I love this store so much. It is pretty small but it does pack a lot. The staff here is very friendly and the cashier we had was super nice and outgoing. Also they have this cool chair you can sit in for a awesome pic π
Terrible customer service. They say they will ship automatically after 8 business hours with no response from your eye doctor. The timer showed 15 more hours after 8 hours had already passed. Tried to cancel my order before it shipped, no one responded until after they created a shipping label, and they basically said too bad we already started the shipping process. Paid for priority shipping and itβs currently taking 6 days to get here. The days keep adding on the tracking so who knows when they will get here. Will not be ordering from here again.
Take your business elsewhere. We stopped in while visiting Salem. There were 4 employees standing on the right by the register. One said hi when we walked in. We proceeded to look around. One of the employees (a shorter woman) was gossiping very loudly about personal relationships and how she cant stand certain people. It was very off-putting and negative. There were other customers in the store. None of the employees interacted with any of us. As we walked around the store we neared the register area just browsing and the woman and another employee stood blocking the area on the right of the entrance continuing to gossip/insult people so we werent even able to look at everything. Needless to say we left very turned off by the negative personal discussions she was having.
Ive been to the store on two separate occasions and both times I found the staff to be rude. The first time, I tried to ask questions about something and was treated like it was an inconvenience. The second time, conversations about Facebook and making fun of people walking by the store was more important that checking out two customers who wanted to buy stuff. Its a shame that the staff is so rude because the store has some great stuff.

Lovely and helpful staff! I love the vibe of the store so much and they sell excellent items. Definitely visiting again and I 100% recommend, fits right in with Salem and its spooky style.
My wife and I visited this store on our recent trip to Salem. Victor and piper helped us and were so absolutely amazing! Blown away at helpful they both were ! They helped us find so many cool items and were really fun to talk with ! Excited for our next trip to this shop!

PLEASE BEWARE OF ORDING ON LINE FROM THIS COMPANYI purchased a coat from them (515.00) which is made by Shrine, they sent me the wrong coat (female coat). In order to get a refund/exchange, I had to pay for the return shipping, (27.00). when i received the wrong coat, i talked to someone at Shrine, to see if they had the right coat in stock, they did, which they were willings to send to me, i informed Luna at Vampfangs and she never acknowledged or responded to any of my emails. I have sent 5 or 6 emails with no response for several days. So sad i would have been a regular customer!!!!!
I have been following this website for over 10 years and I finally bought a fairly expensive item and even paid for priority shipping because I was so excited to do business with them and not only had the priority shipping date passed but there is no way to get ahold of anyone to know if I even bought it! They cant provide me with a tracking number or an estimated delivery date or literally anything! I waited so long to buy with these people and now this is what I have to deal with? Worst decision. I will change this review if anyone ever reaches out to me but it is insane that I have to actually leave this review to get anything resolved!
Love this store. The staff were friendly and helpful. The jewelry is lovely and reasonably priced for such hand crafted items. The clothing was adorable. I live my moonstone ring and silver bangle.
My friends and I happened upon Vampfangs while visiting Salem. We were greeted by Benjamin who was thorough in explaining COVID safety precautions, but still made us feel welcome and valued as customers. He answered all of our questions and was patient as we shopped. It was clear that the store valued safety and cleanliness, which was also much appreciated. We ended up purchasing some beautiful pieces that will be a wonderful reminder of our time in Salem!
Who doesnt love Vampires. Look, Salems got dozens of witch stuff, but for those who are a bit more gothy and spooky, this is the place for you. And you can get fangs here, which is awesome.
I bought some really nice high quality cloth masks here. Everyone in the store was polite and helpful and they have a great selection of products
Wow Iβve never encountered a nastier person working customer service in my life. Whoever hired the red haired girl who works at this store should really teach her itβs bad for business to treat your customers like garbage. Went there to buy some late Christmas for a bunch of friends and coworkers, probably would have spent a few hundred in jewelry and clothing, but after dealing with that woman I left empty handed just out of spite. Plenty of other stores in Salem with kind small business owners Iβd rather give my money to.

I cant give 0 stars unfortunately. Be warned you apparently need to provide your eye doctor info NO MATTER WHAT! When you are ordering they dont visibly say that. I didnt know until i got spam emailed by them. The emails state that youre order may be cancelled if you do not give the eye doctor info. Ive tried to reach out multiple times and they will not respond. They are still charging me every 2 weeks for products i did not recieve and they are not actually cancelling it.
Have taken 225 dollars from my account so far, on a subscription service. That charges me once a month. After the first month I attempted to contact them, opening tickets etc and they wont reply to me. My orders wont cancel and they wont send me anything either.

Enjoyed visiting with my boyfriend, there was some card error, but the guy at the counter held while we went to the ATM. The ATM failed for us but by the time we returned, our card worked. Super friendly and helpful, definitely will be visiting again.

