I LOVE Java Crew! Great staff; delicious drinks (blended caramel silk for me & strawberry smoothie for my boy); good, quick food/snacks... they also offer CBD in any beverage! Its worth the drive from Turner & by far, better than the other options! 💚

The staff here is so nice! Ive been away from the area a few years and java crew is always at the top of the list. My expensive drink had no coffee flavor even though I paid $7.25 for Java frosty w 2 extra shots. It was an ice milk cube drink. Is it supposed to be this weak and terrible?!!

Coffee is always perfect. Tastes waaaay better than Starbucks. Staff is always amazing and the prices are way more reasonable than ANYWHERE else. $5.70 gets me a 3 espresso shot latte with 3 flavors and a protein scoop. Win.

I absolutely love Java Crew, the service is fast and friendly. They are also very dog friendly. While the drink menu is simpler than competitors they make every drink well and its not overly sweet.

Update 5/15/2020: Be patient with the ladies so they can get your drink order correctly... in the midst of this viral chaos. Its my second time getting a drink that wasnt rite because of inpatients in front of me. This is by far my favorite Java crew! Theyre friendly, theyre efficient, fast and always have a smile on their face.

I go there for the smoothies and my dog Riley loves to go cause the girls spoil him with his favorite doggie biscuit. Miranda is Awsome!!

This is absolutely my favorite place! The staff are so sweet, remember our drinks and are genuine good people. The drinks are also great too(Best blended redbulls anywhere, the texture is perfect! I use a Medical Alert Service Dog. I had my old Service Dog together too. Usually I dont enter with two. This day I walked with both, stopped at Java for a snack.It was great. I chose fist booth to be out of the way. Great service. Pleasant and efficient. Best of all No Question s on service dogs!!I ordered the sausage egg breakfast muffin. Far superior to fast food places. Quality sausage patties!! Excellent coffee.No problems.

I worked here over 20 years ago. I was a costumer before and still going strong! I remember when I first started in High School, we had extensive training to learn about the source of the bean, the potency, why they choose the ones they choose... And they really got it down to a science. They use high quality ingredients and have very high standards. By far the best coffee place I have ever been to and I have traveled a lot with my husband being in the military. I miss Java crew when Im not in Oregon. (good thing I know how to make their drinks for when Im absent! Lol) and of course the genuinely smiling faces!

I used to love coming to this place! However, I’ve tried to go during the week several times and the lobby has been closed. The sign will say the lobby hours start at 7, but I’ll get there anywhere from 7:15-20, and the lobby will still be locked. If the times have changed, I wish they would change them on the signs, as I hate making a drive for a locked door.

First time here, I was greeted with a smile and the feeling of happiness. I loved my Latte. I live in Portland and would like them to move the shop to Portland.Enjoy your coffee.

Flat out hands down greatest coffee in the world. I am a coffee connoisseur and take it from me. Theyre the best. The baristas are all friendly and great. Coffee has a wonderful taste and the sugar free is magnificent! I can go on forever commending this business! I go there everyday.

First time going there, most likely last. No big issues, just coffee was not hot, a little on the sweet side. And the girl had poor customer service. Good caffeine kick, but thats it. Well stick with Starbucks and Dutch Bros. Or even McCafe.

Although it was our second time here it was a good place to get our morning cup of coffee. Many of choices to choose from including teas favored of energy drinks. Plenty of kid friendly smoothies shakes and if you do decide to become a regular here they offer punch cards. And if you dont know what you want you can always ask there friendly baristas

First visit, had a business meeting here. Was nice inside and the staff was friendly, I ordered tea which was good, bummed they didnt have liquid cane sugar but it happens. Not a 5 star though due to the wait before I was attended too, was two ladies working and they seemed more focused on the drive through. Had a muffin as well which was tasty, but dried out a little.

