I have both bought and sold guns here and picked up ammo a few times. During the pandemic, they were the only place (I could find) that didnt hike up the prices. Good service and knowledgeable staff.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. Not only were they able to give me a fair amount on the item I needed a loan for but Brian and the guys had me bring in my newly adopted puppy Bosko. Brian gave him a treat and now Bosko has some new friends. I highly recommend this place not because they loaned me a proper amount of money and gave my dog a treat but they are just genuinely nice guys and these days thats hard to find.

Id never been in a pawn shop before let alone sold something to one before yesterday. Few times in ones life can u get almost nothing for items you paid $1000s for and leave smiling. I needed an exact amount of cash and they actually gave me more than what I asked for. Fair, honest, compassionate, friendly and funny are just a few nice things I learned about these folks in just minutes. Best part is when I made it home, cuz they gave me gas $$, my dog still told me he loves me. Thanks guys

Shop was well organized and clean. Staff was very professional which is good to see as many Pawn shops are the complete opposite. Its a little out of the way for me but will definitely be my new go to.

These guys are on top of it. Made two online purchases and used them as my FFL. They made the process fast and easy while asking the most reasonable of transfer and background check fees. These are the go-to guys if you are in the area.

The Staff are great and easy to work with. I was lucky enough to get invited to a NRA event with them and happened to get very lucky won some guns. Elite Buyers NW is what all pawns shops truly are. Hands down a great crew. I used to be an avid capital pawn shopper but over the past year I’ve noticed capital pawn with higher prices specially on their firearms. There is very little to none on negotiating either by buying or selling. I feel they lost what it means and the values of what a pawn shop is. Maybe they watch to much hardcore pawn. The environment and service makes you feel like your in a retail store not a pawn and loan store. Well you won’t find that with Brian or any employee at Elite Buyers. Customer service is above and beyond. They are fair on prices and work with ya. They are straight forward and not out to swindle you out of a few extra bucks. I can’t wait till they grow out of their current location into a larger building to become your only one stop pawn shop in all of Salem. I live in South Salem and Elite buyers is worth the drive over to West Salem. AAA+ guys keep up the phenomenal work.

A welcomed addition to West Salem! My child and I ventured into this new business to see what they had to offer. The store was very clean and well organized and the person working there made both my little one and I feel quite welcomed. My child had several questions and the person working there made sure to answer each and every question. We have been back a few times since our first initial visit and there has always been something new and of interest to check out and are appreciative that the staff does not try to push a hard sell. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. What brought me to Elite was seeing Big Foot in their images. Im from Humboldt County, so it was a sign. I sold some Wizard of Oz figurines and plates that I thought no one was going to take interest it. Thankfully enough Elite is nerdy enough to love what I brought. I definitely plan to come back in and buy or sell.
