Gosh my 9 year old son could live here every day all day. He enjoys coming here so much. The only negative is the prices sometimes are just so expensive! A $70 Michael Myers mask seems a tad steep and of Course The kid has to pick out that one for the one item that he wanted. Lol thanks spirit Halloween store for coming around every year and putting a smile to my face every October.

This place is over priced. Party City sells the same stuff. However online is definitely your best bet!Staff were rude. Obviously they were over worked, and it reflected onto their customer service.Also they didnt take debit cards.. only credit cards, poor options for this day n age.

Things were a bit messy and they didnt have much, but thats expected this close to Halloween I guess.. They said the store on Ricky has way more.

Solid selection, high prices, ok quality. It does allow you to do all your Halloween and/or costume/cosplay shopping in one place.

Spendy as usual... But they have a great selection of masks and costumes to pick (or get ideas) from.

The set up this year was great, showcasing the creepy animated creatures and dolls!! Cool addition of the haunted house! We waited until the last minute, Oct 29th. They were out of a couple of things that we were interested in but surprisingly had plenty of other great costumes to choose from. Spent $60 on one costume. It is great quality, could be used again or as my children do, PAJAMAS! Spent $40 on the other and what Id expect for the price. Overall good experience!

Overall good store. First time inside. They send me an email receipt and a 20% coupon.They sent the coupon after I bought my stuff. Could had been more helpful to give me that ahead of time. So first time stoppers go buy one small thing before you haul off spending $100....

I recently had a HORRID experience the other day. A worker put hands on my friend and took/searched her bag (assuming she was stealing I think? Im not sure) completely unprofessional and rude. She then continued to have the absolute worst attitude checking out.

Lots of cool stuff, and lots of fun! I looked online first, got a coupon, went in-store, found my item (and then some), checked out make up,....was very satisfied. FUN!!

Messy and not much organization... did find a costume but its not very good quality. Still, a good place to find an affordable (if not sketchy) costume while also supporting the Spirit of Children charity.

I love the options and ideas here but its truly difficult for me to take my kids in here as their is so much inappropriate images and decorations that are out in plain sight but not suitable for children. It would be nice if parents could have a choice of what section they are ready for. Maybe put the childrens section in the open and block off the scary not apropriate for children things behind a screen or something. Like sectioning it off. Just an idea. Then I would go here every year with my kids.

I used to like this place, but its soooooo expensive now! I dont think things are organized as well as they should be either. I ended up leaving and bought what my kids wanted at walmart for half the price.

It was nice had alot of stuff for the small space its in.

All costumes seemed to be centered around the clown in the movie IT. Not much variety. I was fairly disappointed.

Good place to shop for items that will spice up Halloween. Also good place to get make-up and accessories for cosplay.

Horrible in everyway i could rate a consumers experience. Price, staff, merchandise. Rude employees to rude costumes. Rudimentary concept of customer service.

This place was playing the music/radio so loud you couldnt even talk to your friend/spouse/ who was right next to you. It was such a disappointing trip

Excellent kids costumes this year. Prices are a total rip-off but its almost expected.

I love their costumes but they need a better range of makeup, and it would be great to lower the prices because as a normal person I dont have tons of money to spend on Halloween makeup/costumes

Has anything a person could possibly need from decorating to dressing up in a costume for Halloween.

We eait for these stores to pop uo every year so that ee can buy our familys costumes in person instead of online. Great selection of sizes and types of costumes. They even have a build your own costume wall with sexy, silly, and of course scary costumes so the sky is the limit!

This place was a mess. Tons of costumes and accessories were on the floor, wrong costumes in bags or missing pieces....the staff were rude when it came to returns.

I am very disappointed with who was working last night they made fun of me and then they ran into me instead of saying excuse me then they threw my change at me i am very disappointed and i am hiring an attorney for assault/law suit i was with my kids there dad and there step mom we were all very disappointed that i was treated that way especially by an employee this was not ok at all
