pick up the order, and again couldn’t tell us anything but NO! When I finally got ahold of someone from Walmart was offered a 5 dollar coupon!!🤦‍♂️Really? So just know Walmart don’t care if you had plans, with family etc, they say they provide a great service, ya well let’s see how others compare?

Always has items in stock that I am looking for. Sporting goods associates are over the top!!! Even when they are so busy they still have time to come help with item in locked cabinet that I have needed.

I found it was a little small for a supercenter. It had a grocery section, entertainment, home appliances and other normal depts that a supercenter has. Level of service better than most walmart. Normally it is non existent but was pleasantly surprised.

The times that I have been there employees are nice and helpful. Pick up service is great. I will love the store to have more items like the south Salem. Its a slightly difference in the products Mostly in good and GF

Go early before 9am. Nice and peaceful.

The store on our part of town has been busy, with minimum checkers on. Lines have been long, shelves have been empty like ive never seen it . So, it is a time consuming process .However, the people have been considerate and respectful of each other. And the cashiers, ha e been patient, steady, and properly polite.

They have a large variety of items, though they had only 2 registers open which created long waiting lines. They need to remember not everyone likes to use self checkout.

The prices are good. The selection of merchandise is ok. The employees however treated me and my wife like we were not welcome. We spent 680$ on this visit. They treated us like we were going to steal things and the attitude of the lady who grudgingly assisted us was one of insulting amusement that we thought we could afford to buy these expensive items. Next time we will buy online, and not from Walmart.

Great place to shop everything u need at one stop

Ive been shopping at Walmart forever. But, I have never seen a Walmart that has to put the underwear and socks in a locked display case requiring you to locate a store associate to access the products as if they were expensive jewelry until I moved to Salem Oregon. It actually took me 15 minutes and the assistance of 3 store associates get a package of underwear! Unbelievable! This must be a very hot item for shoplifters.

The employees a little irritable at times and quite frequently rude customers. Anytime is a lot of them can be overjoyed and happy when they see a customer come through depending on the day pertaining if there even high or not. In the parking lot quite track see a lot of times

Since getting rid of department managers I have seen a sharp decline in the shelves being well stocked. I know they blame Covid but I know that is just an excuse as I was seeing major out of stock issues long before Covid.

Ok could use less clutter still better then mission lakes walmart it is cramped

I am usually a satisfied customer with my local Walmart. This visit ended with me going home irritated and not wanting to go back to my store. I had return with recipe and I wanted cash back cause I paid with debit card and I wanted to spend my cash at store and put 10$ in my gas tank. But I was I was immediately told that I wouldnt be getting cash only in store card. Even though I protested with my fact I bought with debit card and cash was taken, it couldnt get it back. I will no longer hold Walmart at good costumer service status. The best is still Fred Meyers!

The superstore Walmart on SE Turner road in Salem Oregon is a lot better than the one in Lancaster the one on Turner road answers their phone when you call they tell you what you need to know and theyre fairly quick when it comes to them helping you with your questions I do recommend them

They are frequently out of what lm looking for, but still relatively adequately stocked.

Employees were all helpful, courteous and knowledgable. Much more organized than other walmarts.

Clean store staff was friendly. The store is big. The grocery section had a wide inventory of foods.

I did work at this location as a subcontractor, for JWI. JWI, I will never work for again. On my break tho, I had bought 70 dollars worth of tools to do a spark plug job on a vehicle and when leaving they treated as a thief, after checking my receipt finding out I was not stealing, still treaded me with disrespect. Bad customer service.

Walmart has really gone downhill in their customer service dept. It used to be an employee would help you with a smile on their faces. Now all you get is impatient pointing of where the item should be. They dont care anymore & it shows. Now all I see are the hired secret shoppers & they follow me around like Im suspect, when anyone can see Ive got a cart full of stuff. I tried asking one of them for assistace but they acted like they didnt understand what I was saying. I go to the walmart off of mission st. In salem, or. But I might start going to the one on commercial st. They actually have friendlier people there.

I checked the website and it says that they have denim shirts for 20 dollars In Stock and available for purchase today however, when I got there they had NO DENIM SHIRTS. A helpful employee directed me to go to H&H outfitters because they dont have any. I am never going to trust the Walmart store directory ever again. 😒