The Java Crew is exceptional. Despite my inconsistent timing, they still remember me and my coffee choice (which is basically plain black coffee). This morning was most impressive, despite being very early and me in a new car, the Barista still remembered me and my coffee choice.Keep up the good work.

I love Java crew its my absolute very best most favoritest coffee over Starbucks over Dutch Brothers the staff is always great Miranda is the one that runs the one that I go to she was always great the drink she makes her amazing she always has a smile on her face and always makes me feel like Im important when I go there like shes happy to see me I kind of feel like a regular there and thats really cool in a fast-paced world like today

The consistency in delicious drinks made at this location is fantastic. So many other coffee stops are hit n miss, but not here. I have yet to be disappointed. Keep up the great work crew! Ü

3 stars because the past 2 times I’ve gotten one of their “Baked Fresh Daily” items, it has been VERY DRY, and tasted of the cellophane it was wrapped in. I tried it a second time because I don’t like to form an opinion from one bad experience, but sadly it was the same and was many months apart. Waste of $2.75 x2. Coffee is fine though.On a positive note- I’m not an outgoing, chatty person. I appreciate that Java Crew is all business and just prepares my coffee and doesn’t waste time with asking me how my first hour of the day has gone, where I’m going, why I’m going there, how I like going there and what else am I doing after that!I also appreciate that they don’t make you sign a paper to push tips, or have a pad to make you select a tip also. I can’t afford tipping every time I get a drink! Java Crew makes me feel no pressure to talk or tip, which therefore makes me a repeat customer and tip when I can :)

I went there the other day hoping to get some work done. I look for big tables for my laptop, art pad, and projects. This place had just that. Add to it, this gentleman named Sean who ranks one of the best in customer service Ive ever seen. For those to reasons alone, I will continue going here. Oh, and they have some amazing drinks too. 5 stars all day.

My favorite drink is the Blended Red Bull and I let them surprise me with the flavor. Two of my favorites are Strawberry Lemonade and Raspberry Vanilla 🙂

In all the locations the service is top rate! Java Crew is my ultimate favorite place to get coffee in Salem. My only request is bring Java Crew to Dallas Oregon so it is more convenient to get my fix..

No question this is the yard stick I compare all coffee shops to. You never ever get the heavy glass of chocolate milk that some shops try to pass off as a mocha. Every Barista at this shop knows how to make a frothy mocha. In addition, they use their own brand of chocolate which helps make what I call the best mocha Ive had yet.

Terrible planning on my part, but great customer service on theirs. I had to bring coffee for a meeting and totally forgot. They worked with me to get me what I needed at a reasonable price.

Enjoyed my Americano. We went inside and the indoor seating area is nice but feels a little bit under-equipped. Most coffee shops allow you to do your own cream and sugar and other additives; this place does not have that stuff set out and they have to do it for you like you were in the drive thru.

This is their first sit down coffee shop there are no further drive-thrus this one has a drive-thru and sit down very quite and cozy place if youre in the area I would recommend this trophy place to go to

Just came in this morning. The girl working argued with me about how many punches I had on my punch cards then wanted to argue with me about an additional punch for a drink I had just purchased. She made my drink wrong and then told me the wrong price for the drink she ended up having to give me a dollar back. Rude, and unprofessional. I won’t be returning to this location.

The girls who work there are so kind and friendly! They start to remember you after awhile and are real personable. More so than anything, I really like their coffee and flavors! This is a cozy small place inside with different rooms. The drive through goes through a gas station and parking can be difficult. Overall, I love the java coffee flavors. The dirty chai and jack & chill are my favs for hot drinks!

Wasn’t too pleased that I wasn’t allowed to use my free java buck card at the window. I gave one to my friend for a New Years gift and another one to a friend last week and they had no problem using it then, but they had a problem today with it. I’ve worked for them before and there was just poor communication and rudeness.

It may look like a coffee stand from the outside, but there is intimate seating inside, and great coffee. Drive through, or come in and make yourself comfortable.
