Horrible, waited in line for nothing. Wanted a copy of Tony hawk for PS4, and i assumed they had it because it was on display and just came out. Come to find out it was sold out, very misleading. No one wants to wait in line for 15 minutes (with only one associate in the whole store) just to be told they dont have something. Never going back here, Gamestop really has gone down hill!

I go in there Yesterday, To buy an old used Game priced at $4.99 but $4.49 with the Power Up. I brought exactly $5.00 with me, and my ID. The Woman behind the register said $5.00 would not be enough. Because of Tax & etc. And also never mentioned anything about an ID. So I left the Store, and came back Today, with a few extra Bucks.I go in, Bring the Game up to the Register, .. She cant sell it to me without an ID.Which I understand but Ive never been asked for an ID there, as I am clearly not Young. So, I leave the Store, I come back, with the ID and Money .. It comes to $4.77 .. She handed me CHANGE back, after 3 trips to Gamestop when I had everything needed in the first place.

Small location with minimal discounted items on the shelf. I had to ask if they ever carried a particular game and then it magically appeared ... but I wasnt gonna pay almost full price for a used game.

First time using/purchasing from this GameStop today because I live in the Boston ma area and Salem is a pain to get to, plus what I was looking for no one had and they did! I spoke on the phone with a Brian yesterday and John today regarding these items and they were AWESOME!!! Unbelievably helpful and friendly, went BEYOND the typical Yes we have it, okay bye and I was pleasantly surprised by that. I would Absolutly use this GameStop again 100%!! P.S. Please Give John and Brian a raise! :)

Bought a new playstation pro and a couple used games. Store manager wont mention names said that there would be a cupon mailed to me to receive some off another game. I went by 3 weeks later and told the sales guy that I didnt receive the cupon in the mail but he had all the info on the computer screen and still couldnt help me out. I left my name and number for store manager to call.......3 days later....crickets. better off buying online...no customer service here.

I have been shopping at this Gamestop since it opened (something like 15 years) It is always clean and organized the staff friendly and knowledgeable and a great selection of pre-owned games and consoles. Conveniently located with a Walmart so you can stock up on snacks and drinks for the binge gaming session youre about to embark on.