This place is amazing. They carry some of my favorite brands as well as unique stuff from awesome local artists. This shop is a breath of fresh air compared to the money-grabbing touristy shops selling βmade in Chinaβ fantasy goods in Salem.
NEVER buy anything from Vampfangs!!!!!! I ordered a set of contact lenses for Halloween in Aug. There was an issue with the Dr. note. I emailed support twice asking for a refund. No respond, No Nothing. There is no phone number to call....nothing. I cant hate this company enough. My PayPal was charged and there is no way for me to contact this company. Its all up to them. If there were negative stars, they would have them all.
Horrible. Donβt order anything from this business if its not in store. They have terrible customer service if you donβt physically go to the store to purchase items. I donβt normally waste my breath writing these kind of reviews but I donβt want anyone making the same mistake I did. I really wanted two shirts in store but they didnβt have the size most ideal for me (I tried on a Medium but knew that the Small would fit me best). One of the associates convinced me to purchase the shirts through them which they would order from Shrine and would let me know when they arrived. I also got 20% off which, sure, why not. After I paid, I noticed that they took my information down on paper... which seemed a little... unprofessional. You can easily lose a piece of scrap paper. But I figured Iβd place my trust in them. Months passed and I still never heard anything back. I tried calling but no one EVER picks up and the vm box is ALWAYS full. I tried my hand at contacting them via email in which I eventually DID get a response. Keep in mind, I made my order sometime in April and itβs now June. I STILL have yet to hear back now that itβs been weeks since I got word from SOMEBODY saying theyβd get everything sorted out. I wonβt rest until I get my items that I paid for but now I have to make an unnecessary visit to the store and express how I feel about this situation. If someone were keeping me updated on what the hell was going on then Iβd be less upset. And I probably wouldnβt have even written this review. Just donβt fall for their persuasion like I did. Vampfangs, if youβre reading this, Iβm going to continue to message/visit you until I receive the items I paid $170 for.
My son purchased a pair of contacts for Halloween, after the purchase they wanted a doctorβs prescription for these. We do not have vision coverage in our insurance so I requested to get our money back and have the order canceled. It has been 4 weeks and numerous emails, I have not received the money back nor a response to my emails. They do not have a contact number so if you need help with your order, good luck because they donβt respond to costumer βs emails. Do not purchase nothing from them!!

I placed my order for contacts on Friday and paid for the VIP gold to be moved to the front of the line and paid for priority mail to get my order in 1 to 3 days. its been a full week and Ive yet to even get a confirmation email that its shipped! It was approved on Monday by doc. so whats the hold up? Ive emailed, sent message on messenger and now this and cant even get a response! I live on the west coast and cant come into the store and there is no phone number and now I see why. Im very disappointed.

I ordered some costume lenses through the online site through a guest account. after purchase, I received an email saying I needed a eye doctors appointment and paperwork to send over before they could send them. it says so on the site, so that was my error there, however due to it being a guest account I had no way to cancel the order. I emailed them with no response, I called them, but their voicemail was full, theres a form on the site that got no response, i eventually disputed it with paypal who handled the account which immediately sided with them because they needed proof of a canceled order. after about 10 days I received an automated email saying the order was to be canceled. about a month later still no money back, no response, no product sent.I went somewhere else and bought the contacts without a doctors appointment, no problem.They have a pretty garbage system. and I would not recommend
They donβt have a phone number and they donβt respond to emails at all. My order was returned to them for some reason and I have not been reimbursed. Itβs been a week since Iβve complained and they havenβt said a word. They robbed $50 from me.
This place refuses to give returns on unopened packaged items. They apparently take your money regardless. Contacting these people via email is a joke.
I ordered some contacts on Oct 24 but only got a generic auto response saying either the fax was wrong or the eye doctor turned it down. Twice now in the last 2 weeks, I have requested a refund through their email and have not even received a response. They dont even have a phone number. They never sent me what I purchased and wont refund my money. They are basically stealing from people who order online.

I ordered 2 salem witch oils at 20.00 each, they only sent one, left many emails and phone message. No reply. They take your money and dont send your products. Horrible customer service, when they ignore you.
This past early October I purchased a pair of contacts for Halloween. I paid extra for 1-2 day shipping as well as paying extra to bump my order to the top of their shipping list. After 3 weeks of not receiving anything, including an email to let me know what had happened, I emailed them. They had stated that the eye doctor I chose to accept the contact request declined it. Ok no problem, I was told Iβd get a full refund in 7-10 business days, that was on October 20th. Itβs now December 6th and I have not received any refund! I checked my account on their website under the orders tab, the order isnβt even on my account, the their withdrawal of my money is on my bank statement! I even emailed them again 3 days ago about the issue and no reply! So this company just stole $60 from me without any sort of contact.
