Went to Visionworks for my 1st time April of 2021.The store is very clean.Avery nice lady named Lauren helped me through the whole process and made things easy for me. Lauren was Awesome!!! Once we figured out what price range I wanted she brought me several pairs of glasses so I wasnt running around the store like a crazy woman. Thank You so much Lauren..I got my glasses in about 2 weeks and my TV looks Brand New. I will definitely be going back there when I need more glasses.

Very friendly service they made me feel very comfortable. I guess the price is to be expected depending on what you get the only thing is I wish they had it set up so depending on how much you spend you can put down like 50% of what youre spending and that when your glasses come in and pay the rest when you pick them up. Not everybody has a ton of money but I recommend the place highly

Scheduling was easy, the staff exceeded my expectations and I was in and out at a reasonable time. I felt comfortable with both the eye doctor and the woman who helped with the payment process. I felt that they were knowledgeable about my needs and I got off on a great deal for 2 glasses!
I went in on a Wednesday night, it was busy but I was checking out frames no rush. Lauren approached me asking if she could help, very politely and friendly. I had a contact lens instruction and she made it stress free.I’m very happy with the staff overall 5 Stars

The staff at this location is the best. Went there last week for an appointment and also this week for a follow up appointment. Before my first appointment Ashley had verified my insurance and went through my benefits before my appointment. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. You can tell that they all enjoy their just job.
Vision works is great. I got 2 pairs of glasses that I love. I had scratched both and brought them to the store. Because it was within 1 year of my purchase date they were replaced for FREE! I do not know any place else that does this. I e=was helped by Sarah, who was so kind and professional! Thank you.
While I was working at a different company than I am now, someone I worked with told me about how great Visionworks in Salem was and I decided to give it a try. I live in Concord, but I grew up in Salem so I had no problem combining eye appointments with seeing old friends or family in the area.About a month ago, I was in the area and decided to order more contacts. Last week, I called them because it seemed like it was taking a while to arrive to my house. Unfortunately, they confirmed that it had been delivered, but I had never gotten them. Meaning, someone in my complex must have taken them.While I never asked them to do anything about it because I knew it wasnt their fault, they found a way to replace my contacts and send them to the Concord location. I am picking them up later this afternoon!While Im sure the people at the Concord location are just as phenomenal, Ive been saying for two years now that Ill gladly drive all the way to Salem because its refreshing to find people who truly care about their clients and to know that I matter!I cant say enough good things about this place and the people who work here!

Awful experience. I had called them to let them know I was running five minutes late for a vision appointment. They said that it’s totally fine. I got there and apparently they had given away my appointment to the next patient who came in early. Did not tell me that I would have to wait an extra half hour. So disappointed.
Great place. Great service (Terri & Sarah). Broke my glasses and went in expecting to have to shell out $$ for a new pair. Apparently Because it was within a year of purchase (by only a week) their warranty covers to replace both the frame and lenses that were damaged for FREE!! Woooohooo. Way to protect your clients! Thank you!
I have been going to Visionworks in Salem NH for many years. I cant say enough about the Amazing Women that run it. Having a son that really cant see without his glasses, many times needing help like right that minute/day...Every single time they are so willing to get us in and help us asap. I would never go anywhere else for eyecare. 🤓 Nick D. 🤓
Why is it that the staff is friendly, but when you need to follow up with them to check on your order, they NEVER answer the phone. I have been on hold over 30 minutes multiple times. Very frustrating. Their chat session on their website is even more frustrating.

