Absolutely love this place! They carry the best items around town and the customer service from Logan, Ali, and that new guy Dave are fantastic! Friendly to everyone and an asset to the community !!

My favorite store in the Salem area. I love this place, great convenience for food, tobacco products, or a late night snack. Open 24 hours I can always rely on this place. Ali, the manager, is awesome. My family, friends, girlfriend and I all enjoy visiting here whenever we need anything, or just want to say hi to Ali! Best convenience store around!

The only store I’ll shop! I come to this store many times throughout the week and is hands down my favorite convenient store in the area. First off I have to say I LOVE ALI!!!!! I LOVE LOGAN!!! I have know Ali since I was probably 20ish ...so about 10 years now.He’s more of a family friend... my sister loves him, her husband loves him ...and my fiancé loves him. He is just such a caring person and will literally give the shirt off the back for you.There have been plenty of times last year when I was struggling and both Ali & Logan have helped me. And to me that means the world.Ali is such a great stand up genuine man and very caring. HE HAS SUCH A BIG HEART ❤️AND I’m not his only fan. He has a HUGE FAN BASE, because of his heart an personality.This is the only convenience store I shop at. I use to live a block away, but now I moved to Beverly and I still make the trip every morning /or every night and see Logan or Ali for my cigarettes, candy, soda an things I need quickly. They are a one stop shop.But what makes Logan and Ali so fantastic is the way they care for me and all their other customers. You can’t ask for a better duo and I am so thankful I had crossed paths with Ali .Logan runs a great business with Ali right by his side 💙 thank you to the both of you for all you do my friends

I have read the reviews and Im completely appalled! I can honestly say I go there at least twice a day for the past four years and have never had any issues. The staff has always been friendly with me.and Especially Logan, if he didnt have something I was looking for he went out of his way to make sure it was on the next delivery order. An employee that goes out of his way to make sure a customer is happy is extremely important and makes them want to keep doing business there. They will do anything for their customers and you cant ask for much more from a convenience store. I honestly cant say or think of any convenience stores that would go out of their way like that, therefore they will continue to get my business. No complaints here!!

Literally best store HANDS DOWN. Every time im im that store literally feels like home Logan & Ali literally go way and beyond to make sure you getting the best products. And bringing new things to the store. I love going to the store and dont mind the distance before i already know ima have a laugh or 2. Matter fact one night i had gome too the store with my boyfriend for snacks midway started raining and Logan was leaving for his shift and literally took time to drop us off on the way. Very Respectful, and Helpful when needed i love them.

Best store ever Logan you are the best

Ive been going to this store for a couple years. Through everything with covid-19 however, Ive noticed the staff dont wear masks and think that the piece of plexiglass theyve hung in front of the register is enough of the public protection even though the guy who works there with the glasses is always walking the floor and touching his face and then cashing people out without washing his hands. Tonight I asked him why he doesnt wear a mask and he gave me a lot of attitude about it. I told him that I wouldnt be back he said he didnt care. I asked if he was the owner, he said yes. There are better stores that seemed to take the safety of the public more seriously.

I would avoid this store at all costs if you have a dislike for ignorant and rude people. Making the walk across the street to either of the other convenience stores or next door to the liquor store would be best.My boyfriend was refused service due to his skin color being black. When I went in after, the man at the register was fine with serving a white girl. When my boyfriend came in to say it wasnt worth it to give him our business did this mans demeanor change quickly. He became extremely rude and was flipping us off as we left and yelling. Mind you, he did all of this in front of another woman customer who even stepped out while on the phone saying how the man was giving a customer a hard time. Rude, unprofessional, and clearly ignorant if he selects which customer he is to be pleasant with based on their skin color.*Actually deserves no stars.

Not a bad convenience store, but with so many around, it isnt very nice in comparison. What happened to 7-Eleven?