During my eye exam, Dr. Mallin was very thorough and informative about my eye health. Afterwards I picked out an awesome pair of Cole Haan glasses. The entire team was very friendly and fun. I ended up getting a really awesome pair of sunglasses too
Old-fashioned customer service. In short, my hospitalized mother had broken glasses and we were stymied at finding an acceptable replacement set. Went into Visionworks and while they could not find the right frames either, Sarah suggested that we try to find the same frame on-line pointing out the manufacturers identifier on the arm, which worked out perfectly. Beyond that good advice Visionworks also swapped out the lenses from the broken pair to the new pair - for no charge. This kind of customer service will have me coming back and telling folks that this is the place to go for eyecare.Thank you Visioncenter!
Generally good experience, staff was accommodating and doctor was insightful. They took care of the insurance and then ordered what I needed.
Let me first state I got their buy one get one free deal and it was awesome! I dont even have insurance, but they didnt hold me over a barrel on price.Also, Terri helped me from start to finish and shes a total badass. No lie, if anyone important reads this, give her a raise. Sarah too. Shes the I.T. director and she looks like the mom from The Incredibles (in a good way).Chuh, go to Visionworks.
I walked in this afternoon and had a specific style of glasses I would like to purchase. I showed the woman helping me the picture of them and she next told me I would not look good with them and started to find glasses for me to try on which were not what I wanted at all and then when I declined them she started giving me attitude .

I visited the Visonworks store in Salem, NH on September 29th, a busy Saturday afternoon about 35 minutes before they closed at 5:00 PM. Despite being busy, I was greeted promply and asked how they could be of service. I needed to have a pair of glasses repaired (frame got bent when I bumped my head) and I needed to have the nose pads replaced on both that pair of glasses along with my back-up pair. Both pairs of glasses had been poreviously purchased at Visionworks about a year ago. Noticing how busy the store was, I offered to come back another day. The staff reviewed the current status of the customers being helped when I came in and stated they would be able to help that day and to just have a seat in the waiting area for a few minutes. Within 5 minutes, I was helped by a staff member,. The frame on my glasses that had been bent was corrected or repaired and the nose pads on both sets of glasses were replaced in about a total of 10 minutes and it was completely at no charge or FREE! I highly recommend Visionworks in Salem, NH. The quality of their products is outstanding and their Cistomer Service is exceptional!
Where to begin. First, I bought two pairs of glasses, and the prescription for one of them, the more expensive anti-glare pair, was made poorly, so it had to be redone. I understand that this happens, but what irks me is that I told them only 2/3rds of the lens area was actually usable, and everything to the outer 3rd of the lens made things as blurry as without glasses. These were for driving, I need to be able to use the entire lens, I cant turn my head and take my eyes completely off the road just for my sideview mirror, every 10 seconds.Their solution was to tell me to wear these glasses for a month, and I would get used to them. You know, conveniently wear them past the warranty date, when it doesnt matter how I like them. When I complained further the on-sight Optometrist told me that it was the shape of the lenses. That the lenses werent thick enough at the edges to support the correction my eyes needed. Why exactly wasnt I told that before I bought the extra expensive glare free lenses?This all happened maybe a year ago now. Why is it just coming up now? Well, I hear you asking, and Ill tell you. It is coming up now because with that extremely expensive pair, I also bought a free pair, that is almost identical to my previous glasses. These being the backup pair, I havent worn them once. The other day I went to apply anti-fog solution to them, and an arm broke off. I didnt bend it, I didnt force it, but it appears that storage in a folded position is somehow corrosive to the joint mechanism.I can not recommend anyone go here. Their goal is not to make sure you have glasses that work and fulfill your needs, it appears to be to sell you $270 in useless glasses that break, and to have you wear them in longer than the warranty so that theyre not responsible for their lack of craftsmanship. Please take your hard earned money elsewhere.
I did rate one star for VisionWorks in Nashua NH two months ago. First, I was a little worry to come in VisionWorks in Salem NH. Because I wouldn’t want to get dissappointed as Nashua VisionWorks. However, I think different manager in Salem NH who would run their bussiness in better way. Finally, I did order one pair of sunglasses. I picked it up today. I have no words to say how I felt satisfied with it. Manager and all staff who are in professional manner to keep in touch with their customers.That ‘s reason I rate Five Stars.
